Staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. Location was beautiful and close to a activities we enjoy. Ocean front room was perfect. Rain shower water pressure was amazing!

We loved the view from our balcony. We could watch the stunning sunsets. We also enjoyed having a beach on property. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our ac stopped working on our second night and they immediately moved us into another balcony room for our last two nights.

The hotel continue to charge my account every night for the room even though it’s was paid in full through ******* . Every time I confront the front desk they said they fix the problem and the charges will be dropped. And I’m still waiting for the dropped charges . Something should be done for the losses

Rooms were aged. TV did not work. No desk space or room to work. Rude hotel staff. No privacy on the balcony - our neighbor was so close they were basically on our balcony with us. Didn’t replace towels when room was cleaned. Not worth the money at all!!

Nice room, very organized and clean. Pillow could be better for the price. Expensive food in the hotel, and also for drinking. But good quality.
Usually nice staff but be careful on the front desk. If Colleen is taking care of you, pay attention! She’s rude and doesn’t care about the guests satisfaction.

The room is very clean, the pillows could be better for the hotel price. The restaurant and bar staffs are great. The price is very expensive for the breakfast and drinks at the beach/pool bar .

Was lead to believe we would get a resort credit on each room I booked (2), as it was stated on my reservation but found out it’s only for the VIP Gold member of *******. Charging for parking on top of the high nightly rates is ridiculous. Mattress are worn where you feel the indents on each side with a raise in the middle, plus the slip off the wooden platform making it difficult to get on. Folio was $73 higher on each room when I checked out so now I have a call in for an explanation

Fantastic stay. Levi at front desk was so accommodating. Showed me two available rooms and let me choose. Actually walked with me to the rooms. We weekend in the Keys every couple months,and it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such friendly service. Kudos to Levi.  It was our first time staying at the Pier House. We will definitely be back. Thank You Pier House. We had a great time.

The room is huge. Although it faces the street, luckily the bed is far away from the window.
