Everything about this property is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms and grounds are pristine. Easy access to dining, coffee and more on site.

The staff was great. Hotel was great. Only problem was the $200 a night deposit a couple of the people in our party didn’t have credit cards. They wanted to pay cash besides that the place was great.

The hotel was great, clean and with all the necessary. The service at the restaurant was rather slow.

The main remark relates to lack of clarity from Trip and the hotel on added costs: valet parking is "mandatory" as the hotel doesn't allow guests to self park. This comes at a (hidden) cost of 50 usd per day plus taxes. The manager didn't mention this when we asked about the big deposit they were taking on our credit card. Unfortunate surprise contrasting with the wonderful time we had at the hotel.

The resort was nice overall. The room was a little dated and walls are thin. Could here all rooms around us. To turn on shower it was cumbersome, either move the showerhead or get wet to turn it on because you have to get into shower to turn it on,
food was good but rather expensive. Anas cuban cafe on the corner was great alternative with sandwiches that were delicious. Beach was beautiful but tough to go into water because rocks at end of sand. Great location only a block off Duvall, at quiet end, away from cruise ships. Also convenient to trolley tour pickup and renting golfcarts.

Ty was the best bartender. He makes the best drinks and very friendly to everyone sitting at the bar. Food was good.

The hotel has its own private beach and swimming pool, which is very suitable for a leisurely vacation. There are also many children's game equipment, suitable for the whole family.
The surrounding attractions and restaurants are very concentrated, so it is recommended to rent a car/bike to travel.
You can also use the hotel's isolated Casa Marina pool beach, which is also very convenient.

Great location and awesome concierge. Room was hot, even with air con and fan on max though. Walls were thin too with noise carrying over from room next door.

Great water sports with good staff. Breakfast super with a great view of the beach. Strip House bar and restaurant both good. Great day time cocktails. Rooms sizeable and well furnished. Recommend.
