Very beautiful villas, green and nice with a few pools and hammocks. It is far from city center and no access to the beach directly, if you would like just walk out and explore, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach and to the city center every other hour (sometimes two hours), otherwise for a lazy weekend - just perfect.

The hotel offers valet parking. You'll need to hand over your car to an attendant at the lobby entrance upon arrival, and hotel staff will also retrieve it for you when you're ready.

We celebrated our anniversary in key west, and what really made it memorable was our stay at parrot key. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious clean and with great views! There's lots of green and plants everywhere which make the experience feel like a resort. The four pools made it feel like it was never crowded and gave it a more private experience. We went on a jet ski tour that was located within the property and had a blast! We rented a scooter and the hotel was able to accommodate. Overall we had an amazing time in key west and our experience was definitely elevated by staying at parrot key.

The hotel looks very nice and has a secluded jungle vibe. There are multiple small pools, all very quiet. Service was good. The reason I give it 3 stars is mostly because of the price to qualify ratio. I payed about $300 a night and this resort is definitely not with that much money. Rooms are basic and don't feel luxurious at all. Actually I had a hotel room during the same holiday in Orlando which was $100 a night which felt more luxurious than this one. Also the valet parking is a hastle. The parking is right there, just let me park my car myself!

My family and I contemplated on staying here and staying at other resorts, it took us a week to decide and I am so happy we stood here. The entire vacation was amazing. The pools were never packed and we got to enjoy them each day. The hammocks were so relaxing and watching the sunset perfectly from our patio. The sand accommodated our kids to play in. The drinks at the bar with Renae were amazing! The Room was so spacious and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure and water was perfect. Overall our stay was the best! we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one night. It is a little far from the old town, which is the center of tourism, but if you plan on spending time at the pool, it's fine. The facilities are new, the room was clean and comfortable, but the water pressure in the bathroom felt a little weak.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and very welcoming, especially Jo with Valet Parking who was very helpful and friendly. Jo and Carlos gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do for tourists. The staff at the outdoor bar and grill were very friendly and gave great drinks! The room was very clean and provided upgraded bath products. The 4 pools provided plenty of space for everyone to swim and not feel crowded. The outdoor spaces were stunning for sunsets and relaxing atmospheres. Would definitely stay here again just for the cleanliness, amenities and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
