Great hotel! Breakfast is good. I would have given five stars except when I checked in early the guy at the desk was rude. Pool is for children not deep enough for adults to swim.

Had a very nice stay here. They upgraded my room to the largest suite they had available, which came equipped with a full kitchen! The beds are very comfortable, the walls are thick, and the rooms are very spacious. There’s also a free breakfast that they offer. My only complaint is the AC system they have, the one in my room kept making loud clicking noises in the middle of the night. But, other than that, I had a very enjoyable experience here.

Pretty cool studio that fits 5 people easily. Small kitchen with mini stove, full fridge, kitchenware, dishwasher. Descent continental breakfast. Nice pool. Location was perfect, close to everything. Really recommended. But... one thing thats becoming normal in every hotel lately: linen smells like used.

Stayed here Oct 17–21 and it was a total disaster. The room smelled like old fried food the whole time, and housekeeping didn’t even show up the last two days. Dirty cups, dirty utensils, and beds that were never refreshed. Gross.

Breakfast? Served on styrofoam plates — even the hot food. Who does that? Not only cheap but also toxic when heated. Fruit options: apples and oranges, that’s it. The strawberry compote tasted like fake sugar and chemicals. Coffee was honestly undrinkable.

Got charged a $30 “stamp fee” twice for Uber orders that the hotel didn’t even accept. Never told about this policy. Still have no idea if it’s legal — feels like a scam.

Asked to leave our bags after checkout, and they said no because “UPS deliveries were coming.” Seriously? That’s your problem, not mine. Every single request got a rude or negative answer. Even checkout was cold and unfriendly.

The water smelled awful, the bottled water was $12, and nothing about this place felt clean or professional.

Only good thing is the location, but who cares when everything else is this bad? There are dozens of better hotels nearby. This place is a joke — never again.

Ok so I usually DO leave hotel reviews. This will probably have to be my next usual stay in Orlando hotel. We live 2 hrs away and when in Orlando we have stayed at a variety of places, some good, some bad. This one was good for the price point. Franklin was at guest services and he checked us in. Staff or at least he is bilingual and he showed ua kind cuatomer service. Location is good, as some rooms allow you to see disney fireworks. The pool area is superb for families as it only goes to 3 feet. I wish it had a hot tub/jacuzzi though. My well travelled 11 and 5 year old were so impressed by the room, as was I, as it was soo spacious. We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we bad more time this visit. We will return hopefully! I think I got a 1 bedroom suite which had two queens in a separate area with its own door, separate from the living room. 2 tvs, kitchenette, desk area, 2 ac units in the room. The property offers cooking tools, seasonings and board games. Parking was a dime and a half but somewhat limited in space. Hope this helps another family out.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel it was very clean amazing atmosphere with amenities. The staff 10/10, Franklin was amazing and very helpful every thing we needed he made it happen. All the staff is friendly and informative. Breakfast was great and the rooms were very nice. Overall, I highly recommend to stay here.

Everything in the hotel was very good, although I thought breakfast was pretty bad. They don't have any variety if it's until 9:30am. If you happen to have breakfast and go down at 9:15am you won't get anything at all and they won't replenish it. The facilities are otherwise well maintained, the cleaning is perfect and the pool is great for the kids. I recommend it but without breakfast.

Stayed for 3 consecutive days, with breakfast included, very cost-effective.
You need to drive to Universal Studios, but you can walk to Sea World, which is very convenient.

The service attitude is very good, with a kitchen for simple food, a dishwasher but no range hood.

The front desk service attitude is very good, but there is a front desk clerk with braids who is very mean and rude. Please note that the hotel is very conveniently located. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It is very close to Disney/Universal Studios/Sea World! Highly recommended! The room is very big!

The bartender girls are good fun, just ask for Rene and Ashley P and they'll take care of you. Good balance of service and conversation with a friendly smile. All the staff is at their best in mid-busy times as expected. Go during extra busy times and you may experience higher than normal wait times as expected. Check the live Google ticker for an idea. The terrace is great from mid October and during winter, otherwise Orlando weather makes it unbearable. During the rest of the year, it's a good idea to bring a jacket as it can get cold due to the strong A/C, no complaints on my end for that though. Good local people serve this place and it's always good conversation.

Went for dinner last night with our 3 kids and had a great experience. Waitress with the flowers in her hair was awesome. Sorry we can't remember your name! She was on point, helpful and friendly. Did the endless apps which were brought out fast and delicious. Daughter had a good kids meal too. We will be back next time we are in town.
