Lovely suite on high floor with a separate lounge and two televisions. We enjoyed the Managers reception and free snacks and nibbles for a couple of hours as well as a gin and a glass of wine .
The breakfast was great with omelettes made to order and a variety of of fruit and pastries etc .
The pool area was a bit shabby and needed a good clean however .

The elevator is slow but it’s understandable. Room was too cold even with the thermostat on 80 degrees.

The elevators smelled of frcal matter from the night before until the next day when I alerted staff. I almost threw up in the elevator. So gross.

The staff were spectacular and breakfast was fantastic!! Loved it. Will definitely return if I get back to Orlando anytime soon.

Great hotel- I always love Embassy Suites because of the separate bedroom which makes it very quiet. Super nice lady let me check in early which was wonderful after a long trip. Nice happy hour and great breakfast. Room was great and clean except for the headboard which was filthy. Tried to clean it and got some off but still bad. But overall a great place and I would stay again.

Worst Embassy I have stayed at. The elevator here is the slowest I have ever seen. Takes forever for it to come and once you’re in the elevator you might as well pull out a book. Rooms have been updated and are better from what they were. $25 a day for parking when you are staying here 6 night is insane. I understand if you’re flying out and leaving your car but when you’re here each night is unbelievable. The parking company does not email your receipt you have to complete an online form to even get one and wait several days. Definitely stay at the Home 2 Suites before you ever consider staying here. Home 2 is much nicer and free parking. Will not be back to this Embassy.

Stayed here in May 2025 - hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Shuttle picked us up from the airport within minutes. Breakfast buffet was delicious - they will make you fresh omelets / eggs. Room was clean and spacious. The atrium had such a nice feel. Will definitely stay again!

Love 99% just not sure what the smell is in the room. Everyday we are here are just love every thing about them. Amazing breakfast which cannot be beat! Shuttle service amazing. Welcome evening greeting even though we don’t drink alcohol. Lobby is roomy and perfect. Always enough sitting. Silent at night for sleeping. Pool never crowded. Area is very nice. Lots of restaurants. Close to airport. Would love to visit again. And employees are all so nice and friendly.

If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, I’d suggest looking for a different hotel. The atrium noise wasn’t bad, but the noise between the room walls and floor above was the loudest I have ever experienced in a hotel. The person in the room next to us was a loud snorer, but that shouldn’t be audible to the hotel room next door. Side note: this person clearly had untreated sleep apnea and needs a sleep study and CPAP stat to reduce lifetime risk of HTN and heart disease. You could also easily pick out each word of their conversation when they were awake. The pipes for the other bathrooms were super loud as well. Wild that the least noisy issue was the nearby airport!

Ordered online. upgraded chips to fries. They said they didn't make the fies because it comes with chips. I ask about the upgraded price not being reduced, they explain that the website has their pricing wrong. I took a brochure with me from inside the store. Brochure reflects website pricing. Chips were stale as can be. And they were completely dishonest over $2. I guess they didn't think I'd look in the container before leaving. Here all week. This is right across the street from my hotel. Would've been convenient to order from again...but I won't.

Where is the negative stars, plural?! Ordered pizza for delivery for kids and went to sleep. 1.5 hours later kids wake me up. NO PIZZA! I call to find out where the pizzas are. Guy says they just came put of the oven and they just left the store. "Is that okay?" NO IT'S NOT OK! I don't expect to pay full price for an hour late pizzas. Guy says he'll give me 20% off the price of the pizzas. So he now tells me the total bill will be $4 more than what they quoted me for the pizzas. ($33 for 2 pizzas turned into $37) The guy wanted to argue with me that I was mistaken about the price I was quoted. So charge me nothing and take your pizzas back to the store that was literally a third of a mile away from the hotel I was staying at. So I ordered Papa John's and now am getting 2 extra large pizzas and a two liter for less money. I usually like to support small business owners over large national chains, but this small business owner needs to go away. Just there to rip people off of hard earned money. Buyer beware! BTW couldn't smell the pizza while I argued with the delivery guy. Must be from the cold pizza they wanted to push on me.

I stopped here after work for pizza and wings for my family. It's down the street from my office so I figured it would be convenient. I ended up paying $40 for a large pizza and 24 wings. Tourist trap area so I knew I'd pay more. I waited over 25 minutes for my food and I was on my way. Or so I thought. When I got home there were only 8 wings in the bag. I called to be put on hold then be told sorry come pick them up. I told them I live 20 minutes away and was told they'll keep the wings warm for me. When I went back I was handed the missing wings, given a half assed sorry & sent on my way. Not once was I offered anything to make up for this. Even a coupon towards my next purchase would have been better than nothing. Yes I should've checked the bag before leaving but after waiting for as long as I did, the order should've been right. I would not recommend this place to anyone based off of my experience.

This place is great. I did give it a shot regardless of the negative comments, which in anyway didn't seem legit, as the food pictured isn't even served at Alexander's. The food was good, and the Pizza was memorable. The staff is friendly, and attentive. They even have a bar which is a great place to relax and have a drink after a conference or work, since the place is very close to all the airport hotels your job might put you in.

Wow what a big difference. I ordered the steak fajitas and couldn't believe how much steak I actually got. Big chucks of meet with onions and peppers. A generous portion of sour cream, cheese and tomatoes. And sides of rice and black beans. Much better taste and better portion size than the last time we came.

I got a gift card for Chili's even though I said I would never eat there again. Have gotten meals I had to send back to the kitchen the only other two times I've eaten. No different this time. Even in a different state!.
