TownePlace Suites Orlando Airport in Orlando

Super slow service. Even the drive thru is so slow unbelievable is a fast food place not a 5 star restaurant.

Clueless staff. Ordered a 4 for 4 got burn to crisp fries and 2 burnt tenders instead of nuggets. Went inside to get the nuggets for my son and witnessed how rude the whole staff is. The manager knew she gave me tenders instead of nuggets and replied that it was the same thing. Not wasting my time at this location ever again. Always smells of burnt grease and terrible service.

At 120am I went to the Wendy's O. The night employees are usually pretty nice. This visit, I got a brown lettuce side salad to replace the side salad I got during the day that had brown lettuce. I got chicken nuggets that were dry. The BBQ sauce requested, I never received. I don't know if they are checking their dates on food, but they are being lazy, not providing quality food. I don't know who is in charge of owning ,and or running the place, but they need to improve. The gas station is a rip off. Maybe it's owned by money launderers, who knows.

Normally we are happy with this restaurant but, today my husband's frosted mug had a visible dark brown residue low near the bottom. He drank some of his cream soda and when he put the mug down I noticed the dirty mug. He was grossed out. We told the waitress who immediately brought a clean glass with ice and another cream soda. She also appologized. I hope this place is not loosing it's original cleanliness.

With my father's recent passing my family needed a stress free Thanksgiving meal this year. We decided to try Cracker Barrel's ready to eat take out meal for six. Ordering online was fairly easy but the pick up process was horrendous. There was no designated meal pick up parking as stated online. The parking lot was so packed that we ended up having to park in a nearby shopping plaza and walking to pick up our food. Inside the restaurant was complete chaos. People packed into the gift shop/pay area like sardines. Our online order was scheduled to be picked up at 12:30 but we had to wait in line for 40 minutes just to pay! Then we had to walk around to the back of the building to pick up our food. Needless to say our ”hot and ready” meal was cold and late. The turkey and ham were not bad even though we had to nuke it the microwave at home for a few seconds to rewarm them but cornbread stuffing was so dry it crumbled like saw dust and the green beans were like mush. The cranberry relish was delicious! Overall, I expected way better from Cracker Barrel. Surely, they have done this for years. I guess I expected that they should have this process down to a science by now.
