Breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, stale cereal, tiny muffins, bad pancake batter for the waffle maker, waffles were just pancakes with texture. no eggs, no bacon, no meat at all. Boiled eggs that smelled rotten. Hallways smell of mold and garbage. Staff is as ghoulish as the emptiness of the hotel. The pool was out of order, had to go to the hotel next door which only goes from 3 ft to 5 ft, extremely small and dirty. I stayed for 4 days and saw only 2 other guests the entirety of my stay. I seriously think that place is haunted it is a very sad, dystopia, creepily empty place. To top all of that off I have bed bug bites. The place has bed bugs. Stay away!!

The facility was dated and the owners have renewed it. I feel Hilton should have inspected the quality of work when it was happening; it could have been money well spent!

We booked this hotel for four nights, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When we checked in, the front desk agent, Ezequiel, accidentally charged us twice and then said they didn’t know where the extra money went. After driving four hours and feeling exhausted, we were shocked to find out that the hotel was still under construction. The entrance lobby was unfinished and a complete mess. Our room smelled terrible, and the breakfast was awful. I don’t understand how this hotel can operate when it’s clearly not ready. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and just told us to leave. This was my first time in Orlando, and unfortunately, this hotel ruined the experience. I will never ever stay here again, and I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!! TERRIBLE HOTEL, i've never been in a hotel like this in my entire life!!!!

I was taken back by this one. There was a different name on building when we arrived. Big dumpster in roundabout in front of door and permit on door. No email was sent about construction on going. Whole lobby was covered in floor protection with the ceilings removed. The elevator panel hanging was loose before a worker put back in position and hit the button for us. Room key worked, then twice needed to go back down to have reprogrammed. Everything was new, bed, sheets, tables, chairs….. everything in the room was new……. Except the ac u it in the wall, thing was loud as hell I barely slept both nights. Nice plugs on both sides of the bed. Only two towels, you ask my wife there needs to be a couple more lol. Overall no I would not suggest here, once it’s completed if it’s still a bargain maybe I might try it again but they really should have communicated better about how the hotel currently is before people arrive

Excellent hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The location is unbeatable, and the price-quality ratio is even better! I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2025. Hotel was still finishing up some renovations , the pool was still closed. Our room was great super clean and nicely decorated,beds were comfortable. Used the free shuttle to Universal very close to park. My only recommendation to the hotel is in regards to the free continental breakfast. I wish they had eggs, bacon or sausage. The make your own waffles were very easy to make and tasted good. Would stay there again.

Perfect location with respect to Universal.
The lady in the dining room was very polite and helpful.
My only complaint is that it's been more than 30 days since our stay and I still haven't received a refund for the $100 deposit.
There was coffee available 24 hours a day, so that's a great touch.
The hotel was undergoing repairs with constant construction, but they didn't bother us at any time.

Excellent food. Good hospitality. I could give it a 5 star but the restrooms were smelling urine in there first few row of seats. Other than that everything was perfect!!!

Busy as usual but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Service was great but food was mediocre at best. The place was clean and constantly being worked to move folks in and out. If food was better (taste and appearance)...5 stars would have been earned.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. This place is usually busy because it's a tourist area, but they staff plenty of servers/helpers. Always spotlessly clean despite their high traffic.

I love the ability to get pancakes at 3am. It's what makes life worth living. And OMG are they good pancakes too. And at a fairly good price too. They also offer a Universal Orlando Employee discount which is a big plus in my books.

The place was not busy at all it took us forever to get our food we just ordered wings and then when the food came out it was cold I explained that to the manager he said he was going to see what was going on in the kitchen but he never came back to my table to follow up

Best wings. Only go there for the wings. Everything else is subject to the patriarch's approval. That's a lot of stars for just wings. Not many well endowed Asians serving so I have to take that star and give it back to the Chinese.

First time ever being inside a hooters.
I walked in and was greeted by 4 waitresses around 1:30pm. Total of about 4 customers seated. The waitress was quick to seat me and get my order but that was it. I guess she went on break after that. About 30 min the waitress brought me the wrong thing. She told me she was aware of it and had my other order already turned in. After 30 more minutes I asked for it to go. The manager brought the food to me and said here is your order and walked away. I was charged full price, never apologized to nor did they even half ass help. Service and food was terrible! I had to throw the food away once I got to my hotel room! Will never eat hooters again!

Love Hootetrs to the fullest. When on vacation I always look for the nearest location and plan it into my schedule. Taylor was great and so was the host. Very attentive and polite. Food was great & beer was cold. Great experience with this location. Much needed after being all day at universal studios.

The staff is friendly with poor management! This place is super filthy. The air condition vents are blowing over the tables with mounds of dirt dust all over the vents. The women’s restroom disgusting as well! They need the health department to pay them a visit ASAP!

It's Waffle House! Quick, Fresh...."Greasy Spoon"...But sometimes that's the best fix. I love this place from time to time.

This place is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Don't get me wrong cheap food fast. The employees feel like its mostly a social hour with each other. I eat here about 2 times a month again if it wasn't a big meal for cheap id head elsewhere

My sister's and I just walked out of this Waffle House. We came i n, down. No one gave us a greeting. At least 10 employees present. No menu. No I will be right with you. Management needs go over some simple customer service guidelines. Highly diappionted.

This was my first ever Waffle House experience, it was great! Miss Tee was amazing and very friendly considering how many jobs she had to do at once- expediting, food delivery, cashier, and more! The chef and other ladies were great, very busy. I feel like the manager could've helped out more.
