Spark by Hilton Orlando near Universal in Orlando

Breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, stale cereal, tiny muffins, bad pancake batter for the waffle maker, waffles were just pancakes with texture. no eggs, no bacon, no meat at all. Boiled eggs that smelled rotten. Hallways smell of mold and garbage. Staff is as ghoulish as the emptiness of the hotel. The pool was out of order, had to go to the hotel next door which only goes from 3 ft to 5 ft, extremely small and dirty. I stayed for 4 days and saw only 2 other guests the entirety of my stay. I seriously think that place is haunted it is a very sad, dystopia, creepily empty place. To top all of that off I have bed bug bites. The place has bed bugs. Stay away!!

We booked this hotel for four nights, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When we checked in, the front desk agent, Ezequiel, accidentally charged us twice and then said they didn’t know where the extra money went. After driving four hours and feeling exhausted, we were shocked to find out that the hotel was still under construction. The entrance lobby was unfinished and a complete mess. Our room smelled terrible, and the breakfast was awful. I don’t understand how this hotel can operate when it’s clearly not ready. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and just told us to leave. This was my first time in Orlando, and unfortunately, this hotel ruined the experience. I will never ever stay here again, and I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!! TERRIBLE HOTEL, i've never been in a hotel like this in my entire life!!!!

I was taken back by this one. There was a different name on building when we arrived. Big dumpster in roundabout in front of door and permit on door. No email was sent about construction on going. Whole lobby was covered in floor protection with the ceilings removed. The elevator panel hanging was loose before a worker put back in position and hit the button for us. Room key worked, then twice needed to go back down to have reprogrammed. Everything was new, bed, sheets, tables, chairs….. everything in the room was new……. Except the ac u it in the wall, thing was loud as hell I barely slept both nights. Nice plugs on both sides of the bed. Only two towels, you ask my wife there needs to be a couple more lol. Overall no I would not suggest here, once it’s completed if it’s still a bargain maybe I might try it again but they really should have communicated better about how the hotel currently is before people arrive

selection of breakfast is practically quite low and below average. toaster does not work. no scrambled eggs even.

There is active construction, so quite dusty overall.

This is not a 3-star hotel as listed on google maps.

I'd look elsewhere for future trips.
