The resort must have been in the off season, as we mostly had the pools to ourselves some days, which was a beautiful experience! The villa was fresh and spotless and the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive! This is why we come back every year!

Everything was great. Only bad thing was the mosquitos. Couldn’t really sit on back deck without getting bit

It was slow season so a lot of things were closed in the area but overall is a great place

Complementary dolphin show daily, lagoon is safe option for ocean water swim, wildlife( fish, nurse sharks, manatees) able to be seen off the docks. Drinks are pricey. Variety of activities

The property was beautiful! Plenty of walkable options for dining, swimming, and relaxing. The staff was responsive, polite, and incredibly nice. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, my main complaint was they made us wait until 4 o’clock to give us the room, because we were told the room wasn’t ready when in fact, he has been empty for days.

I was a little nervous going in since a lot of reviews were less than great, however, I was happily surprised! We stayed in a beautifully appointed family suite. It was clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and staff was quick to bring up more sheets and soap. The sheets were a bit stiff and pillows were lumpy.
The restaurants were delicious but not a ton of dinner options. Breakfast was great and lunch at pool was fantastic. The marketplace was way over priced and the pizza was gross.
The pool was clean however, we were bitten by some kind of ants that swarmed out of umbrella stand. Not sure how they can control that, but the bites were super itchy! The iguanas were a little too comfortable and one jumped on my nephew while he was eating and scared him pretty badly!
The dolphin encounter was so fun but expensive.
Overall, we had a great experience and thought the resort was beautiful!
