We had a nice stay... but it was only for 1 night - wish we could have stayed longer... Next time! Close proximity to Tin City (walking distance). Offer shuttle services to downtown 5th, etc. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The room was updated and stocked with amenities. The staff throughout the entirety of the resort were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and helpful. We loved the Cafe on the Bay, the grill by the pools (Naples Bay Club), and the Blackbird restaurant! We did not want to leavd.

The cottage was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, they attended to our every need with a smile on their faces. From check in to check out we had a great time

Wonderful stay. Room a little small but lots of storage and amenities. Spotless. Missing ice and vending machines. TV channels limited. Sometimes the front desk was very busy and didn't respond. Overall very nice view and nice experience. Wish it was on the beach but transportation service good.

Well maintained property with welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast is not included, but the cafe on site had excellent coffee and a nice assortment of food options.

I found the staff to be unfriendly for the most part with the exception of the valet staff which were excellent.
