We stayed at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort for four nights and honestly expected a lot more. When we arrived, the refrigerator in our room was broken and one of the beds was soaked, with what looked like blood stains. Not a great first impression.

Throughout the stay, service was consistently frustrating. There was no reliable internet, which made even ordering room service difficult. When we did manage to order, it took over an hour and 40 minutes.

Breakfast each morning was another issue. Long lines, clearly understaffed, and not equipped to handle the number of guests.

Overall, it felt disorganized and far below the standard you’d expect for a property like this. Really disappointing experience.

Rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff was loud in the hallways , yeeling to co workers at 7 in the morning. Breakfast outdoor seating had a major bird problem!

This place was absolutely amazing! Clean rooms, nice staff, beautiful pools and beautiful beach access with food and drink service! You do not even have to leave the resort! Recommend this stay.

Zina (check-in desk) went out of her way to be very helpful.

Hotel was clean, spa services were good but restaurants were mediocre and some of the service staff wasn’t so friendly.

Location, pools and amenities are great. Quinns was our favorite onsite restaurant - right on the beach with friendly staff, good food and drinks. Nightly fire show and s'more's is a nice perk.

Front desk staff could use training as they were not helpful or friendly.

Rooms could use an update as the carpet is pretty beat up.
