It was decent I had a big issue and waiting to hear back from management as to how they’re going to mitigate the issue.

The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

This is a very visited place, everytime i came here is crowded, it's a good place for families. Have a live restaurant-bar, very nice and always serving nice food. Everything in the hotel is old. Room service is not provided unless you call front desk but they knock at your door to clean the room on your checkout date😂. The area is quite inconvenient. The only upside is the spacious room.

Perfect location, on the beach, the pool is amazing, the water is warm and pleasant, fun to swim in, there is a hot jacuzzi next to it, access to the beach is only a few steps away, the service is pleasant and kind and welcoming, there are free towels, and popsicles and ice cream for a fee. Very nice resort/hotel right in Sunny Isles beach. The service is really good. They give you towels and lounge chairs outside for the beach. The pool is also nice, right by the beach. We rented the penthouse so we had the stairs to go up to the terrace and there is a jacuzzi that was sooo nice to relax after a day at the beach. They have valet to park your car.
