Really enjoyed the hotel, friendly service and very clean rooms. The pools definitely need some up grade. We were mostly at the beach, the service was excellent there along with the friendly beach staff.

Awesome beach view, really calm and peaceful with pools and beach being fantastic, the beach water was warm and sand wasnt burning hot, it was clean, not alot of people in the morning or evening so those were the best times during the sunrise especially. The location is fantastic overall loved Sunny Isles Beach, definitely visiting this place again

The hotel is gorgeous, the swimming pools, cascades and the beach are beautiful. The hotel is a bit old, but everything was re-newed. The MAIN PROBLEM is the people working there (except for the restaurant, and the guys that carry the bags). NEVER SAW ONE SINGLE SMILE from anyone at the reception, and they were RUDE really often.

The resort is in a great location and is very beautiful looking as well. The valet parking will cost you $50.00 per day so be prepared for few extra costs too. There is also a daily resort fee. The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

This is a very visited place, everytime i came here is crowded, it's a good place for families. Have a live restaurant-bar, very nice and always serving nice food. It's near the pier so you can get romantic anytime that you want. A disaster. The elevators weren't working. You had to wait half an hour to use them. The furniture in room 2102B was broken. There were no chairs or tables on the balcony.

The elevators were a nightmare. One is totally broken, one has problems and the third one is mostly used by hotel employees going from one floor to another. Result: waiting lines in the lobby like at airport security

The breakfast was a la carte and the food was very fresh, flavorful, and the service was exceptional from the waitress and the head manager.

Only one working elevator was brutal to deal with. Not sure why they would bring down 2 elevators for renovation. Dated bathrooms and there is loud wind noise if you stay at higher floors.

The hotel was great but the location was not so great. First, there is construction next door. I get that they can't fully control this. Second, it is right off the main highway. It is not convenient for walking with small children. I don't understand how bikes and motorized scooters share a tiny sidewalk with pedestrians. Not safe. I visited Marenas Beach Resort through ResortPass and it’s my best experience yet! Check-in was quick, friendly, and they even greeted me with champagne. Perfect location, on the beach, the pool is amazing, the water is warm and pleasant, fun to swim in, there is a hot jacuzzi next to it, access to the beach is only a few steps away, the service is pleasant and kind and welcoming, there are free towels, and popsicles and ice cream for a fee. There is bouncy and uplifting Portuguese music in the pool.

Very nice resort/hotel right in Sunny Isles beach. The service is really good. They give you towels and lounge chairs outside for the beach. The pool is also nice, right by the beach. We rented the penthouse so we had the stairs to go up to the terrace and there is a jacuzzi that was sooo nice to relax after a day at the beach. They have valet to park your car. The view from our room was incredible
