I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that parking is at Valet, which is an extra expense. Otherwise, everything is good and the experience was great!

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

There was too much of construction going on in the property.

I really like the hotel, this is the 4th time I have booked there and for a wedding anniversary I didn't hesitate to do so.

It was an awesome experience. The service on and off of the beach was exquisite.

This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Great stay so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the live bands at night. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that the pool areas are crowded.

The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping...

The room is clean, the environment is very beautiful, the service is very good, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things

The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. We had a lovely stay. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are helpful and kind. You also can’t beat the location - it’s right there on the beach! We will certainly be coming back.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. It was a beautiful location right on the beach and had a great pool and jacuzzi.

My only complaint was that the balcony was unusable for most of the day due to being in full sunlight for most of the day. Maybe this would be nice in winter, but it was entirely too hot to sit out there. If you are going to get a partial OV balcony, request one on the north side of the building to avoid the full sun all day!

Views were excellent! Only complaint is having a late check out and having room service knocking on your door displaying the do not disturb sign, to check the time you are leaving.

We stay in Hollywood Beach a couple of times a year, and after 30 years and a dozen hotels, this is our current favorite on the Broadwalk. She isn’t the youngest or fanciest girl on the beach, but she is the nicest and most consistent. Everyone there goes out of the way to make you welcome. We have had the best corner room with a view of the ocean and the worst room with a view of the kitchen vents...

This place is amazing! The hotel was very clean... the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was was the billing at the end. But other than that they stay was great. We stayed on the 23 floor the view was beautiful.

My girlfriend and I stayed here two nights. It was a very large room and very spacious. Nice decor. Close to the beach. To top it off, my girlfriend left her Kindle in the room and Ricardo is working with us to ship it back to us. Very kind staff and wonderful experience.

Hotel is a bit old & needed a renovation, if you don’t have a car with you, you just got stuck in the hotel with nearby one petrol kiosk to get your drinking water, a McDonald's & a Danny to feed your tummy. Shopping center that Aventura Mall needs to book a Uber, can be pricey at US$30 per way.

The room smell like hell,carpet stink and wet. Its impossible to stay in rooms ,we sparyed parfume and waited to check out

It was clean and comfortable with a lovely jacuzzi and pool which were a godsend as the weather was hot

Stayed here as an overnight for a delayed flight. Close to the airport. The shuttle service was easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

I paid $300 for two nights, but when I found there was no water in the room and asked for a few bottles, they told me I had to buy them! Can you believe that? 🤣🤣🤣🤦♂️ What a joke! A $300 room and they wouldn’t even give free water that costs 10 cents a bottle! Overall, the room was just okay — maybe worth $100 a night, but definitely not more

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Costa. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. They provide beach chairs and also you can borrow different toys and floaties for your child. The room we stayed in was very nice and had a full kitchen. Service is very friendly. The rooftop pool had salty water and had a few floating pillows. The hot tub was good as well. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport . Their pool is worth a sight! My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel at home. Checking in was very easy and quick. My suite was very comfortable and everything was impeccable. It was close to the restaurant area so it was good for spending dinner time, but I'm not sure if I'll go back next time because of the bathroom door not closing, the shampoo bottle not pressing, and problems checking in with the app.

While this is not a 5 star hotel, it hits all the right marks. Good service, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and great value with the add ons.

Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

Great location but…This woman was absolutely obnoxiously loud coming back at 4AM! And it took a long time until it got resolved. The hotel is very small, so we can hear everything.

Located on the beach- as in open the door to your room and walk in to the water. But it also has some local flare - live entertainment at the bar in the hotel that the locals seem to flock to. Overall the property is in a great location. It does need a little maintenance, but since it’s right in front of the beach I will say it’s difficult to maintain it. I also think they can put a little more effort in the cleanliness, some areas of the room were not 100% clean. The staff were amazing!! And the parking is not difficult either. Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Hotel 10/10. Nothing to complain about, everything was very clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach and the Broadway promenade where there are many restaurants and cafes.

The room was clean with plenty fresh towels plus good breakfast as well. The only 2 downsides are: (1)Took too long to check in, about 30min. 3 front desk workers were cooking 5 people for about 30 min to check them in 2) Unfortunately in the bathroom there’s no any holders available for the soap, shampoo and so. While it is an older setting. It is in an amazing location. The resort fee of $35.00 and another $15.00 for parking is a bit excessive.

The concierge service is consistently exceptional. They will have you in your room in no time. The rooms are always spotless and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place . whenever I want to relax by the beach I always book with Hollywood Beach Hotels.

Room was perfect and in good location to walk to shops and dinner. The only thing negative I can say is we were charged $40 for parking but weren’t told we had to pay until after I got a notification from my bank that there was an additional $40 charge and I called to ask what that was for and the lady at the desk said oh that’s for parking. The gentleman that gave us the parking permit never mentioned...

The room was clean and the living room was very big. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and amazing to sleep on. My only issue were the cabinet that holds the sink was a bit damaged as well as the outside of the refrigerator, which was rusty. This is our second time back here. We love the place! The privacy, the courtyards, proximity to the beach, the awesome Hollywood boardwalk. Super family friendly and clean. Almost don’t want to review the place for fear we might not be able to book next year.

We stayed for Miami Carnival weekend. It was very convenient very cheap very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the staff really does their job with keeping the property clean.

The place was unique. They only clean the rooms when people check out. They also have people actually living there. The front desk closes at 730pm and you need to call the security guard to open the lobby for you to check in if coming in after 730pm. Have to wait for front desk to open to get more towels. Then they have people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot

The hotel room had a very damp, wet smell and there were bulbs that did not work. Additionally there were roaches in the room. The hot water never got hot.
