I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that parking is at Valet, which is an extra expense. Otherwise, everything is good and the experience was great!

The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping...

The hotel is dated, rooms are fine, the front desk staff was nice, but the restaurant/bar staff were awful. We were there for 3 days and never ate at the restaurant because in our 3 attempts, no one ever came to serve us.

Very comfortable stay everyone was very friendly and accommodated my every need. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the main part of the boardwalk but otherwise I give it a 10 out of a 10. What stood up the most for me though was how friendly and welcoming everyone was.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are helpful and kind. You also can’t beat the location - it’s right there on the beach! We will certainly be coming back.

We stayed here for one night. The room was clean. The air conditioner was strong. The staff at the front desk were friendly. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Close proximity to a coffee shop, gas station and Denny’s. They set us up with a transfer to the cruise terminal. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staying overnight Feb 07. Everything was good, until 5am fire alarm and had to evacuate. Not sure how fire happened. Stood outside in the cold for a few hours. My group almost missed our flight and was stressing out all morning. Other than that Hotel staff was good and hotel looked good. Room size was big and a few restaurants walking distance.

I paid $300 for two nights, but when I found there was no water in the room and asked for a few bottles, they told me I had to buy them! Can you believe that? 🤣🤣🤣🤦♂️ What a joke! We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Costa. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. They provide beach chairs and also you can borrow different toys and floaties for your child. The room we stayed in was very nice and had a full kitchen. Service is very friendly. The rooftop pool had salty water and had a few floating pillows. The hot tub was good as well. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! I was in a last minute pinch for a room and with no time to find one- I found this place online and booked at a very decent price and the room was super clean and conveniently located right off 95. We stayed for Miami Carnival weekend. It was very convenient very cheap very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the staff really does their job with keeping the property clean.

Great location but…This woman was absolutely obnoxiously loud coming back at 4AM! And it took a long time until it got resolved. The hotel is very small, so we can hear everything.

The concierge service is consistently exceptional. They will have you in your room in no time. The rooms are always spotless and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place . whenever I want to relax by the beach I always book with Hollywood Beach Hotels.

Our 2nd stay here. Great location/safe area on the boardwalk, a short walk to entertainment/food/bars. Staff is fantastic and quick when you ask for additional items. They were quick to respond to check-in questions. Clean rooms and outside is maintained well. Dolphin offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation at a very reasonable rate. Will be back next year.

While some units have been remodeled, others needed to be badly! We were in unit 5, and it was the worst shower I've ever used. However - the location of the Dolphin and the hotel and staff itself were great. I will stay there again, but will be sure to request an updated room.

Older motel but one filled with character. The best feature was it was extremely close to the beach but without the noise. Rooms were a bit minimalist but everything was tidy and clean with some effort being made to modernize the bathroom. Eds were comfortable. It was our 3rd trip back to this hotel. The proximity to the beach was EVERYTHING. It is a little run down, but it felt clean and comfortable, and I loved that I could do my laundry ($2 in quarters to run the dryer). The office staff was wonderful!
