Good service

My mom and I had such a great stay at this hotel! We only stayed for one night, but it was by far the best stay we’ve ever experienced at any of our past hotels! Daniel was wonderful and upgraded our room from a standard room to a suite. He was very hospitable and extremely attentive. Jackie was just amazing at the pool bar! She provided such excellent customer service! Thomas was also very helpful and kind. We will be returning, so please don’t forget about us.

Located in Sunny Isle Beach, nestled between Hollywood and Miami, this hotel provides a nice value for what they offer. The room was large and lovely; clean and nicely appointed, and it was serviced every day, which isn't always offered anymore.

The bar/restaurant on premises needs a little work as our first night the bartender definitely didn't know how to make martinis. But on our last night we HAD A FANTASTIC bartender, ANDREA K. She was engaging and was so proficient behind the bar. This one night at the bar completely made our stay.

Food . . . We never ate at the Baleen restaurant indoors, so this is in regard to appetizers ordered while at the adjacent bar or pool. The first was at the pool, which reminded me too much of bar food. Another night we had the hummus and cauliflower at the area adjacent to the restaurant. The hummus platter was skimpy - more veggies and pita were needed with the hummus and the cauliflower was just o.k.

The staff was nice and helpful. The reason for the overall 4-star rating is due to the unavailability of the elevators. This is not a huge establishment and to have to wait over 10 minutes for an elevator (that was the worst wait time,) or 5-7 minutes seems like far too long. It was apparent one wasn't operational while we also had to share the elevator with housekeeping. Which meant limited space in the elevator and always stopping at multiple other floors. Just seems like there would be a more efficient way of providing lift services to your guests. Besides that, overall, it was a nice visit. Thank you.

I’ve never been more pleased with a hotel stay than I was with Solé! I booked with them super last minute & ended up getting such a great deal that I was expecting for at least some small issues, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The location is amazing, so many things walking distance and many shops including a really cool mall a short drive away. My room was really cute and it had a balcony with partial ocean & city view. The front desk staff was the friendliest and most helpful and the house keepers were seriously so sweet! Oscar the bell boy was a real gentleman & the valet service was also top tier. The neighborhood is bustling but also really calm so if you’re looking for a Miami experience but don’t want to stay in Miami Beach then this is it! I couldn’t be happier with my experience here & I will be recommending this hotel to my friends. I can’t wait to be back!

Great location and a beautiful walk on beach hotel. Lots of restaurants around. Not too many bars though. Staff was friendly. You get fresh beach towels and a lounge chair every morning. Everything was smooth since our check in and they let us check in super early which was nice. The room was fairly large and came with a full kitchen and living room which I didn't expect. Only complaint is that the bathroom did not have any cabinets to put anything on top like your make up or toiletries so we have to keep everything in our room which was annoying. Otherwise I had a great experience all around!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.
Great location, We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I need to also thank Juan Carlos Garcia who really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you Sole Miami!!! Will definitely come back.
