A disaster.
The elevators weren't working. You had to wait half an hour to use them.
The furniture in room 2102B was broken.
There were no chairs or tables on the balcony.

The elevators were a nightmare. One is totally broken, one has problems and the third one is mostly used by hotel employees going from one floor to another. Result: waiting lines in the lobby like at airport security

Standard room was extremely small. No real amenities. Location on the beach was the only plus.

the room and elevator was fairly dirty. Looks like someone before us had a pet in the room, so I got strong allergy reaction from it. They moved us in another room that had only one bed and a couch, the couch mattress was so bad that I was not able to sleep on. The price was high for such a hotel

We really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was great pretty perfect i honestly don’t have any complaints at all.. we didn’t want to leave we can’t wait to go back..

Not worth the price at all. 2 out of 3 of the elevators were out of service majority of our stay and there was constant lines for the elevator. There is no furniture on the balcony so all you can do is stand which is pointless. Housekeeping is poor. Rooms are smaller than they look online and the pool area is tiny. We did not enjoy our stay the only good thing is the restaurant.

The room is not very big and the bathroom facilities are relatively old, but the front desk service is good. The hotel is very close to the beach.

Our friends took us here the other night and we loved it! I had the chicken shishkabob with some Tabulah (sp?) and it was so yummy! Great night!

Worst place ever! Had run out of the most things such as cola, ribs and rice among other thing. The chicken was super dry and didn't taste of "citrus". The sauce bar was empty. There was no cutlery. We got wrong size of soda. The guacamole was rotten. There was hair in another sauce. I had to ask for fork, knives and napkins ect. Don't eat at that place!
