The room service It has very limited opening hours, at night until 8:30 pm and breakfast only starts at 7:30 am.
If you arrive after this time, there is nothing else to ask for in the room.
If you have to leave early for work or even for fun, you will have to buy something to eat.
The floor balcony must be better clean.
The bathroom shower throws more water on the wall than on the person shower.
The toilet does not have a hygienic shower.

This hotel was decent. The hotel staff was great! They were very responsive, professional and there were not issues having any concerns addressed like the TV that was out in our room. There was some renovations during our visit in early June so getting up to the entrance wasn’t the greatest but the valet was super helpful and friendly. The pool was small and getting to it wasn’t good because you had to walk through a parking area to get to it. The photos on the resort website showed beautiful teal or azure blue chair pillows but they were not there during our stay. The chairs were just basic plastic white. The bar/snack area at the pool was very basic and nothing special to remember. The restaurant food was pretty good. We ordered room service and they were prompt to take orders and bring them up which was appreciated; that quick service was good. The room had a kitchen and was just the right for us. There was an empty beachy dirt lot from the side view of our balcony, which wasn’t the best and I don’t recalled being mentioned on the website. Lastly, the beach was nice. The staff setup everything for guests so that made it enjoyable however they weren’t the most professional always on their phones and having conversations when we were trying to get assistance. It’s a nice option for families and others looking to experience Miami away from the nightlife but in a location not too far from the airport and with access to stores right nearby.

This hotel was okay. It was a great location with a great beach but there was a lot of additional fees that were added on. We had to pay $30 a day for valet parking that we weren’t aware of when booking. No option for self park. $30 resort fee on top as well. We were told at the front desk we had free breakfast when we arrived then when we went to get the breakfast it was all set up buffet style with no signs up so we started to get our food then the bartender walked over and told us it was $25 per person. The bar food is pretty expensive and the food isn’t the best. Staff is nice, and helpful, but a bit understaffed. House keeping was definitely 5/5 stars. Our room was super clean and they came in every day, cleaned, remade beds with new towels. Overall, it’s a decent hotel in a good area - just the extra fees are what really made this a 3/5.
