Hilton Miami Aventura is a solid four star stay with a lot going for it. The location is very convenient, especially if you are shopping at Aventura Mall or exploring the surrounding area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a stylish lobby and comfortable common spaces. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay.

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely designed, with comfortable beds and great city views. Housekeeping kept everything very clean, which I appreciated. The pool area is a nice bonus and a great place to relax after a long day. My only minor downsides were that some amenities felt a bit limited for the price and certain areas could use small updates. Overall, it is a dependable, comfortable option in Aventura and I would definitely stay here again.

Review: Miami Hotel Aventura

The hotel itself is very nice — modern, clean, and with large, comfortable rooms. The staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our stay was marked by a series of issues that made the experience frustrating, especially considering my Diamond status.

On the day of check-in, I received an email while I was in flight stating that my credit card had been declined and that I needed to update it by 4:00 PM to keep my reservation. This caused immediate panic, as we were already traveling and had limited ability to resolve the issue mid-flight. We spent part of the flight trying to figure out what went wrong and worrying that our reservation would be canceled before we even landed. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk confirmed my card was fine and could not explain why the email was sent in the first place.

When we checked in around 5:30 PM, we were informed that no King Deluxe rooms were available and that we would need to downgrade to a regular King in order to check in. We were on a tight schedule, so we had no choice but to accept the downgrade.

The next day, after spending about four hours in the sun at the Orange Bowl, we were unable to access our room due to a dead door lock battery. It took approximately 45 minutes to get back into the room, during which time we had to go down to the lobby just to use the restroom.

The following day, we requested room service and were left with pool towels instead of bathroom towels. We called the front desk and were told towels would be sent up, but they never arrived.

While the hotel itself is attractive and the staff was consistently friendly, it truly felt like one thing after another. I’ve been a Diamond member for six years, and I expect a smoother, more reliable experience at this level.

The breakfast was a la carte and the food was very fresh, flavorful, and the service was exceptional from the waitress and the head manager.

We arrived a little late, so the staffing was not what we expected. The TV in the room was not working correctly, so the desk person switched the room with no problem. Overall, it was a decent stay.

My stay at the Hilton Aventura Miami was amazing, but what truly made it unforgettable was the service from Nikki. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional.

No question ever felt like too much for her, and she handled everything with such patience and genuine kindness. You can tell she really cares about guests having the best experience possible. Because of her, the check-in process was smooth, my stay was stress-free, and I left feeling truly appreciated.

Hilton Aventura Miami is lucky to have someone like Nikki on their team. I would absolutely stay here again — and I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to others thanks to her outstanding service!

I stayed at the Hilton Aventura Miami for almost two weeks for work, and it has truly been a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, but what made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from Nikkia and Peter.

From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond. My initial room wasn’t quite what I was looking for, and without hesitation they helped me switch to a room that suited me perfectly. When I had concerns about room cleaning, they addressed them immediately and ensured everything was taken care of. Their kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference.

Every time I returned from work, they greeted me in the lobby, checked in on how my day was going, and genuinely made me feel at home. It’s rare to find people who truly care, but Nikkia and Peter consistently made my stay feel comfortable, safe, and personal.

I’m very particular about where I stay, and the rooms here were clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. Because of their outstanding hospitality, I’ll definitely be returning.

We go to Cheesecake Factory every year for Christmas Eve. It just happened we were in Miami this Christmas Eve (we're from MN) for the first time but still wanted to dine at CF. We came to this one. The wait time was fine for seating. Service was fair. Only when it was time to order desserts and get the checks we became annoyed. We waited about 20 minutes before he came back with the checks and desserts. We both ordered cheesecake because why else come to CF and not get cheesecake? Well our server didn't have his listening ears on and gave me a slice of cake I can't even eat which also was slightly more than the cheesecake, because I don't eat carrot cake. My bad for not opening the container and making sure it was right. Didn't think I needed to.

It's always the right choice when available. We are fans of Cheesecake Factory. Not like most restaurants where they have their own favorite dishes. Here whatever you choose will be a good choice. And also I must praise the staff.

Came here for Sunday brunch. Greeted by a friendly staff and promptly seated after 5 minutes of waiting. Service was great despite some moments of feeling ignored for a while. I find it interesting the wide range of food options on the menu as it came be a little overwhelming. However, the cheesecake options are always great offering a wide range of flavors to choose from.

I just ordered a quick bite, a miga sandwich and a warmed ham & cheese medialuna and they were very good. I wouldn't order anything more elaborated because you are basically at a food stand. I watched them while they were cooking rice on the steamer and they were using 1 cup of rice and adding literally 3 cups of butter ?
