The room I stayed in was old.
The beds were old too and not comfortable at all.
Bathroom was big but old as well and every time we would shower it would make this crazy loud sound. It’s wasn’t pleasant at all.
Kitchenette was small and old and fridge wasn’t plugged I had to move it my self to plug it in.
I’ve asked the front desk to switch rooms but they wouldn’t let me.
The description clearly stated that the hotel was under renovation until January 1st 2026 and I was there from the 11th to the 15th.
The lobby is very pretty though beach access too.

Staff were very helpful in resolving an initial issue with room. Staff were very friendly and enjoyed the gym on a daily basis.

Only one working elevator was brutal to deal with. Not sure why they would bring down 2 elevators for renovation.
Dated bathrooms and there is loud wind noise if you stay at higher floors.

The staff is amazing! Best service Ive had in a long time.
The location is amazing and the common areas and facilities are great.
However the room was so dated and although clean still seemed dingy. Couldn’t use the balcony which was a huge bummer. The door would not open at all. Possibly it was welded shut.
Overall it was a nice stay but overpriced for the condition of the room. Hopefully they plan to update them soon

Our stay was amazing from the checking in till we checked out we got complementary late checkout till 1 witch was a huge help.

Everything in the hotel is old. Room service is not provided unless you call front desk but they knock at your door to clean the room on your checkout date😂. The area is quite inconvenient. The only upside is the spacious room.

The elevators where non functioning October 31 leaving me on the terrace until midnight
Ruining my next day I was exhausted
It gets worse
November 2 my Sons Wedding the elevators where non functioning again from 6:30am
No food, no water, I was on the 21st floor
Planned brunch with friends in the restaurant impossible
My girlfriend on the 11th floor was suppose to do my hair for the Wedding
We are reaching 60, not going to ask her to climb those stairs
2:30 we had to leave for the Wedding
No elevators yet, so walked down 21 flights of stairs to make my Sons Wedding in time
Exhausted, dehydrated, weak
My legs where shaking
And of course there was no housekeeping
However! I do not hold that against the staff
They where trying their best carrying bundles of towels up and down the stairs
It was actually sad to see management would make them do that
I’m ok using a towel twice!
It was an unpleasant and exhausting experience
Not how I imagined my Son’s Wedding weekend
My compensation was no resort fees
I asked to not be charged for November 3 night stay because AC changesd my flight
They, the Hotel can’t do that
It’s up to *******

**I did not try the food ** walked in, stayed at least 5 minutes. No server, no greeter. Tables were dirty with dishes and food not cleared from customers long gone. Sushi station was in disarray. Noped outta there

Idk what all these high stars are for.... Maybe the food quality? Food was good but the service is extremely slow, prices are high and staff aren't well organized. Waited 25 minutes for a very small amount of food and the waitress accidentally tipped herself $35 for a $15 meal.... Had to ask for money back

Very good overall. Great service, pretty good sushi rolls, really good stir fry dishes with rice, and great value for the area. Good enough to make a return visit for sure.
