A complete dump! The hallways reek of urine and the rooms are infested with roaches and other nasty bugs. I must’ve crushed at least 4 roaches within 20 minutes of being in the room. Woke up to see one drinking from a droplet of water on the bathroom floor. One was hiding in the shower curtain. Was moved to a different room on a higher floor and it also had bugs popping up in there too. Do NOT stay here for ANY reason or circumstance!! There’s a bunch of odd, suspicious, and unsavory, rough around the edges, folks that stay here long term. This place is disgusting, shameful, and NEEDS to be COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED!!! If I could rate it a zero, I would.

The air conditioning was actually far beyond my expectations it was always cool in our room. It was a spacious room and the staff were really fantastic to us. The only downside was our card key had to be renewed every day despite different staff trying to programme it.
I didn't look at the pool as I was so busy with the theme parks and local spots. This location was absolutely perfect with everything at your doorstep!
Wifi was perfect too!
We were able to pay to stay for a late check out which was incredibly kind. Thanks for having us and I hope you continue to do a great job :)

It should be noted that this is an “Extended Stay Motel”. Thus the reason for the 3 patrol cars outside when I arrived. While the room was clean and served the purpose for a nights sleep and clean shower. There is only has coffee till 11AM. It would help travelers that arrived late and check out late to have coffee allday. It would also help the motels cleanliness appearance if they would do simple quick tasks like vacuum the hall floors and common areas and pick up the trash outside. I saw enough staff to easily get this done. Parking was good, staff was very nice, the room was clean and A/C worked well. We will stay again. I

Staff was friendly and parking was easy. However the room smelled like mildew due to the humidity that caused the sheets to be damp.

Roaches were crawling around and some dead ones on floor as soon as you walked into the room. the hotel staff called while we were at the theme parks stating they need to cancel our reservation-we made a week before hand- due to not having any more rooms available but later said that they actually did have a room available.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, and there was visible water damage to the bathroom floor and door, which also made the door difficult to close. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the hallway and room, and the carpets were dirty. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience, and I will not be staying here again.

No surface in the entire hotel was clean-dark unwashes carpet, splatters on walls, and the hallways smelled like cat pee and rotting garbage. The rooms were much cleaner than the hallways, but the bedding was moist and soggy. I was surprised how unclean it was.

You’re probably looking at this motel because of the cheap price, but it is cheap for a reason. The room I was given by the pool smelled like wet feet. The towels in my bathrooms had human hairs on them. The wifi that they advertise does not work(conveniently it only works in the lobby) and the TV’s are slow and outdated. If you just need a place to sleep it’s alright, but if you plan to spend more than an hour in the room on your vacation, look somewhere else for your own health, safety, and sanity.

Worst hotel ever. Wrapped in the towel was a moldy, extremely dirty handkerchief. The sound insulation is poor and the door is broken and has to be kicked hard to open and close.

Best pancakes I have ever had, hands down. The buttermilk pancakes are thick, and so fluffy I can only handle the 3 stack because they are so filling.
You can tell the food is freshly cooked because it comes out piping hot and tastes amazing.
The service was fantastic, and the prices are good for the quality.

I enjoyed the breakfast in the afternoon. The pancakes were delicious and there were songs from the 80's playing in the background thst brought back good memories. It is very close to Universal Studios.

Located across from Lake Buena Vista so mostly tourist clientele. We are locals & go to this one because it's closer to our house. Normally the wait time to order is slow but this time it was fairly fast and we were out of there within an hour (2 people). I never go to the drive thru here because it is always extremely slow. The food is always hot and it is good. This location is located in a strip mall so there's lots of parking available.

This place is awesomeness. Went to Florida on a 2 week vacation. The service was great and so are the prices. The food had large portions, delicious and very filling. Only issue was the joy chocolate was WAY too sweet! We had to request a kettle of hot water in order to take sips of it. Certainly couldn't finish it.
