Fantastic new hotel with a lovely view. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. There 1,000 attendees during the day but so spacious you wouldn't know. The Gala had 750 and the banquet was great. The food was delicious except for the chicken. It was dry but tasty. The room was luxurious!

Visited for a mini stay-cation. We enjoyed everything. The view was amazing from the 21st floor. The location was perfect walked to bars and restaurants. The pool are was busy by 11 am on sat morning. Even received nice complementary bottle of wine from one of the house keeping managers! Will definitely be visiting again and often!!

The hotel was beautiful and within walking distance to some great locations. The check in service was great and we were given a room on one of the best floors. We overlooked the water and could see the boats going in and out. It was breathtaking at night and so nice to wake up to in the morning.

The rooms need some major renovations, the bathrooms are small/ dingy with a bathtub. The room had an awful smell to it and the lines did not smell clean, had a heavy cheap bleach scent to it. Valet is super expensive (45$ + tip) and it’s a nightmare to park in the parking garage or the lot next to it, 35$+. I’d say 3/5 star hotel, at best. I wouldn’t go back.

From when we stayed here last year to this year, we were a little disappointed. While the rooms and house keeping are fantastic, we were let down by the breakfast offering for the price ($30 for basically a continental breakfast) and the lack of upkeep at the pool area (hot tub was way too low on water causing the jets to not function properly). Love this hotel & Hilton employees are very nice and even joked with us. The room is nice & clean. The bathroom is very small, no counter space, & toilet is so close to the sink basin. It definitely is an older property but I enjoyed my one night stay here. The staff is very accommodating - there was a cleanliness issue but management took care of it right away. Since it's older the room was a little smaller than usual but I had a nice little balcony. The only thing I wasn't big on was charging guests for parking but it is extremely close to the airport so get it.

Taylor and team did an amazing job with our wedding! We had ours in the Skylark room which is an incredible inside/outside venue. The ceremony was so beautiful and the sunset was special. The Skylark room venue also has panoramic windows with impressive views. The food was excellent, the rooms were so comfy and Taylor and team made sure everything went perfectly. Thank you!

Every single person we met at the Embassy Suites Tampa was over-the-top helpful. When we checked in, were told that the breakfast started at 7:30. I mentioned that we had to leave by 6am. It was beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I stayed in suite 418 and everything was nice until the middle of the night on our last night the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Everything about the beds were great! One of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. The only issue I had with the rooms is the bathroom, it was missing body wash for the first two nights. It's so convenient to stay here before an early morning flight. The rooms are quite nice. It's obviously an older property, but has been well maintained. The vote of the airport talk and operations through soundproof windows is a treat. The only disappointment was the concierge lounge. It offers only water, coffee, and soft drinks with very limited hours. They could do much better.

We had to ask for toilet paper and towels at the front desk constantly. We paid so much for the room and the room isn't nice at all.

My fiance and I were watching a movie and the room next to us kept banging on the wall several times. We had no idea what was going on exactly, and then someone from the staff came to our door stating that we were loud when all we were doing was watching a movie. At the end of the day the whole thing was uncalled for. I will definitely think twice before staying there again.

One of the best Hotels I have been to. Staff is friendly and very accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Even the pool is crystal clean and well-maintained. I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with the overall experience. Firstly, the room was decorated in a very modern and comfortable style, giving it a homely feel. The bedding was of good quality, with soft and comfortable sheets and very comfortable pillows. The bathroom was well equipped, with a wide variety of toiletries of high quality.

The sound insulation is pretty good in the US.

Overall it's good. I will come here to learn about the hotel experience during breakfast.

This hotel is very nice! With the exception of the elevator furthest from the desk, which smells like feet and old cheese, everything else was perfect. They serve complimentary breakfast in the morning and there is complimentary happy hour from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Great place to stay!

Pleasantly surprised at happy hour, breakfast was great, staff was outstanding, from the desk clerks to the servers. Location to beaches, malls and local entertainment was outstanding. I will visit again and will refer others.

My flight got cancelled so had to stay overnight for one night. Was fine. Had gym and pool but didn’t get time to use them. Room was nice and large comfy beds. Breakfast had everything you would expect. Had a burger in the bar and was ok but have has better though. Would stay again overall.

Beautiful hotel and bar. Good food. Wish there were ice machines on each floor but overall awesome experience. Highly recommended.

The overall service and content are good. It's a pity that the room had a faint musty smell when I checked in. It will be better with the air conditioning.

Stayed here for one night and it was pretty good. It’s an older hotel but the room was pretty clean for the most part. It was a great night sleep on the comfortable bedding. Also had a great bay view. Parking was $20, which felt steep for the hotel, but at least the same elevator services the garage and the rooms, so that was convenient.

My room was wonderful and the views were amazing, but I do have some critiques about the restaurant: Staff people...just because the restaurant is pretty empty, try to still provide good customer service to, and show some respect for, the guests who ARE there eating. Shouting questions across the room at each other is not very professional, and repeatedly announcing to change the sauce on the salmon...

The hotel needs updating. It probably was very nice at one time. The bathrooms are great, the meeting rooms were great (I was there for a conference) and the food was excellent. Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat. Rooms were clean. Lobby was well taken care of. Check in was a breeze. The front desk staff was super friendly. The free breakfast had plenty of options. Overall a great experience.

Best place we have stayed in a while. Even though it is by the airport you didn't really hear them. One of the cleanest hotels. Always saw someone cleaning something and sanitizing others. You could smell the clean. Definitely will be coming back to this location. Felt very safe here, have to have a key card to get anywhere in the building.

The food @ the bar an grill was so delicious, the bar was good and Shelli the bar tender/server was great. The rooms need a refresh, paint peeling in the bathtub, stains on the walls and the bedroom needs a fan because it gets very hot when you close the door. I usually stay at Sailport when I’m in Tampa as Rocky Point is centrally located to most of my business. It’s an extended stay, so it has all the amenities you need, full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave. The property is immaculate. Views were great. Small pool area but nice to have. The beach area is a nice place to sit in the evening. Beds were rock hard and pillows were basically non-existant. Bathrooms were not cleaned well prior to arrival. Kitchen area offered great space. Parking was often full making getting back at night frustrating. Decent value for the price but not for comfort.

Nice size balconies, spacious rooms, full kitchen, lots of parking under the buildings out of the sun, great view of water. The rooms need sprucing up a bit, but I would definitely return.

This is our first stay here and we loved it. The views are breathtaking. The room is clean and check in process was effortless and friendly staff. Loved hanging out at the pool with the live band.
