Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Located on river walk where plenty of places to eat. Restuarants and bars in hotel were great.

Room was ok mold and hair in shower, bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Moldy vent in bath area( no fan in bathroom )No trashbags in the trash cans and patio was dirty. Terrible pillows! Needs to be upgraded .

Old furniture, the rooms should definitely be renovated. We were given another room that was different from our reservation and when we wanted the room we had reserved we were charged $80. Nice and convenient location. But next time I will choose a different hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The room wasn't what I expected. The bed was hard as well as the towels and wash cloths. The room was clean. The toilet didnt flush but once notified that was fixed. The bedding was wrinkled and not very appealing. Overall it was ok for it's intended purpose.

Air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable, the room was larger than I thought it would be. The entire stay was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and very fast. Everything is very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great in South Tampa. Easy access to all parts of Tampa. The onsite restaurants and spa are superb, plus you have easy access to Berns. Our only issue was how thin the walls are in the hotel. You can hear not only the hallway noise, but your neighbors, too. This made our nights of sleep not so sound.

Views were great. Small pool area but nice to have. The beach area is a nice place to sit in the evening. Beds were rock hard and pillows were basically non-existant. Bathrooms were not cleaned well prior to arrival. Kitchen area offered great space. Parking was often full making getting back at night frustrating. Decent value for the price but not for comfort.

The location is good, but it felt like it wasn't well-maintained. The room felt somewhat damp, and I even found two cockroaches when I woke up in the morning. It needs better maintenance.

Quite clean and breakfast is nice. Nice location and cheap price. No bugs or noise. Just that wifi connection is close to prehistoric time, and it keeps disconnecting. Also, there is something strange about the tap water that it can never wash off the soap.

Stayed here prior to going on a cruise and it was ideal. Nothing fancy but the rooms were clean and there was plenty for breakfast, pool was nice and clean as well. A/C in the room is loud but works well. IHOP, Fresh Market and TJ's all within easy walking distance.
