When you’re in a nice vacation hotel. You never know when you arrive? Because you have to go by the flight you can get. We were told There was rooms available. But for 60.00. When you have rooms available. Get your guest their Rooms!!! I say

The property was really nice and clean. But there was some obvious toxicity with the staff. My interactions with the front stuff were awkward. I mostly didnt feel welcomed or treated respectfully. They looked at me like something was wrong with me. Beyond that, it was obvious the bar staff wasn’t discouraged from showing their dissatisfaction with management or support staff. It was as simple f the guests were inconveniencing them.
The entire staff could take a class in hospitality.
The housekeeping staff on the other hand seemed very polite and respectful.

The dining was great, the pool was great, the staff was wonderful. Even when we needed to make a change to our reservation, we were accommodating well. The only down factor is they don’t provide airport transportation to the hotel guests and we had problems with our shower which was addressed promptly after 2 tries. Will visit again.

The room was impecable, the staff was exceptional, and everything around the hotel was convenient. My view was beautiful! Definitely will be staying there again!

Bathrooms are a little outdated. Breakfast buffet was not the best. But overall the stay was great. Great views. Outside area was beautiful. Great location. Close to airport. Staff was excellent.

Facilities: The hotel is old, the faucet in the shower is almost broken. The air conditioner is very noisy

My fiance and I were watching a movie and the room next to us kept banging on the wall several times. We had no idea what was going on exactly, and then someone from the staff came to our door stating that we were loud when all we were doing was watching a movie. At the end of the day the whole thing was uncalled for. I will definitely think twice before staying there again.

I only stayed for one night but I was charged twice for parking. I called the business but they still haven't refunded me.

The hotel is very new and the location is very quiet. It is close to everything. The room is relatively large and the parking fee is $20. I will stay there again next time. Good value for money

The room is big and new. The hotel environment is also very good. The decoration is very beautiful. The scenery outside is beautiful. It seems to be a golf course. Sitting on the sofa next to the big glass window is very relaxing.
