Clean room. Comfy beds. Reliable hot water in the bathroom. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was okay. Unfortunately, there was a live cockroach in my room. Walls seemed thin; sounds from adjacent rooms were coming through too loud. The WiFi was speed was slow.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is close to everything. The breakfast was more than the usual free breakfasts. Definitely plan to return when visiting my daughter in Lady Lake-tge Villages.

Cherrie was the absolute best. We actually offered to buy her dinner at the fabulous Mexican restaurant she recommended. She was on point for our entire stay. She made everything smooth.

Overpriced, Poorly Maintained, and Rude Staff on second shift
Very disappointing stay. I booked a king room with a jacuzzi, but it “wasn’t available” when I arrived—yet I was still charged $270+. The front desk clerk was rude and acted like I was trying to scam them for questioning the price.
First room had a toilet not bolted down—my wife nearly fell. Second room was a downgrade to a queen bed, still charged the same price, and the toilet was also loose. Maintenance and cleanliness were unacceptable.
To make things worse, the clerk told me Booking.com was inaccurate and to check the hotel’s own website—which showed king rooms available while they claimed none existed.
When we stayed another night, they added a surprise $150 security deposit, then the same clerk made sarcastic, repeated comments about whether the toilet and room were “acceptable.”
This property operates at two-star quality while charging premium prices. Serious issues with maintenance, pricing transparency, and customer service. I would not recommend this location

The only thing I could critique is this location could be updated. It just seemed a bit old.
The outdoor furniture was broken .

The room key didn't work, I had asked the desk clerk for a room fairly close to the elevator since I have a walking problem, I'm disabled 71 years old so he gives me a room way towards the end then the key doesn't work I have to go all the way down with luggage to get them to finally come back up then the TV remote doesn't work in the room smells funny. There was also a leftover peanut who's been here I don't know how long cuz they didn't vacuum.

Room was very clean. Bed was so comfy. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate - standard waffle, sausage, fried egg patties, 2 bread options; cereals, yogurt, hard-boiled egg. Coffee was good. Staff kept after the breakfast area - cleaned and restocked often.
Would absolutely stay here again!

Staff was great warm welcome. Well kept facility always was cleaning lobby and public areas Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but hardly made it in the morning. Would stay again was visiting family. Thank you Joyce!

Staff was fine. AC didn’t really work. Bathroom had a door stop on the middle of the floor. Not worth the price.

Decent hotel just needs some maintenance and CLEANING. Pool needs good cleaning. Staff is friendly and helpful.Good location easy to get around. Definitely dog friendly quite a few here. Lots of dog hair everywhere and everything smells of dog. Wifi is horrible
