Parc Corniche Condominium Suite Hotel in Orlando

I tried canceling my hotel reservation 24hrs prior To check in via Priceline and it said my cancellation could not be processed even though it said it was free cancellation. I did online chat with them and they told me they used agoda which I didn’t know they used a third party. I did online chat with agoda then called them and was told over the phone that I had to call Priceline to cancel it even though Priceline told me to call agoda. Wasn’t able to cancel it so had to check in and stay there. Upon check in they charged me two nights of resort fees on top of what I already paid. And I already paid a resort fee when I booked the hotel. So I got charged extra money for the resort fee on top of the resort fee I had already paid. The first room we walked into had a cockroach on the kitchen counter and the deadbolt did not lock. The whole room was filthy dirty and hair in the toilet and shower. Went to the front desk to complain and was told security would take us to a different room. Security got to the first room we showed him what the issues were and he didn’t seem shocked at all about the bug and filth of the room! He also stated there is sometimes snakes and lizards in the rooms! He brought us to another room. The second room was not as dirty but still not clean. We had no choice but to stay as it was 1am and we just got off our flight and had no other place to stay. The lights to the main bedroom didn’t work. There was hair again in the sink and the toilet was dirty. The floors were filthy, the outlets didn’t work and one was even coming out of the wall which is a fire hazard. The couch had holes in it, the table was dirty and had sticky stuff all over it. The condos right next to us were loud and people were screaming at the top of their lungs until 4am both nights we stayed. We could hear them as if they were literally in the same room as us. When we left for the day someone came in our room which I am assuming was housekeeping because my luggage was moved and they moved my clothes around. Didn’t clean anything in the room. Personal belongings also missing.

I have never EVER had such an awful experience. EVER. I had bugs in my bed, there were blood stains and mud stains on the walls and floors, there were chips off of the tub and literally any surface. The upstairs people would not stop yelling and banging no matter how much we called. When I called about the bugs BITING MY BACK IN MY S L E E P I was told they didn’t have those kinds of bugs anymore. So there were other bugs before. I was told to call the manager in the morning. Unacceptable. To wait until morning with all this. I will be calling but for now I’m actually leaving at 2:30am and cancelling my vacation…
