They tried to charge the ATM card I used to book the hotel (even though I selected to pay on arrival). When there was an issue with the card (someone at the airport stole my information and it was flagged for fraud), I was not contacted directly. They gave up my room on a holiday weekend, so when I arrived late with small children I had nowhere to stay. Horrible customer service.

The room was beautiful and clean, the staff was pleasant and courteous and the breakfast was good. The price was great for our porpoises of a place to sleep for the night. We were warned that many amenities like the pool were closed for renovation and our rate reflected that.

I hate to give a bad review…I stay here once a month because the 2BR suite is perfect for my family for a one night stay. But our a/c was stuck on FREEZING…tried setting the temp from 72 (which honestly was like 60) to 78, turned fan off, turned unit to off (did not turn off), turned heat on to 80 and it finally started warming up. At 80 it was still cold and miserable to try to sleep. Slept with sweats and socks on, face was frozen, even with our extra heavy blanket that we bring with us., but it was not enough.

I love this place, even visited the there two locations. I always get the build your own Chicago style deep dish pizza. The staff is very friendly, once I came in 30 minutes before they closed and pizza takes 45 minutes to prepare. Also, once I ordered 8 hot wings as an appetizer while I waited for my pizza, they mistakenly brought me 7 and I laughed jokingly and chef made me a while new order of 8 hot wings. Wow... That's great customer service.

Friendly service and very clean!
The deep dish pizza takes a while to bake, but it's sooo worth it! My family of three ate for 1 slice each of a large meatball deep dish for 3 separate meals because the large is so huge and full of cheese!
Our location closed, but we'll definitely be going back next time we hit Orlando.
On the pricey side, but it's so good and a lot of food.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon with my family. The service and food were absolutely outstanding. I must mention the restaurant was quite empty and we did order our classic deep dish ahead of time since it take about an hour to make. The pizza was exactly like the downtown Chicago location, full of cheesy goodness and bakes to perfection. The BBQ wings were equally amazing and the Caesar salad was a perfect compliment to all the cheese and bread consumption.

Horrible I don't know why it takes over an hour to get a shake. Constant excuses for why food was not right, brought out cheese fries that barely had any cheese on them because they needed to refill it. Shouldn't have served them with little cheese in the first place. My mom's salad came out really late and still had tomatoes on it when she said she couldn't have tomatoes don't know why it would take two hours to receive her salad then to find that she couldn't even eat it. All she had to eat was chili she left still hungry. Had tons of employees in the back just chatting instead of working. There was a manager that clearly didn't address any issues. Hostess looked at us dumbfounded about seating us like she didn't want to even deal with us. Floors were sticky bathroom was dirty and one of the stalls was missing a door. Waitress was forced to do everything and kinda got snippy when my mom kept asking where her food was.

Most disorganized Steak n Shake I've e we been to. My kids love them and we stop ALL THE TIME. Note to the owners: there were 15 or so employees. None of them were seating customers. There were 7 tables open, 6 more that needs to be bussed and 30 people waiting. The employees you could see were chatting and laughing but not working. If this place stays in business for 3 months, it will be a miracle unless new management is brought in.

The truth. A line of 14 people and no one at the register however I see 5 employees in the back literally doing absolutely nothing. They are all leaving and don’t give a damn about the incoming customers. There is no manager on duty visible...and if he is who I think he is, he definitely is Mickey mouse and hasn’t looked up to even apologize for the wait. I noticed many people leave with out paying because of how long everything takes. No one here is professional and has an ounce of care. I will speak to corporate for all of the customers that I have had conversations with while I waited 2 hours at the only 24 hours place available. I definitely would not recommend this place, I would rather eat the scum between my toes before I even consider this specific steak and shake .

We are locals and frequent this location at least once a week. We visit normally between 9-12am Lisa is our favorite waitress! The food is good but always very slow from the kitchen. No fault of the serving staff but the back end and poor management. The tables don’t get cleaned right away and people always wait at least 15 min to be seated. There is clear frustration seen from the employees who are just trying to earn a wage!

Stopped by for a quick dinner and stayed for the Margaritas!!!
Cheap and delicious margaritas, and delicious tacos!!!! They have a great mix and match meat option, and a side of your choice. Such a good deal and the table salsa is the best I’ve ever had!!!!!
The service was also great, everyone was attentive and friendly. I will definitely recommend this and will stop by again next time I’m in town.

Visited this restaurant while vacationing with 17 of our family members. Food was good but I believe the waitress was more focused on the tip she was about to receive from our large party. Any restaurant I’ve been to gives you the bill to look at before paying. Apparently this restaurant doesn’t. Our waitress came over with her electronic pad when everyone was done and gave them a glance of their total..most of our party not noticing that a 17% gratuity was included so they of course added an additional tip to this waitress. I myself (the last of our party as everyone headed out the door) asked for a print out because I thought our bill was much higher than it should be only to find the waitress added stuff to my bill that we did not order. I made her aware of it and she stated that somebody from that table must have ordered it. I told her that we did not order it and she wanted to know where the others went and refuse to take it off my bill. I believe we were taken advantage of. Everyone at that table paid the 17% gratuity plus an additional tip because no one was given a bill to look at. We weren’t informed and were only showed a total. I feel this was sneaky and the waitress knew exactly what she was doing. Diners beware! Ask for a print out of your bill before you pay. Most places give you a bill. Lesson learned. We won’t be back.

Their tacos were amazing! Had multiple types and all were delicious! Staff was friendly quick and courteous. Great banana majito and black margarita! Even got to sample a potential new dessert and give my input which was an awesome experience!

Went based on recommendations online and so glad we did. The chips and guacamole appetizer was delicious. Taco were dome of the best I️ ever had. My wife and I️ shared 4 tacos and they were so big we brought one of them home. Great service from the friendly staff. We will definitely be visiting here again when we are back visiting Orlando.

This was a recommendation by the resort we were staying at and it was great. Awesome drink specials with great drinks. Huge variety of flavors. The food was all delicious and they had a much larger selection than we expected. The presentation was beautiful. Great flavors on everything, from the salsa to the street corn. Highly recommend.

rude manager. I ordered two pizzas from here a few weeks back, and they didn’t deliver what I ordered. I asked for chacigo cut, and they didn’t oblige, they also didn’t put any buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza, which was really disappointing and obviously threw off the entire pizza. they also didn’t cook them well done, as requested. when I called they offered to send a new order or to credit the entire order, and I opted for the credit. when I called earlier this week, the employee “couldn’t find” record that I called, and on his manager who rudely told me I could just order a new pizza but they weren’t going to take care of it. if you want crappy pizza, where the employees don’t care about making sure your order is correct, and a manager who doesn’t take enough pride to make it right, order from here. if you want to enjoy your food, order elsewhere.

Slowest Papa John's I have ever experienced. And when I called to ask where my pizza was after it had been more than double the estimated time of delivery, they had no idea what was going on.

Avoid them, they clearly don't have their act together.

Stopped in to this location after work to pick up an online order and was totally shocked to see workers handling food without gloves!! If you walk into the lobby you can see a prep area to the far left of their work area. One employee grabbed chicken wings that weren't yet prepared with his bare hands from a container or something. Another employee to his right had an uncooked pizza that he was holding with no gloves and and I literally watched him dig into a container of what I assume was cheese 2+ times. I was so disgusted and outright staring. My shock comes from the fact that there were over 10 employees in the small work area and no one said anything to them. You can really only assume they weren't trained properly or that's accepted by managers considering they work in such close quarters. A manager who had noticed me staring then said something to the worker still touching the pizza and the worker actually looked confused as to what he was doing wrong.... Seriously disgusting and a violation of your customers rights. Pretty sure that is violating many codes and I will definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow so they can look into this franchise.

I really have only good words for the manager Juan.09/15/17He helped out 24 kids in the Karate place,he made 2 pizzas for FREE and delivered FREE. So amazing.Kids have been out of school for a week because of the Hurricane Irma and Families going through hard time. We ordered 3 pizzas around 11:30am. Called the location at 12:50pm because we were still waiting and they said the driver had left 20 minutes ago. Pizza was delivered at 1:30pm. We work at a resort and constantly order from this location but this is about the 4th time we go through this. We have decided we will NEVER AGAIN order from this location. Papa John's has great pizza but this location gives it a bad reputation. Will make sure to stop recommending them to our guests as well.
