Being a long weekend the hotel was crowded with guess yet only one elevator was in service. The room closet was missing the door and was the wall was chipped at the bottom. Early morning found a big roach in the bathroom. Staff was great, but will not stay here again.

This hotel(Comfort Suites maingate east) location is great ! Very close to Disney world . Many restaurants and fast food near by (like Davis chicken is very close and open until 11pm)also CVS and convenience store is close by.
Breakfast is good enough. Room is clean . just Don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and sleeper (no sleeper no toothbrush ) .We are Pretty happy stay here this time And would like to stay here again if we come Orlando next time. Thank you all.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Me and my family have stayed here a few times and each time was a great stay. The customer service is wonderful! You won't be disappointed if you stay

This hotel was more than I expected. Kind and friendly service, large and spacious clean rooms, spacious bathroom. Complimentary hot breakfast, hot coffee all day and night long, 24/7 pool access, what more could I ask for? Perfect location where it’s not too busy unlike International Drive. So far I’m enjoying my stay here. The mattress is a little bit firm, but it’ll do. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. ?

The hotel is fairly close to the parks, with a 15-20 minute ride. There are a lot of fun things to do around the area that are within walking distance as well as food options. The customer service at this hotel was excellent! We had a late flight the day of checkout and they allowed us to extend our checkout time a few hours for free. The rooms are large and spacious and the free breakfast is delicious. Would definitely recommend.

This is my families regular hotel when we decide to stay at Old Town for a day or two. While this hotel used to be 5 stars, the quality has changed rapidly. A few months ago, the executive suit used to have a big bath tub with jets, which was one of the main things I loved about the room. Now it has a shower that leaks from the side. The flooring looks really bad. The elevators used to be tile floors, now they are carpet and stink so bad from the wet feet of swimmers. Speaking of swimming, the pool was closed. Breakfast isn't a big deal, it's regular food. It's a okay place to just sleep overnight.

We have been here for a week and one of the elevator has not been fixed yet. The one that works is very slow. And sometimes would stop at every floor before reaching the 1st floor. The floor we are staying at, laundry has been out of service as well.
During breakfast, some of the hot food items are heat up and then kept in buffet with the layer of plastic at the bottom. Which is very harmful for health.
I am still giving 3 stars for this because the staff was nice, really appreciate the maids for making the bed and keeping everything up to date everytime we came back. And it is a clean place. Great for kids and family.

Great value! It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast is great. Complimentary coffee served on the first floor. It's a great place to stay with children, especially if they love to swim in a pool, and want to play with a few arcade games. Besides Fun Spot is a few feet away.

I love this place because u can have a good time locally without having to drive all the way to downtown. There is an outside bar where u can drink and be with ur family. Then they also have a large dancefloor with more bars inside and a dj. To go inside you have to show i.d but its free and for 18 and over. Everytime i have gone i have had a blast and i feel there is plenty room to dance!! I love this place. No need to over dress either. Casual or dress up is ok. Recommend.

Great place!! We always have a great time here. Relaxed friendly atmosphere.A great mix of people. Bartenders are very nice. The Halloween party was great. We always visit when we go to Old Town. Keep up the great work!!

Do NOT go in on Mondays. They have a Happy Hour but after a busy weekend they are always out of drafts. Will then " upsell" you over priced bottles. They are NOT interested in a local crowd. Very Disappointed for Old Town.
