Old establishment. No upgrades done. Does not give a feeling of a clean property or rooms. Elevator smells musty and like industrial grease. Only saving grace is that it's walking distance to the convention center (15mins). Also, maybe this is all over Florida, but the tap/shower water smells sulphuric. Breakfast was decent. Good continental breakfast options. Beds were okay. Interior of rooms need proper scrubbing and upgrades. I would investigate other options before booking this one next time.

Breakfast was school cafeteria quality. Room walls dirty. Shower tub was disturbingly old and dirty. It is however safe to just sleep for a weekend at Disney. Considering you won’t be in the room at all just to sleep and get ready. It’s behind a souvenir store and a gas station, I thought it would have been more lower quality. However it was descent for a good nights rest on a comfy bed.

The hotel was an older hotel but they have renovated it very well with some exceptions to the ac system and the sofa in the living area. Our 2 bedroom suite was comfortable and everyone had their own bed. They also welcomed our Fur Baby and he enjoyed the large suite. They don’t have a designated pet area but they have a nice grass area at the entrance. The beds and linens were quite comfy . The sofa chaise im living area was dingy and an old fabric from the 80s or 90s. We still had the old ac system and it would leak in living area and master suite , our floor was more soaked every day even though we put a trash can under it. We did not ask for another room cuz we were only in it to sleep and a few hours in the evenings once or twice. The pool area was very nice and clean and was open late so the kids loved it. The breakfast was more decent than most hotel, we just had problems on Sunday morning with large families holding up the waffle like making them for 10 or more people, so other familes missed out getting a waffle. They had 3 makers so it should not have been an issue. They may need to limit people or pre make some waffles or something. The next day we had breakfast was much better because they had an attendant getting the patrons room numbers and names to take a count of how many are getting breakfast. But overall, the price was great for the amenities we had and it was only around a 20 min drive to a universal and very close to Disney. The staff was great.

I loved the hotel, staff was very nice and rooms were very clean and organized. My favorite part about this hotel was the policy of quiet nights. I would definitely choose to stay again.!!!

Staff was very friendly and breakfast had a lot of options. The rooms are outdated, but suitable for the cost. This is my third time staying here with my family.

The hotel doesn't look like the pictures. It's dirty, and there's a constant old, stale smell throughout the building. The room's AC units are too loud to sleep through, and the sheets were dirty and stained.

The hotel service staff are professional and friendly. The disadvantage is that the room is quite old and the cleaning staff is not very clean. Laundry and drying are free but the quantity is limited.

I have been to many of the Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, and I have to say the staff here are the best. They are very friendly with a smile on their faces. Great customer service. Thanks to Brittany for helping us with our order and to Wendy. You two ladies are the best. They went out of their way to give both my husband and I great customer service.
We had gone to another Dunkin’ Donuts next to checkers at 1935 E Osceola pkwy, Buena Ventura lakes. The staff there was rude and very unprofessional. I will personally never go back to that one. Even if I have to drive a longer distance I would rather come to this Dunkin‘ Donuts across from fun spot. The staff here is really nice and take your order gladly.

Always awesome, fair prices as well. Considering the fact it is located by the Theme Parks, I feel the food and service is amazing. The running theme is, never leave the Parks to eat when staying on Disney property. We leave to eat here.

Food was good and quick. Had a burger and fries. Burger was cooked the way I ordered it and the fries did not have to much seasoning on them. Server was outstanding but your mileage may vary. They do have good sweet tea as well.

Awful! We arrived with 5 people in our party. Apparently that deems us unable to be seated within the time they told us. They said 15-20 minutes. Groups that arrived well after us were seated before us. Then we are told we can sit outside on a colder night or wait 10-15 MORE minutes for an inside table. Jokes on us, we have a person working 3rd shift that has to go soon so we sit outside and pass no less than 3 tables that we could've been seated at. THREE! Not including their garage area where they immediately sat a group after we sat. It then took forever for us to be served our food. In fact, I got a salad and that didn't come until after we were served our hot food. We also we not informed until just before our food was ready that there was no potato soup when 2 in our group ordered it. First off, we should've already had that by that time. Second, if they were out when we ordered it we should've been told right after we ordered it. So basically we ordered it and they had it, but ran out before our waitress got around to it and had to offer us something else. Then our salads came after our got food, which means our hot food sat there getting cold while we are my salads. My steak was not cooked properly. Over cooked. My husband's chicken sandwich had the dead center of a tomato and had chewy parts in the chicken

It took way too long to get our food, especially since we could see inside and see tables that were seated after us eating while we had nothing. Ended up having to shove our faces and leave quickly. She also complained that her ribs were not very bbq-y, which they weren't. And they weren't "fall off the bone" good since I had to tear them from the bones. Awful evening. Do not recommend. Logan's has definitely gone down hill. Look elsewhere for a good dinner.

I had a delicious NY strip and loaded baked potato 2 days ago and was delicious the peanuts taste so fresh just the rolls was missing yeast because was too dough. Monica served us and she was so adorable and very sweet doing wonderful job and very fast with a big smile on her face and their prices are very reasonable. We will definitely come back

1st time at LR. Loyal TR customer. Good value. Good steak. Great grilled veggies skewer. Not as noisy as TR. Server didn't check on us enough. Nice specials every day from 3-6. Good salad. Yeast rolls good. Free shoestring onion rings were a bonus. Will go back
