Wingate by Wyndham Augusta I-20 in Augusta

First grateful to find this room since the Masters was still there and most rooms run for $300 or more per room. There for doctors appts. The location for me was perfect due to less than 15 min for all my appts. Near many restaurants. Safe area. Easy access to I-20. Nice size room had king bed and sofa. Room near the elevator and over the laundry room so I heard and felt both. The bed was alright and the shower was clean but didn't drain well. Hotel is non- smoking hotel which was perfect however some didn't want to abide by the rules. I was told those guests were told to leave. Spoke with the manager which is very nice lady and very helpful for my situation. They worked with me. They also take fur babies which is what I needed. I was able to book quickly and when I needed to stay an extra night they help extend my stay easily. Thank you all for your assistance and best wishes on the renovations.

My stay at Red Roof Inn it was pretty nice the room was clean The staff they was nice they had good customer services I didn’t have. O kind of problems everything was just so nice and clean and if you ever wanted to go to a hotel red roof is the hotel to go and stay

Staff was wonderful. Angeliqua (sp), the lady that checked me in was polite, professional and expedient. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfy, there was a guide channel on the TV (small detail but it makes things so much easier), thick and warm blankets on the bed, A/C and heat worked very well and the water temp in the shower was very warm. Water pressure could have been better but it was functional. Grounds were clean, overall stay was delightful. Thank you Red Roof!
