The Holiday Inn Express was very close to the river and I could walk to a lot of sites. The concierge was fantastic and very knowledgeable.

Check in was slow- you’d think they would have more than one clerk checking people in at 4pm. When we finally got checked in the clerk was very nice!Nice room, bathroom sink super slow draining, towels pretty rough! Great location!

Mostly clean and spotless. My shower door didn’t close all the way and my fridge door only closed with a lot of pressure. Other than that the stay was great

Clean room. Next to elevator shaft ( could hear noise from elevator inside room. Friendly staff. Breakfast just ok, but Should have been included in room rate. Did not use Bar. No option for free parking. The only entrance for checking in was for valet parking. $50 for one night pretty steep. Will probably look at other options next time.

Room is good and service is good 1. Balcony door doesn’t seal and we had persistent cold air leaking into the room 2. The neighborhood is very noisy late till 3 am on the weekend, and with the leaky door and non sound proof glass couldn’t get a quiet sleep until 3 in the morning

Not allot of staff. Bar closed. On ******* I selected river view and even show that picture. Not only is it not on riverfront and did not get that side of hotel but had back of hotel on very busy and loud street. Valet was good, breakfast was very good with a variety. Felt very safe as you needed a room key to use the elevators.

Great hotel. The location was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and coffee. It wasn’t too far of a walk from Forsyth Park and the basilica if you are willing. The room was clean. They always offer you waters and the lobby is nice and clean. The bar was never open during my visit. And they offer breakfast for a fee. I will definitely stay here again.

I did like the location. I was able to walk to the grocery store and few eateries, which I enjoyed. I did NOT like how small the room and bathroom was compared to the cost of stay...will not be back.

Comfortable and Quiet Stay This hotel is conveniently located, comfortable (especially the mattress), and peaceful. We did not hear any outside or guest noise inside our room. The hotel could use a good cleaning, especially the carpets. The shower is an open concept and water splashes on the floor even if you try to avoid it. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.

It was such a pleasure to find this Best Western Premier ! We have tried different hotels in this area of Georgia and weren't thrilled...until now! Great room and really friendly staff Thanks!

Room was very clean, breakfast was awesome and the entire area was welcoming. The staff, however, could be a little more professional. The desk clerk assigned me someone else’s room by mistake. Overall though, a great stay.

This is my new "go to." Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast, coffee and extremely pleasant and welcoming staff (especially Ms. Nicole and Ms. Grace). I will never go to a different hotel when I visit Savannah.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area that was centrally located for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast options were amazing and dining area very clean and comfortable.

Room was clean. Shower newly remodeled. Staff was very very nice .- Not much to the breakfast, but that’s OK. I don’t know it was about 12 miles away from Savannah, which is fine with me and there was an Air Force Base right across so we’ll get to see a couple of good planes takeoff.

Beautiful building, the old wooden floors are creaky and the TV is very small for a room this size. Overall a great place to stay that is close to all the historic parts of Savannah.

We went during the week so it was quiet and not very busy. Nice , clean room, comfortable bed and close to a parking deck but small amount of spaces was available, all parking is free. Great room and close to river street and Leopold's.

The parking lot was easy and convenient but very small. The hotel was very nice, the AC froze up and didn’t work most of the time we were there but it was winter and the front offered us a fan. Overall wouldn’t mind staying again, it was very classic Savannah!

The staff were great , the pull out couch could have been better, ended up getting a cot bed , the room was spacious, we had 5 people in the double queen room. While traveling to Savannah for a doctor's appointments multiple times, we finally decided to try a new hotel, and I am sorry we didn't do this sooner. This place was so nice. The staff members were very supportive (my husband uses a wheelchair), and thoughtful. We won't be staying any place else on all future trips.

The dresser drawers kept opening on their own and the pillows were very flat. The gal in the breakfast area was very pleasant, very helpful and always cleaning the area. The valet gentlemen were efficient. The area around the hotel was not desirable. Felt like you had to pay to park out of safety. Having to pay extra for parking was not appealing and will be why will not return to that hotel.

Room service came so late. The room service only came to our room around 5 pm when we reached our room after a day in the city. And as we reached, she just quickly wrapped up making the bed and left. She didn’t care about the rest of the stuff. The floor, the bathroom, the counters, nothing was cleaned.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a great assortment however it was extremely busy around 830am ~ hard to manage getting your food. The hotel has valet parking for $35/night, but if you can street parking on the side of the hotel and plan on walking the city, I suggest doing that. Walking to The Riverwalk and Forsythe Park is very doable from this hotel.

Good hotel and great location, but the room was dirty and water stained. There were large stains on several pieces of furniture. It was a little gross but you can't beat the convenience.

Gorgeous renovation and amazing location less than 5 minutes from the airport. Beyond that, it's your standard meh TownPlace Suites. The room was nice, but the fridge was really loud, which is extra noticeable in a studio setup where you're trying to sleep in the same space. Decent for a quick stopover.

Hotel very close to the airport . Property offers airport shuttle but was not needed during my stay . It is nearby a variety of dining places , and is a few blocks from the Tanger Shopping Outlet . The free breakfast was your basic hotel continental options . Only issue I found with the room was hairs in the shower.
