Stayed 2 nights with an eyewatering rate of $300 each. Taxes are outrageous. While the location is great, the experience is not. The valet idea is annoying, it's a tight space to begin with. Great location with stunning Savannah River views. Spacious room provided comfortable accommodation. However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience.

Great hotel. The location was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and coffee. It wasn’t too far of a walk from Forsyth Park and the basilica if you are willing. The room was clean. They always offer you waters and the lobby is nice and clean. The bar was never open during my visit. And they offer breakfast for a fee. I will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was courteous. Room was clean. For some reason I am always given a room next to the pool. I didn’t think to ask the staff why that might be the case. I missed out on having a sunlit room because I would not have any privacy and it would leave myself and the pool guests staring at each other… pretty awkward… otherwise it was a nice stay.

I don’t usually do reviews But thought this one needed it. We got to the hotel around 2 and check in shows 4 but most places if the rooms are clean will let you check in well they did but charged us an additional $25 when already paying $300 for the night. Housekeeping wasn't performed on one of the days, even though it was requested. And, on the day that it was performed, the housekeeping staff made the bed and replaced the towels but didn't take away the used towels, and just left them behind in the room!

I’m super picky when it comes to hotels yet Hilton Garden Inn surpassed all my expectations. I liked that the lobby was very nicely decorated and clean. I did like the location. I was able to walk to the grocery store and few eateries, which I enjoyed. I did NOT like how small the room and bathroom was compared to the cost of stay...will not be back.

Comfortable and Quiet Stay This hotel is conveniently located, comfortable (especially the mattress), and peaceful. We did not hear any outside or guest noise inside our room. The hotel could use a good cleaning, especially the carpets. The shower is an open concept and water splashes on the floor even if you try to avoid it. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.

Clean room and hotel, easily accessible from I-95 and quick and easy check out. Will stay again in future.

We stay here every time we come to Savannah and we are never let down. Great location to walk everywhere. Small kitchenette’s in the room so you don’t have to eat every meal out. It was such a pleasure to find this Best Western Premier ! We have tried different hotels in this area of Georgia and weren't thrilled...until now! Great room and really friendly staff Thanks!

Room was very clean, breakfast was awesome and the entire area was welcoming. The staff, however, could be a little more professional. The desk clerk assigned me someone else’s room by mistake. Overall though, a great stay.

This is my new "go to." Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast, coffee and extremely pleasant and welcoming staff (especially Ms. Nicole and Ms. Grace). I will never go to a different hotel when I visit Savannah.

The staff are amazing and so friendly!! The rooms are clean. The location is convenient and there are several restaurants and stores nearby. We would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area that was centrally located for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast options were amazing and dining area very clean and comfortable.

Room was clean. Shower newly remodeled. Staff was very very nice .- Not much to the breakfast, but that’s OK. I don’t know it was about 12 miles away from Savannah, which is fine with me and there was an Air Force Base right across so we’ll get to see a couple of good planes takeoff.

Noise from the bar and people on the patio at night. Then horrific noise from container trucks sounding like they're coming through your door starting at 3am. The so-called breakfast was nothing but prepackaged items: honeybuns, muffins, Nutrigrain bars.

The gentleman at the front desk was just that. A gentleman! He was polite and accommodating. Thank you very much for your help and your service. Awesome!

The room is really clean. Only thing I don’t like is the staff came in twice when we didn’t even check out yet so…. But the rest was impressive!

Parking is limited on site but super convenient (and free!) when available. Check in was easy and quick for our 3rd floor deluxe 2 Queen room which was very clean, spacious, and comfortably appointed. Once we parked our vehicle, we never needed to move it because you will be walking anywhere you want to from this very strategically located spot. Our first visit here, but we will return for sure.

Check in took forever, restaurant at hotel location was an odd experience and probably would not recommend

I thought breakfast was included. I was shocked when front desk attendant told me it was not included. When I was making reservation, it was showing breakfast.

no breakfast offered even though there are signs around showing breakfast. There is an on site restaurant but we just went to Cracker Barrel on the corner it was less pricey.

The room had falling plaster in the ceiling and it advertised complimentary breakfast then didn’t provide it

Breakfast was not included, pool had been filled in, sandspurs were in carpet sticking to our socks, room was not serviced, had to request fresh towels, toilet stopped up and the phone in the room had no dial tone to call front desk.

The room was ok, nothing to rave about. Staff was friendly but atmosphere didn’t feel very inviting. We were very disappointed in the breakfast.

We only stayed on night while passing through, but we genuinely enjoyed it and wished we could have stayed longer. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had a full size refrigerator and more than enough room for the two of us. The continental breakfast was better than most are.

Good hotel and great location, but the room was dirty and water stained. There were large stains on several pieces of furniture. It was a little gross but you can't beat the convenience.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out process. The bed was very comfy too. If I could offer suggestions, it'd be for the addition of smart tvs, better breakfast menu, and an upgrade in furniture in the hotel room.

Desk clerk totally disappeared right after I checked in, I got stuck telling customers she left in a van and should be back soon. I saw zero staff at breakfast.

We had excellent service from the gal at the desk. I wish I had her name. She answered our call for a shuttle, picked us up at the airport, checked us in and was back at it in the morning when we checked out and needed a shuttle back to the airport. She was super friendly and gave us all the information we needed.

Always a pleasurable comfortable stay. I stay here almost weekly for business. Comfortable bed and all the perks available.

Everyone was nice, and the stay was okay. German roaches and other mini black roaches kept appearing.
