The entire hotel staff was friendly and professional, and the rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re planning a conference or simply enjoying vacation time in Savannah, this location is a must
I will definitely stay at the Marriott again during future visits. A++++ across the board for customer service, location, and overall accommodations
The Riverfront location was outstanding, perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions
Thankfully, Leo helped me relocate my things and had them promptly shipped back to me. I am very grateful for Leo and all other staff for making my stay so peaceful and getting my items back to me
The Marriott staff was phenomenal and played a critical role in the success of my event
Armelle, Cindy, and Amanda were extremely helpful throughout the planning process, ensuring every timeline, detail, and accommodation was executed seamlessly for our conference
Great location very nice and clean hotel. Five star customer service including a call from management to insure a minor issue was taken care of. Wouldn't have expected that from a large chain but it happened
Best possible place I could've stayed. I got here via a corporate conference. Staff was lovely and helpful throughout the event. The hotel is right by the river, easy to walk anywhere
Beds were a bit stiff for my pudgy body but clean and well kept. The lobby is a sight to behold and makes the whole thing feel special. Be sure to check out the garden terrace through the 4th floor
We'll definitely be return customers for sure. Special thanks to the assistant director of operations Tyler McCorkle for great customer service
My 1st time staying at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia was a wonderful experience! The hotel was perfectly located next to Riverfront and the Convention Center, which I was able to use the ferry to travel on
While in town for a work function I was immediately greeted by Shamar the valet who every time he saw me went out of his way to ensure I was taken care to the fullest extent
This is a fabulous hotel. The room was spacious, the staff were helpful, and the location is fantastic. The art, geodes, dinosaurs, bars, restaurants, and shops make this a one of a kind place.
The stay was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.
The next day I met Latocha from concierge who was nice and gave me a ride nearby and offered helpful dinner suggestions. i met Renee who was friendly and helpful in describing different amenities at the hotel
Absolutely fantastic place! It's an experience just walking through the lobby.
Everything about the hotel was A++
Nice hotel at a great location. My room was little noisy with engine sound from outside
Lunch at the Mexican restaurant in the hotel was delicious with great service. It's 630pm and we keep hearing what I can only assume and describe as a fog horn coming down the river. I will add if anything to report
The room in this hotel is very big, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the room is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here with friends, and the room service is particularly good
Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Food at both the cafe and restaurant is delicious and fresh. My only disappointment was the pool
The marshmallow roasting, sauna, gym, and pool are all excellent!
As for the facilities, there is a ferry that runs twice an hour during the day to take you across the river (where the rest of the town is). We found the relative seclusion to quite pleasant
Beautiful place. Very nice rooms and super comfy bed. Only issue I had was my card was double charged.
Met up with family for a few nights has a lovely stay will return

We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious
But this time, it was for the Candlelight Hip Hop event. Maybe one day we will get the chance to stay a weekend, and then I can give you that review on the stay
She was friendly, professional, gave me suggestions for parking my car that wouldn’t be overly expensive, helped me to relocate to another fabulous room when my neighbors’ dogs were barking uncontrollably, she even sent me multiple texts checking in… Alexis is 5 star quality in customer service & the reason I will stay at the DeSoto the next time I come to Savannah… though I will never valet my car
The rooms need updating and do not live up to the descriptions or the fantastic lobby. The bathrooms were very dated and were clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected
The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks!
Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun
Great location, walking to anywhere. You do not need the $45 per day valet because large parking garage is block away from building. Nice food and drink inside, plus walking distance from restaurants and bars
Upon arrival at our room, there was a pizza box with a bitten pizza in our fridge. As we accommodated ourselves, there was no paper towels, conditioner and no toilet paper restock
Wonderful stay. Great location in historic Savannah. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel was wonderful! Just keep in mind it’s in the center of a busy square with at least one night club so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. They do provide a noise machine and overall the stay was great
I asked for a towel, and the young woman replied “your housekeeper is floor below us” - basically implying to wait until I get serviced. They weren’t rude, but they weren’t nice either
This hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,
Incredible staff! I can’t say enough about our stay. The hotel is beautiful! T, Isaiah, Anna, and Rob you’re all incredible people! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special ❤️

One of my all time favorite hotels! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and in the absolute best location for walking around Savannah
This last visit was probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. I rate it excellent in general but for this trip in particular, I was charged close to double the usual rates and I felt ripped off
Not only that, I thought parking was included and it turned out to be $55 extra plus tax. The room was great and the overnight stay was great but it was not worth $600+
The room was great, staffing was amazing, and the amenities all superb. The location was great. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the restaurant.
There was complimentary champagne, coffee and water and the rooftop bar was fabulous!
We loved this hotel, particularly the ambiance, decor, and staff, who were all excellent. Our only critique is that we felt Perry Lane was lacking in some of the small details that might be expected at a 5 star hotel
Savannah, 412 Williamson Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This was our first stay at The Alida, but certainly won’t be the last. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be accommodating, and full of knowledge, and warm personalities
Record player in the room was solid! The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower pressure could have been better; but if that’s the only minor inconvenience…then so be it
The valet is lackluster at best. It took 26 minutes for them to get my car even though I was the first vehicle in the queue on the app. Unfortunately we were late for a tour we had booked about 35 minutes away
The room doors are not soft close and they make a loud slamming sound when guest enter or exit their rooms. This means you have to listen to slamming doors all night making sleep difficult
The toilet seat was burnt with a hair curler by a previous guest and there were other small damaged or worn items

We had a room on the 7th floor with a river view. Kisha ensure our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Loved sitting near the window watching the boats and barges come and go
Everything was great! Staff very friendly, service at the bar was amazing, everyone gave us tips on places to visit, we had an amazing view to the river and it was for a very good price!!!
The front desk staff checked us in and was professional and attenuative. All the staff we encountered were great. Kudos to the concierge, Cate. Cate was fantastic - knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to help
Clean room, courteous staff. Good breakfast. The only problem was parking. Off site parking was expensive.
They took away a star because the air conditioner was empty, and the cleaning people kept going in and out of their doors, banging the doors instead of putting maybe dirty towels down or something to stop the banging so all afternoon it was they were banging doors in and out to clean
The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would suggest parking across the street in the garage (it's much cheaper to leave your car there for the daily rate than valet parking)
From the moment we sat down, we felt her warmth and a sincere desire to make our meal perfect. It didn’t feel like she was just doing her job; she was genuinely welcoming and kind
Parking is valet only for 30/nt, so be sure to add that in to your stay. My only negative would be the windows allow a lot of noise in as if they are open, but they provide earplugs and a sound machine for sleeping ?
What actually stood out was how genuinely nice everyone was! From the front desk, to managers we saw in the hallway, to the 3 bell men we talked to outside. Both days, the employees were very nice!
They offer you a chocolate chip and walnut cookie, TAKE IT! It’s warm and delicious. Although our stay was perfect, I wish there was another option for valet, but that’s Savannah in general and not unique to this hotel
That wasn’t their fault at all, they communicated well and the fire department was there immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can’t beat comfortable, spotless and safe in Savannah!
Staff were very friendly. It would’ve been good to know how loud the street noise was going to be because the motorcycle noise and car stereos boom boom booming was unbearable and loud!

Love staying at the Kimpton when I come to Savannah! Staff are so friendly, helpful and the hotel and location are excellent
Room was clean Staff was very friendly. Very welcoming to those traveling with furry family members
Nice hotel in a great location. Pet friendly in all aspects. Will most definitely be back.
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel with our pups for a few days. The hotel is very dog friendly and in a perfect location in Savannah. Our King room had a balcony which overlooked the pool area
Have stayed here many times, mostly because dogs stay free. Always have had a good experience
Nice boutique hotel but lacks cleanliness, valet parking lacks customer service, hotel good but not the the standard of Kimptons
All was great in my 1 night stay. Clean room, awesome rooftop hot tub in pool area and above all the nicest front desk staff I've enountered in a long while - Shivon, Abby and Wanda. Thank you.
When we finally got checked in the clerk was very nice!Nice room, bathroom sink super slow draining, towels pretty rough! Great location!
The hotel room and breakfast was GREAT! The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Thank you for making our family trip awesome. We are definitely going to stay here next time we are in Savannah,Ga
The front staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my state tax exemption form. Many hotel associates are not familiar *I still haven't settled up yet but I'll let you know tomorrow
The Holiday Inn Express was very close to the river and I could walk to a lot of sites. The concierge was fantastic and very knowledgeable.
You can tell they care about their guests. From check-in to check-out, everything runs smoothly. This has become one of our go-to places when we’re in Savannah, and we confidently recommend it to anyone visiting the area
I missed out on having a sunlit room because I would not have any privacy and it would leave myself and the pool guests staring at each other… pretty awkward… otherwise it was a nice stay
Next to elevator shaft ( could hear noise from elevator inside room. Breakfast just ok, but Should have been included in room rate. The only entrance for checking in was for valet parking. $50 for one night pretty steep
Valet was good, breakfast was very good with a variety. Felt very safe as you needed a room key to use the elevators.
The neighborhood is very noisy late till 3 am on the weekend, and with the leaky door and non sound proof glass couldn’t get a quiet sleep until 3 in the morning
Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and coffee. It wasn’t too far of a walk from Forsyth Park and the basilica if you are willing. They always offer you waters and the lobby is nice and clean
The bar was never open during my visit. And they offer breakfast for a fee. I will definitely stay here again
This was our second stay at The River Street Inn. The hotel was very well located, the staff was exceptional, friendly and courteous, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds extremely comfortable
Great location, close to everything. It is an old building so there was a definite old building smell. Otherwise it was a great stay. I didn't upgrade to the balcony and I wish I would have!
We had a very lovely stay at the Inn for my birthday. felt kinda like Sherlock Holmes. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and the room with the balcony and river view was super enjoyable
We will definitely stay here again
We dealt with Cassandra who was so welcoming and reserved the perfect rooms for our family, with Ivy at the front desk who checked us in and with Jessica who checked us out and made special request notes for our next upcoming reservation this month
If you love historic buildings, this place delivers. The River Street Inn dates back to around 1812 and is on the National Register of Historic Places, so it definitely exudes that old Savannah charm

Booked through Travelocity which seemed like a deal but by the time the breakfast, taxes etc were added on, we could’ve stayed in a higher end hotel. Staff was generally friendly and attentive
When it comes to customer service. It’s get no better than Ms. Tonya! I enjoyed my stay and she made sure I was always taken care of from my fist night to my last. Definitely will be back.
I would definitely recommend this place. I have come here often and every time I come it’s always a pleasure the staff are amazing and work so hard. Tonya goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need
Check in was quick and the Jonathon was super helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Room was large and clean; beds are comfortable.
Location is perfect! Walking distance from many sites including Olde Pink house and Vic’s restaurant! Rooms were clean! Check in and check out easy! Everyone friendly!
Staff was excellent, the breakfast chef did a wonderful job, probably one of the best breakfasts we had in a long time
The hotel is in a nice, quiet area that was centrally located for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast options were amazing and dining area very clean and comfortable.
This is my new "go to." Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast, coffee and extremely pleasant and welcoming staff (especially Ms. Nicole and Ms. Grace). I will never go to a different hotel when I visit Savannah.
The staff are amazing and so friendly!! The rooms are clean. The location is convenient and there are several restaurants and stores nearby. We would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.
It was such a pleasure to find this Best Western Premier ! We have tried different hotels in this area of Georgia and weren't thrilled...until now!
Great room and really friendly staff
Thanks!
Room was very clean, breakfast was awesome and the entire area was welcoming. The staff, however, could be a little more professional. The desk clerk assigned me someone else’s room by mistake
Our stay was very much enjoyable. The staff was very much attentive and very nice. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good ! We will definitely be back.

- Not much to the breakfast, but that’s OK. I don’t know it was about 12 miles away from Savannah, which is fine with me and there was an Air Force Base right across so we’ll get to see a couple of good planes takeoff
Keya the front desk manager was amazing at helping me with my reservation and the Service was 5 star service , better than 5 star hotels !!
Thanks again for a great stay !
James P.
It’s staff were nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and relatively modern, the location was perfected as it was only a few miles from downtown and nothing was around it (super chill)
I choose this hotel because of how remarkably cheap it was compared to others in the Savannah area. at 80 bucks (tax included) it really surprised me
Parking was easy. Hotel was pet-friendly. Room was very comfortable, and large. I would not hesitate to recommend this Days Inn to my friends.
Staff was very polite and friendly! Rooms clean and modern witg usb plugs for cell phones.

Everything was excellent! The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The location was also convenient and quiet. I would definitely stay here again
Incredible value for money. A very basic breakfast, though. But it was wonderful to be able to take a dip in the pool.
The front desk girl was wonderful. I was amazed at how clean the exterior area was maintained. Our room was immaculate and bed was wonderful. Great shower!
Can't say enough about the breakfast
Clean rooms and bathrooms. A 10 minute drive from downtown.
Really nice hotel.
I wish breakfast would end at 10 but that’s everywhere we go.
Very clean, well maintained property, staffs are polite and hard working. The bed, bathroom and counter top are welled cleaned. HBO and many movies channels offered. Breakfast is warm and good. Highly recommend.
It was a remodeled motel and was the nicest remodeled motel we have stayed in. The staff/owners all were absolutely wonderful, positive, polite, and smiling every second
Perfect location, in the heart of Historic Savannah, GA. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is great, and breakfast is on point. A great stay, at a good price.
I parked very near for less instead of paying the $36. What ticked me off is that I called ahead of time and was told my AAA discount would wave the parking and on sight it didn’t
Location was great- within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good but not many healthy options. Rooms were clean but older
The whole place is looking tired but location with proximity to the historic district and food options was great.
Great location, but $33/ day parking was a total surprise! Room was simple and clean, but mini refrigerator was very loud, and you could hear every little noise ( even footsteps on ground floor outside) plus you could hear the neighbor's TV clearly as well as everything they said
The coffee machine, hot water machine was broken. I was told to put water in the microwave which did not have the glass plate in it, in order to put my cup in I had brought from home so no tea for me

Overall, clean rooms and attentive staff.
Hot water thermos had black flakes in water.
Heater for indoor pool not working.
But the room was spacious and clean, the pool was great to get the kids’ energy out, it’s close by to downtown and shopping/eating, and the staff was SUPER friendly
Front desk attendant names Meek was cheerful, efficient and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable and plenty of hot water. Excellent Italian restaurant 2 min walk, and very inexpensive. Would stay again.
They were not busy at all, almost wondered if we were the only customers at one point. The room had a weird smell but once we cut the air down and it cooled off in the room, we kinda got used to it
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was perfect for a restful getaway
Room had a fridge and microwave. No clock on the night stand and no coffee pot/coffee stuff in the room. But overall, not bad for a quick, 2 night stay
