Savannah, 400 W River St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The building is nice but everything else is just okay. The front desk isn’t very accommodating, laundry takes ages, they don’t reply to email messages and I couldn’t contact them through the Trip app or the Bonvoy app. I stayed at the loft room… the cleanliness can be improved. It’s only really that the building is interesting and there are very little choices in the area.
Nice hotel at a great location. My room was little noisy with engine sound from outside
Nice hotel at a great location. My room was little noisy with engine sound from outside
Staff were lovely and very helpful. Stayed in the 3 muses building and was not impressed with the room. Definitely would not consider it 4 star.
Valet parking isn't provided as a part of the guests stay. It is an extra charge. $50+ each interaction. Don't believe ******* if you purchase valet through them. You're going to pay the hotel for valet services.
The stay was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

Loved the warmth of the employees of the hotel. They were absolutely wonderful.
Mais service did not come until after 5pm on day of our stay. Green light was blinking all night long facing our bed and disturbed my sleep. Other than those glitches, the stay was excellent and the restaurant food was excellent as well.
Exceptional hospitality. Warm and professuonal. Rooms have great charm, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, and I really appreciated all the lighting options WITH dimmers.
There was a septic smell that caused a need to change rooms. Second room was better until after I took a shower. Then it was there - a septic, musty, mildew smell. For that reason I wouldn't stay again but it did not completely...
One of my all time favorite hotels! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and in the absolute best location for walking around Savannah. There was complimentary champagne, coffee and water and the rooftop bar was fabulous!
This last visit was probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. I rate it excellent in general but for this trip in particular, I was charged close to double the usual rates and I felt ripped off. Not only that, I thought parking was included and it turned out to be $55 extra plus tax. The room was great and the overnight stay was great but it was not worth $600+.
The room was great, staffing was amazing, and the amenities all superb. The location was great. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the restaurant.
We loved this hotel, particularly the ambiance, decor, and staff, who were all excellent. Our only critique is that we felt Perry Lane was lacking in some of the small details that might be expected at a 5 star hotel. For example, although a car service was offered to take and pick up guests within a 3 mile radius, it was never available, even though we requested transportation as requested about...

The Marriott staff was phenomenal and played a critical role in the success of my event. Armelle, Cindy, and Amanda were extremely helpful throughout the planning process, ensuring every timeline, detail, and accommodation was executed seamlessly for our conference. The Riverfront location was outstanding, perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. The...
Love this hotel. Have stayed there many times. However, this time the room we were given really needed some TLC. Bathroom needed several items repaired. Baseboards, towel racks, tile floor…we will definitely stay here again just hope the room next time will be the standard we have been used to.
I love your hotel , was amazing, good food, the bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing too very helpful man. You got a great team. Very helpful and clean. Thank you so much.
Room was average, behind soap bottles was very nasty you could tell had not been removed and cleaned, toilet lid was not cleaned well, trim on wall corner of the bathroom was rusting. Hotel looks well kept from the outside and lobby but the room disappointed our expectations. Also we booked a river front room and was given a room over looking the parking lot. No big deal there but not what we was expecting
Room was good, but it was a very long walk to get to. The hotel was not busy(at all)so they could have given us a closer room to the elevators. The room also had no water bottles.
Staff was ok.
They need to do a better job with keeping the hallways clean.
It is a very old property in a great location. The room did not have any toiletries like shower caps. The hair dryer was badly banged up. Still did the job. Not a dryer you would expect in a 4 star experience.
The beds however were very comfortable.

Great location very nice and clean hotel. Five star customer service including a call from management to insure a minor issue was taken care of. Wouldn't have expected that from a large chain but it happened. We'll definitely be return customers for sure. Special thanks to the assistant director of operations Tyler McCorkle for great customer service.
Best possible place I could've stayed. I got here via a corporate conference. Staff was lovely and helpful throughout the event. The hotel is right by the river, easy to walk anywhere. Beds were a bit stiff for my pudgy body but clean and well kept. The lobby is a sight to behold and makes the whole thing feel special. Be sure to check out the garden terrace through the 4th floor. Highly recommended
Great location, great service, but the rooms are very clearly in need of renovation. You are paying for location here! A pipe burst and the water was out for the entire evening our last night, which was very inconvenient. The air/heat did not seem to respond to the control pad, the beds were not very comfortable, the tub and shower were worse than what I have at home, and the room just really seemed...
Literally the best part of this hotel is the staff. While in town for a work function I was immediately greeted by Shamar the valet who every time he saw me went out of his way to ensure I was taken care to the fullest extent. My vehicle was ready when needed and taken care of as if it was his own. This is not what I expected as the new normal. When I was attending the the work conference that was...
My 1st time staying at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia was a wonderful experience! The hotel was perfectly located next to Riverfront and the Convention Center, which I was able to use the ferry to travel on. The view from the hotel was amazing, especially during the sun setting. I've stayed here twice within half a month and still think it's a great choice. It's popular, has a nice ambiance, and it's super convenient to take a boat across the river to the old town. The marshmallow roasting, sauna, gym, and pool are all excellent!
Met up with family for a few nights has a lovely stay will return
Beautiful place. Very nice rooms and super comfy bed. Only issue I had was my card was double charged.
The room is OK, but the front desk service is not very good. It's the first time I heard that late check-out costs $25 per hour. The gym is not open 24 hours and is far from the room. I don't particularly recommend this hotel.
I had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for a friend’s wedding, and it was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Our room was beautiful and spacious, offering stunning views of the golf course and the river.
The only downside is that the resort is located across from downtown Savannah. While there is a free ferry...
The room in this hotel is very big, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the room is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here with friends, and the room service is particularly good. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel has a great location and a fantastic lobby. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and mostly helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not the best. The rooms need updating and do not live up to the descriptions or the fantastic lobby. The bathrooms were very dated and were clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected. I also found it odd that there was not a mini...
I paid over 1700 RMB per night to Ctrip, which should be considered a high-end hotel, but I was disappointed with the bathroom facilities after checking in (see picture). Furthermore, the room rate included breakfast, and I specifically confirmed this with the front desk at check-in, but the next morning when I went to the restaurant, I was told that breakfast was à la carte, and I had to go back to...
Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar. The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks!
Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun.
We will definitely be back.
Great location, walking to anywhere. You do not need the $45 per day valet because large parking garage is block away from building. Nice food and drink inside, plus walking distance from restaurants and bars. Nice safe feeling area. Super small balcony.
You have a wonderful property here, but there are a few areas that could significantly enhance the overall experience. The hotel could benefit from renovations, as the wear and tear are noticeable. For example, our bathroom had a large crack in the tub, and the faucet was loose, giving the space a run-down feel. A fresh coat of paint and general upkeep would go a long way. Additionally, the cleanliness...
Good morning g to the manager. We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. But this time, it was for the Candlelight Hip Hop event. Maybe one day we will get the chance to stay a weekend, and then I can give you that review on the stay.

Breakfast was good. Only complaint is one of the queen beds was noisy/squeaky when changing sleep positions. We stayed just one night, and everything else was fine.
The place was great and very clean. It was in a great location for where we visited there for
Entrance and reception area was under renovation. So in and out was a little inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and both front staff and floor staff were very friendly and nice. I would say this hotel is excellent.
Located in the historic city center, with a prime location

Wonderful stay. Great location in historic Savannah. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel was wonderful! Just keep in mind it’s in the center of a busy square with at least one night club so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. They do provide a noise machine and overall the stay was great
Staff was friendly upon entering. Room was comfortable and quiet. Easy to use public parking garage adjacent to the hotel for self parking. DIY smores kits available in the evening to use at the patio fire pit was a nice touch. Everything was walkable and easy to sight see on River Street a block away.
Room was super cute, property smelled amazing, parking was easy which is amazing for its downtown location.
Bar was super fun, dinner was incredible - just a super fun impromptu stop on Christmas, can’t wait until next time!
Very clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Service is top tier. And the location is unbeatable
Incredible staff! I can’t say enough about our stay. The hotel is beautiful! T, Isaiah, Anna, and Rob you’re all incredible people! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special ❤️

This appears to be a top hotel in Savannah and we were excited to stay. Unfortunately The Alida leaves a lot to be desired. The room layout and decor is great. The bed was comfortable and the water stations in the hallway are a nice bonus. However, this place needs a little refresh. The window seat cushion was very worn and has some questionable stains. The toilet seat was burnt with a hair curler...
This was our first stay at The Alida, but certainly won’t be the last. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be accommodating, and full of knowledge, and warm personalities.
Record player in the room was solid! The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower pressure could have been better; but if that’s the only minor inconvenience…then so be it.
On site dining...
I love this hotel. The first time we stayed in 2024 set the bar so that has a lot to do with us being a little disappointed with our accommodations and stay this time. Our room was laid out so strangely that it felt cramped. It was the same type room we booked last time, prior to check in I noticed our room had switched to pool view. I called the hotel and they said that was an upgrade. I would rather...
We had a great room in this hotel. It was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel was also superb! Definitely recommend!
The room was very nice and spacious. The main problem was the hot water which just didn’t appear very often. Cold, cold and more cold, it would take a very long time to even get to lukewarm. It was nice to have a Kerurig but the coffee was pretty meh. Great location and we always found free street parking not too far away.

We had an incredible experience at the restaurant, all thanks to a truly wonderful lady who served us. Her hospitality was out of this world. From the moment we sat down, we felt her warmth and a sincere desire to make our meal perfect. It didn’t feel like she was just doing her job; she was genuinely welcoming and kind. It was so refreshing to be looked after by someone with such a heart for service...
A pretty standard experience in a great part of town. Hotel is dated a bit. The valet parking is a bit of a cluster as they’re unaffiliated with the hotel and you pay separate and it’s a small driveway. Rooms were standard, a bit dated. Location you cannot beat.
Staff were very friendly. It would’ve been good to know how loud the street noise was going to be because the motorcycle noise and car stereos boom boom booming was unbearable and loud!
Everything was perfect. Unfortunately lots of outside noise in the middle of the night. Loud music from passing cars and police sirens. We were on the fifth floor
Staff was great. Room was furthest removed as possible (not a huge deal) but was also old, a little deteriorated and really smelled bad.
What actually stood out was how genuinely nice everyone was! From the front desk, to managers we saw in the hallway, to the 3 bell men we talked to outside. Both days, the employees were very nice!

Nice boutique hotel but lacks cleanliness, valet parking lacks customer service, hotel good but not the the standard of Kimptons
Room was clean Staff was very friendly. Very welcoming to those traveling with furry family members
Nice hotel in a great location. Pet friendly in all aspects. Will most definitely be back.
Love staying at the Kimpton when I come to Savannah! Staff are so friendly, helpful and the hotel and location are excellent
Wrote in my notes and I called prior and asked if they had dog bowls because they pride themselves on being very accommodating and friendly to dogs, so they said they’d have dog bowls for me, which allowed me to leave my truck bed packed. Great location, close to everything. It is an old building so there was a definite old building smell. Otherwise it was a great stay. The people were amazing. The bed was comfy. I didn't upgrade to the balcony and I wish I would have!
We had a very lovely stay at the Inn for my birthday. Loved the vibe of the place.. felt kinda like Sherlock Holmes. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and the room with the balcony and river view was super enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.
If you love historic buildings, this place delivers. The River Street Inn dates back to around 1812 and is on the National Register of Historic Places, so it definitely exudes that old Savannah charm. One of the most Insta-worthy features is the open interior atrium in the center of the building, where you can look up (or better yet, look down) and see the historic staircases rising five stories —...
We had a wonderful stay at the River Street Inn. The service was top-notch; friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is unbeatable, with everything we wanted to explore just steps away.

When it comes to customer service. It’s get no better than Ms. Tonya! I enjoyed my stay and she made sure I was always taken care of from my fist night to my last. Definitely will be back.
Check in was quick and the Jonathon was super helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Room was large and clean; beds are comfortable.
Room was clean and front desk was friendly and helpful especially in helping us book the airport shuttle.
First time we’ve stayed at this property, they are going through a remodel, our room seemed brand new, could not have been nicer.
Staff was excellent, the breakfast chef did a wonderful job, probably one of the best breakfasts we had in a long time.
Highly recommend
Location is perfect! Walking distance from many sites including Olde Pink house and Vic’s restaurant! Rooms were clean! Check in and check out easy! Everyone friendly!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot for downtown exploration! Restaurant and rooftop bar were both so wonderful! 10/10 stay
We parked our car and walked everywhere! We loved the turn down service.
Great hotel, right in the center of everything! Great restaurants and the hotel rooftop bar is the best in Savannah. Housekeeping was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable, staff was warm and welcoming
The room was comfortable however there was constant activity and noise in the corridor. Most times the corridor seemed to be used to store the housekeeping supplies which wasn’t favorable to us as guests. The bathroom door did not have a lock which wasn’t ideal, and the shower and restroom doors though frosted were quite transparent and the restroom door did not have a lock either. The downstairs restaurant...
The hotel was great! Our room was very nice and the staff was great.
Property was nice but pretty odd. The shower was very unpleasant (water pooling in the bottom, can’t turn on without getting cold water sprayed on you) but the hotel itself was nice. Best place in Savannah to stay! Quiet, charming, historic, and a great location. The people who own and run it are amazing. It's a short walk to bay street and everything you want to see in Savannah. They have enormous bedrooms and common areas, and stock the kitchen with a few breakfast goodies for the guests. Stay once and you will fall in love.
This is a great option for large groups. 16 of us stayed and it worked out really well. The seven 20-somethings all stayed in the basement area and they didn't seem to mind too much the only-one-bathroom situation. 8 of us paired up into rooms and one slept on the couch in the front room. It was for two nights and that was fine but I think longer than that it and it would be a little awkward. The outdoor...
