Nice hotel at a great location. My room was little noisy with engine sound from outside
A wonderful welcome at reception. So friendly, upgraded to a balcony river view in 3 muses section of the hotel. We booked the power plant river view. Ultimately I think I would have preferred the power plant over the 3 muses. The artwork here is weird and not warm and friendly. The room is surprisingly basic. No dresser. Small drawers in each night table. Two shelves in the closet and a hanging...
This is a fabulous hotel. The room was spacious, the staff were helpful, and the location is fantastic. The art, geodes, dinosaurs, bars, restaurants, and shops make this a one of a kind place.
This hotel was amazing! I went around the holidays so everything was festive and decorative. The hotel was beautiful and during checkin I was offered champagne by their awesome front desk staff. I went from Melissa checking me in and offering amazing customer service and information and then to Brandon taking my luggage and showing me to my room. They were both personable and professional. The...
Gorgeous hotel right on the river. Staff was wonderful, room was clean, location was perfect!
This is our second year staying at JW Marriott the weekend after Thanksgiving. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time together with family at this lovely place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is excellent. The staff really goes out of their way to make kids feel welcome. The location is the best for exploring Savannah's River Street and the historic squares. City Market is a short...

Loved the warmth of the employees of the hotel. They were absolutely wonderful. Mais service did not come until after 5pm on day of our stay. Green light was blinking all night long facing our bed and disturbed my sleep. Other than those glitches, the stay was excellent and the restaurant food was excellent as well.
Exceptional hospitality. Warm and professuonal. Rooms have great charm, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, and I really appreciated all the lighting options WITH dimmers. There was a septic smell that caused a need to change rooms. Second room was better until after I took a shower. Then it was there - a septic, musty, mildew smell. For that reason I wouldn't stay again but it did not completely...
One of my all time favorite hotels! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and in the absolute best location for walking around Savannah. There was complimentary champagne, coffee and water and the rooftop bar was fabulous!
This last visit was probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. I rate it excellent in general but for this trip in particular, I was charged close to double the usual rates and I felt ripped off. Not only that, I thought parking was included and it turned out to be $55 extra plus tax. The room was great and the overnight stay was great but it was not worth $600+.
The room was great, staffing was amazing, and the amenities all superb. The location was great. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the restaurant.
We loved this hotel, particularly the ambiance, decor, and staff, who were all excellent. Our only critique is that we felt Perry Lane was lacking in some of the small details that might be expected at a 5 star hotel. For example, although a car service was offered to take and pick up guests within a 3 mile radius, it was never available, even though we requested transportation as requested about...

perfect location, perfect service
Great location and beautiful hotel. Front desk was so helpful as well as valet service for parking
Good. Central Savannah besides the mayor office and good view.
Me and my husband stayed, the hotel was nice and the staff was amazing.
Great hotel with the best location in the city, right on the water front with great views and centrally located making everything walkable
Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking...

The Service, Rooms, and Staff were amazing. We will definitely be back!
The scenery is beautiful, the room is large, and the people are outstanding. It's worth staying here, the people are warm and helpful. I don’t know when the $50 deposit will be returned to me. This is my second stay. I will stay here a few more times when I have time.
The Marriott Savannah Riverfront! Is an excellent hotel, fantastic location with beautiful room’s friendly staff, our stay was excellent!
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Free room upgrade to riverview room. And everyone was professional and pleasant with each interaction. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Only issue was we had a hard time opening and closing the sliding door. Loved the location...as just about everything was in walking distance.
The hotel was in a very convenient location and within walking distance to the downtown area. It is only getting 3 stars because when I booked the room it said my total would be $242, but when I looked at the charges it said $282 plus another $12 charge. When checking in the concierge told me to rip up my parking ticket and use my room key for the parking. He never once mentioned that it was $40 to...
My balcony room overlooking the river was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the cargo ships coming and going from the port. Housekeeping employees were very nice and attentive. Big shout out to James, who helped me w/my luggage and getting checked into my room.. he even was kind enough to fill up my ice bucket!

This hotel has a great location and a fantastic lobby. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and mostly helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not the best. The rooms need updating and do not live up to the descriptions or the fantastic lobby. The bathrooms were very dated and were clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected. I also found it odd that there was not a mini...
I paid over 1700 RMB per night to Ctrip, which should be considered a high-end hotel, but I was disappointed with the bathroom facilities after checking in (see picture). Furthermore, the room rate included breakfast, and I specifically confirmed this with the front desk at check-in, but the next morning when I went to the restaurant, I was told that breakfast was à la carte, and I had to go back to...
Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar. The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks! Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun. We will definitely be back.
Great location, walking to anywhere. You do not need the $45 per day valet because large parking garage is block away from building. Nice food and drink inside, plus walking distance from restaurants and bars. Nice safe feeling area. Super small balcony.
You have a wonderful property here, but there are a few areas that could significantly enhance the overall experience. The hotel could benefit from renovations, as the wear and tear are noticeable. For example, our bathroom had a large crack in the tub, and the faucet was loose, giving the space a run-down feel. A fresh coat of paint and general upkeep would go a long way. Additionally, the cleanliness...
Good morning g to the manager. We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. But this time, it was for the Candlelight Hip Hop event. Maybe one day we will get the chance to stay a weekend, and then I can give you that review on the stay.

I've stayed here twice within half a month and still think it's a great choice. It's popular, has a nice ambiance, and it's super convenient to take a boat across the river to the old town. The marshmallow roasting, sauna, gym, and pool are all excellent!
Met up with family for a few nights has a lovely stay will return
Beautiful place. Very nice rooms and super comfy bed. Only issue I had was my card was double charged.
The room is OK, but the front desk service is not very good. It's the first time I heard that late check-out costs $25 per hour. The gym is not open 24 hours and is far from the room. I don't particularly recommend this hotel.
I had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for a friend’s wedding, and it was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Our room was beautiful and spacious, offering stunning views of the golf course and the river. The only downside is that the resort is located across from downtown Savannah. While there is a free ferry...
The room in this hotel is very big, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the room is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here with friends, and the room service is particularly good. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Breakfast was good.  Only complaint is one of the queen beds was noisy/squeaky when changing sleep positions.  We stayed just one night, and everything else was fine.
The place was great and very clean. It was in a great location for where we visited there for
Entrance and reception area was under renovation. So in and out was a little inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and both front staff and floor staff were very friendly and nice. I would say this hotel is excellent.
Located in the historic city center, with a prime location
Nice spot and easy to walk around.

This place is a must. Well located in the historic district and conveniently located for all the must see sights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was up to date and clean. Plenty of extras that come with the stay that put this location over the top. Just book it and forget it, they’ll do the rest!
The rooms fell like a home away from home. Great location, super friendly and accommodating staff. Love the gym, especially the working Peloton bikes.
Room was amazing! In a great area for walking to restaurants etc. Room was a little noisy at night but ear plugs were supplied. We would definitely stay here again l.
Pretty nice hotel, small rooms and right by public restrooms so homeless around the entrance. Next time I’ll stay closer to the shops or on the riverfront since this one is closest to bars and cocktail lounges mainly.
The staff at the hotel were fantastic and prompt in their service. We appreciated the free snacks and beverages in the room and how they were restocked every day. The hotel is in a great location - so many stores and restaurants almost right outside the door. We didn't rent a car for the trip and never needed one.
Just passing thru Nice room. Clean, it had a little deferred maintenance. I will stay there again. People were very nice & helpful

Later they moved us to another room on a different floor wirh hot water. We still have...
Room was nice and overall a solid hotel and location. Negatives: valet parking expensive at $60 per night, no hot water during our stay. Included breakfast had a good menu.
The hotel itself is lovely, clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, from the moment that our group of 11 checked in not all of us had hot water in our rooms. Less than half of us. We were forced to go to other rooms to have to take showers and to get hot water. When we asked to move, we were told that there were no room rooms available yet other guests were being moved. It was finally offered...

The room was very clean and nicely organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good, whether in the restaurant or through room service. The ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing with lots of ares to sit and chill.
Staff is great! Great king size bed rooms with amenities. They give you water bottles to fill in hall with 3 types of water. Love the roof bar which they gave me a coupon to use while I was up there and they had a DJ. They have a restaurant an another bar downstairs. Nice size pool to swim or lay around. I saw a guy laying out drinking coffee. Valet parking for me. Convenience to River Street. We...

Staff was great. Room was furthest removed as possible (not a huge deal) but was also old, a little deteriorated and really smelled bad.
What actually stood out was how genuinely nice everyone was! From the front desk, to managers we saw in the hallway, to the 3 bell men we talked to outside. Both days, the employees were very nice!
Everyone was so nice, the room was spotless, and we didn’t have to wait at all. As soon as we checked in, the front desk sent a text to ask how things were going and if we needed anything to contact that number which was amazing. They offer you a chocolate chip and walnut cookie, TAKE IT! It’s warm and delicious. Although our stay was perfect, I wish there was another option for valet, but that’s Savannah...
Nice location close to everything. Staff were wonderful and very helpful! Parking is expensive and time consuming, though.
The proximity of this hotel to the local restaurants and attractions makes this an ideal location. The staff was courteous and made you feel welcomed.
Room, property, staff were all great! Downside: No alternative dining options close by. The major problem was parking. I was charged $50 a day for parking!! Not good. I asked about alternative parking options and I was told there was a public parking garage about half a mile away. Had I known this, i would have stayed somewhere else!

Great location with parking. We liked the free coffee in the free coffee in the morning. The breakfast in the restaurant was great.
What can I say! I believe many businesses are understaffed. Room had noisy mini fridge, sometimes smelled odd, and the safe didn’t always work. Also the floor was wavy in places. I was in a suite with outside access overlooking courtyard. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Bar and restaurant were really nice and food was good. This Kimpton is so lovely. All pets welcome and staff are wonderful. The hotel is pretty and in a great area.
Nice sized room that was very neat. The staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of dining and shopping.
We left some jewelry in the room. We realised it the sa.e day in the evening. One call to hotel resolved it. Next day it was UPS picked it and delivered it to us. ADEINA SALTER was very efficient, friendly. Great work! Thanks👌
I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but there are a few minor issues that would make this a great hotel. First and foremost, the staff is outstanding, but you cannot get any food until 4 o’clock. Our room was spacious and quiet as was the courtyard. The problem arises when you go to the pool area being on Bay Street. It was quite loud with traffic noise. While we were sitting at the pool, I would...

Great location, close to everything. It is an old building so there was a definite old building smell. Otherwise it was a great stay. The people were amazing. The bed was comfy. I didn't upgrade to the balcony and I wish I would have!
We had a very lovely stay at the Inn for my birthday. Loved the vibe of the place.. felt kinda like Sherlock Holmes. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and the room with the balcony and river view was super enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.
If you love historic buildings, this place delivers. The River Street Inn dates back to around 1812 and is on the National Register of Historic Places, so it definitely exudes that old Savannah charm. One of the most Insta-worthy features is the open interior atrium in the center of the building, where you can look up (or better yet, look down) and see the historic staircases rising five stories —...
We had a wonderful stay at the River Street Inn. The service was top-notch; friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. When it comes to customer service. It’s get no better than Ms. Tonya! I enjoyed my stay and she made sure I was always taken care of from my fist night to my last. Definitely will be back.
First time we’ve stayed at this property, they are going through a remodel, our room seemed brand new, could not have been nicer. Staff was excellent, the breakfast chef did a wonderful job, probably one of the best breakfasts we had in a long time. Highly recommend
I would definitely recommend this place. I have come here often and every time I come it’s always a pleasure the staff are amazing and work so hard. Tonya goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She’s very kind and generous. The food is good the service rooms are in the process of being updated but still good! Definitely would recommend.
This property was clean and in the lobby and hallways as well as the room. It is being renovated. The free cookies were good. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping.
Room was clean. Room showing wear on carpet and wall paper. Shower body wash was empty.
Didn't have breakfast or any meals at the hotel. It was a convenient location to the airport and there were plenty of restaurants just down the road. Staff was pleasant and non-intrusive.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot for downtown exploration! Restaurant and rooftop bar were both so wonderful! 10/10 stay
The room was comfortable however there was constant activity and noise in the corridor. Most times the corridor seemed to be used to store the housekeeping supplies which wasn’t favorable to us as guests. The bathroom door did not have a lock which wasn’t ideal, and the shower and restroom doors though frosted were quite transparent and the restroom door did not have a lock either. The downstairs restaurant...
The hotel was great! Our room was very nice and the staff was great.
Property was nice but pretty odd. The shower was very unpleasant (water pooling in the bottom, can’t turn on without getting cold water sprayed on you) but the hotel itself was nice. Area was fantastic, but probably won’t stay again. Felt like staying in a sultry pirate ship. The extremely dusty oyster chandelier above the bed will continue to haunt me.
Very clean and comfortable. Everyone who worked there was so nice and went the extra step to be helpful. Paying a little extra for the river view was definitely worth it! I would absolutely stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location and close to local dining and shopping options. The room was spacious and clean with a great view over the river. We would definitely stay again.

Best place in Savannah to stay! Quiet, charming, historic, and a great location. The people who own and run it are amazing. It's a short walk to bay street and everything you want to see in Savannah. They have enormous bedrooms and common areas, and stock the kitchen with a few breakfast goodies for the guests. Stay once and you will fall in love.
This is a great option for large groups. 16 of us stayed and it worked out really well. The seven 20-somethings all stayed in the basement area and they didn't seem to mind too much the only-one-bathroom situation. 8 of us paired up into rooms and one slept on the couch in the front room. It was for two nights and that was fine but I think longer than that it and it would be a little awkward. The outdoor...
