The Marriott staff was phenomenal and played a critical role in the success of my event. Armelle, Cindy, and Amanda were extremely helpful throughout the planning process, ensuring every timeline, detail, and accommodation was executed seamlessly for our conference. The Riverfront location was outstanding, perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. The...
Love this hotel. Have stayed there many times. However, this time the room we were given really needed some TLC. Bathroom needed several items repaired. Baseboards, towel racks, tile floor…we will definitely stay here again just hope the room next time will be the standard we have been used to.
I love your hotel , was amazing, good food, the bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing too very helpful man. You got a great team. Very helpful and clean. Thank you so much.
Room was average, behind soap bottles was very nasty you could tell had not been removed and cleaned, toilet lid was not cleaned well, trim on wall corner of the bathroom was rusting. Hotel looks well kept from the outside and lobby but the room disappointed our expectations. Also we booked a river front room and was given a room over looking the parking lot. No big deal there but not what we was expecting
Room was good, but it was a very long walk to get to. The hotel was not busy(at all)so they could have given us a closer room to the elevators. The room also had no water bottles.
Staff was ok.
They need to do a better job with keeping the hallways clean.
It is a very old property in a great location. The room did not have any toiletries like shower caps. The hair dryer was badly banged up. Still did the job. Not a dryer you would expect in a 4 star experience.
The beds however were very comfortable.

The building is nice but everything else is just okay. The front desk isn’t very accommodating, laundry takes ages, they don’t reply to email messages and I couldn’t contact them through the Trip app or the Bonvoy app. I stayed at the loft room… the cleanliness can be improved. It’s only really that the building is interesting and there are very little choices in the area.
Nice hotel at a great location. My room was little noisy with engine sound from outside

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Stayed in the 3 muses building and was not impressed with the room. Definitely would not consider it 4 star.
Valet parking isn't provided as a part of the guests stay. It is an extra charge. $50+ each interaction. Don't believe ******* if you purchase valet through them. You're going to pay the hotel for valet services.
The stay was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

I've stayed here twice within half a month and still think it's a great choice. It's popular, has a nice ambiance, and it's super convenient to take a boat across the river to the old town. The marshmallow roasting, sauna, gym, and pool are all excellent!
Met up with family for a few nights has a lovely stay will return
Beautiful place. Very nice rooms and super comfy bed. Only issue I had was my card was double charged.
The room is OK, but the front desk service is not very good. It's the first time I heard that late check-out costs $25 per hour. The gym is not open 24 hours and is far from the room. I don't particularly recommend this hotel.
I had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for a friend’s wedding, and it was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Our room was beautiful and spacious, offering stunning views of the golf course and the river.
The only downside is that the resort is located across from downtown Savannah. While there is a free ferry...

This appears to be a top hotel in Savannah and we were excited to stay. Unfortunately The Alida leaves a lot to be desired. The room layout and decor is great. The bed was comfortable and the water stations in the hallway are a nice bonus. However, this place needs a little refresh. The window seat cushion was very worn and has some questionable stains. The toilet seat was burnt with a hair curler...
This was our first stay at The Alida, but certainly won’t be the last. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be accommodating, and full of knowledge, and warm personalities.
Record player in the room was solid! The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower pressure could have been better; but if that’s the only minor inconvenience…then so be it.
On site dining...
I love this hotel. The first time we stayed in 2024 set the bar so that has a lot to do with us being a little disappointed with our accommodations and stay this time. Our room was laid out so strangely that it felt cramped. It was the same type room we booked last time, prior to check in I noticed our room had switched to pool view. I called the hotel and they said that was an upgrade. I would rather...
We had a great room in this hotel. It was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel was also superb! Definitely recommend!
The room was very nice and spacious. The main problem was the hot water which just didn’t appear very often. Cold, cold and more cold, it would take a very long time to even get to lukewarm. It was nice to have a Kerurig but the coffee was pretty meh. Great location and we always found free street parking not too far away.

The Holiday Inn Express was very close to the river and I could walk to a lot of sites. The concierge was fantastic and very knowledgeable.
Check in was slow- you’d think they would have more than one clerk checking people in at 4pm. When we finally got checked in the clerk was very nice!Nice room, bathroom sink super slow draining, towels pretty rough! Great location!
All was great in my 1 night stay. Clean room, awesome rooftop hot tub in pool area and above all the nicest front desk staff I've enountered in a long while - Shivon, Abby and Wanda. Thank you.
The hotel room and breakfast was GREAT! The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Thank you for making our family trip awesome. We are definitely going to stay here next time we are in Savannah,Ga
We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express before, and we will absolutely stay here again in the future. This hotel never disappoints.

Great location, close to everything. It is an old building so there was a definite old building smell. Otherwise it was a great stay. The people were amazing. The bed was comfy. I didn't upgrade to the balcony and I wish I would have!
We had a very lovely stay at the Inn for my birthday. Loved the vibe of the place.. felt kinda like Sherlock Holmes. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and the room with the balcony and river view was super enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.
If you love historic buildings, this place delivers. The River Street Inn dates back to around 1812 and is on the National Register of Historic Places, so it definitely exudes that old Savannah charm. One of the most Insta-worthy features is the open interior atrium in the center of the building, where you can look up (or better yet, look down) and see the historic staircases rising five stories —...
We had a wonderful stay at the River Street Inn. The service was top-notch; friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is unbeatable, with everything we wanted to explore just steps away.

This was our second stay at The River Street Inn. The hotel was very well located, the staff was exceptional, friendly and courteous, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds extremely comfortable. Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot for downtown exploration! Restaurant and rooftop bar were both so wonderful! 10/10 stay
We parked our car and walked everywhere! We loved the turn down service.
Great hotel, right in the center of everything! Great restaurants and the hotel rooftop bar is the best in Savannah. Housekeeping was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable, staff was warm and welcoming
The room was comfortable however there was constant activity and noise in the corridor. Most times the corridor seemed to be used to store the housekeeping supplies which wasn’t favorable to us as guests. The bathroom door did not have a lock which wasn’t ideal, and the shower and restroom doors though frosted were quite transparent and the restroom door did not have a lock either. The downstairs restaurant...
The hotel was great! Our room was very nice and the staff was great.
Property was nice but pretty odd. The shower was very unpleasant (water pooling in the bottom, can’t turn on without getting cold water sprayed on you) but the hotel itself was nice. Area was fantastic, but probably won’t stay again. Felt like staying in a sultry pirate ship. The extremely dusty oyster chandelier above the bed will continue to haunt me.

Great location very nice and clean hotel. Five star customer service including a call from management to insure a minor issue was taken care of. Wouldn't have expected that from a large chain but it happened. We'll definitely be return customers for sure. Special thanks to the assistant director of operations Tyler McCorkle for great customer service.
Best possible place I could've stayed. I got here via a corporate conference. Staff was lovely and helpful throughout the event. The hotel is right by the river, easy to walk anywhere. Beds were a bit stiff for my pudgy body but clean and well kept. The lobby is a sight to behold and makes the whole thing feel special. Be sure to check out the garden terrace through the 4th floor. Highly recommended
Great location, great service, but the rooms are very clearly in need of renovation. You are paying for location here! A pipe burst and the water was out for the entire evening our last night, which was very inconvenient. The air/heat did not seem to respond to the control pad, the beds were not very comfortable, the tub and shower were worse than what I have at home, and the room just really seemed...
Literally the best part of this hotel is the staff. While in town for a work function I was immediately greeted by Shamar the valet who every time he saw me went out of his way to ensure I was taken care to the fullest extent. My vehicle was ready when needed and taken care of as if it was his own. This is not what I expected as the new normal. When I was attending the the work conference that was...

This hotel has a great location and a fantastic lobby. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and mostly helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not the best. The rooms need updating and do not live up to the descriptions or the fantastic lobby. The bathrooms were very dated and were clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected. I also found it odd that there was not a mini...
I paid over 1700 RMB per night to Ctrip, which should be considered a high-end hotel, but I was disappointed with the bathroom facilities after checking in (see picture). Furthermore, the room rate included breakfast, and I specifically confirmed this with the front desk at check-in, but the next morning when I went to the restaurant, I was told that breakfast was à la carte, and I had to go back to...
Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar. The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks!
Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun.
We will definitely be back.
Great location, walking to anywhere. You do not need the $45 per day valet because large parking garage is block away from building. Nice food and drink inside, plus walking distance from restaurants and bars. Nice safe feeling area. Super small balcony.
You have a wonderful property here, but there are a few areas that could significantly enhance the overall experience. The hotel could benefit from renovations, as the wear and tear are noticeable. For example, our bathroom had a large crack in the tub, and the faucet was loose, giving the space a run-down feel. A fresh coat of paint and general upkeep would go a long way. Additionally, the cleanliness...
Good morning g to the manager. We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. But this time, it was for the Candlelight Hip Hop event. Maybe one day we will get the chance to stay a weekend, and then I can give you that review on the stay.

Wonderful stay. Great location in historic Savannah. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel was wonderful! Just keep in mind it’s in the center of a busy square with at least one night club so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. They do provide a noise machine and overall the stay was great
Staff was friendly upon entering. Room was comfortable and quiet. Easy to use public parking garage adjacent to the hotel for self parking. DIY smores kits available in the evening to use at the patio fire pit was a nice touch. Everything was walkable and easy to sight see on River Street a block away.
Room was super cute, property smelled amazing, parking was easy which is amazing for its downtown location.
Bar was super fun, dinner was incredible - just a super fun impromptu stop on Christmas, can’t wait until next time!
Very clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Service is top tier. And the location is unbeatable

Loved the warmth of the employees of the hotel. They were absolutely wonderful.
Mais service did not come until after 5pm on day of our stay. Green light was blinking all night long facing our bed and disturbed my sleep. Other than those glitches, the stay was excellent and the restaurant food was excellent as well.
Exceptional hospitality. Warm and professuonal. Rooms have great charm, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, and I really appreciated all the lighting options WITH dimmers.
There was a septic smell that caused a need to change rooms. Second room was better until after I took a shower. Then it was there - a septic, musty, mildew smell. For that reason I wouldn't stay again but it did not completely...
One of my all time favorite hotels! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and in the absolute best location for walking around Savannah. There was complimentary champagne, coffee and water and the rooftop bar was fabulous!
This last visit was probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. I rate it excellent in general but for this trip in particular, I was charged close to double the usual rates and I felt ripped off. Not only that, I thought parking was included and it turned out to be $55 extra plus tax. The room was great and the overnight stay was great but it was not worth $600+.
The room was great, staffing was amazing, and the amenities all superb. The location was great. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the restaurant.
We loved this hotel, particularly the ambiance, decor, and staff, who were all excellent. Our only critique is that we felt Perry Lane was lacking in some of the small details that might be expected at a 5 star hotel. It was so refreshing to be looked after by someone with such a heart for service...
A pretty standard experience in a great part of town. Hotel is dated a bit. The valet parking is a bit of a cluster as they’re unaffiliated with the hotel and you pay separate and it’s a small driveway. Rooms were standard, a bit dated. Location you cannot beat.
Staff were very friendly. It would’ve been good to know how loud the street noise was going to be because the motorcycle noise and car stereos boom boom booming was unbearable and loud!
Everything was perfect. Unfortunately lots of outside noise in the middle of the night. Loud music from passing cars and police sirens. We were on the fifth floor
Staff was great. Room was furthest removed as possible (not a huge deal) but was also old, a little deteriorated and really smelled bad.
What actually stood out was how genuinely nice everyone was! From the front desk, to managers we saw in the hallway, to the 3 bell men we talked to outside. Both days, the employees were very nice!

Clean room. Next to elevator shaft ( could hear noise from elevator inside room. Friendly staff. Breakfast just ok, but Should have been included in room rate. Did not use Bar.
No option for free parking. The only entrance for checking in was for valet parking. $50 for one night pretty steep.
Will probably look at other options next time.
Room is good and service is good
1. Balcony door doesn’t seal and we had persistent cold air leaking into the room
2. The neighborhood is very noisy late till 3 am on the weekend, and with the leaky door and non sound proof glass couldn’t get a quiet sleep until 3 in the morning
Not allot of staff. Bar closed. On ******* I selected river view and even show that picture. Not only is it not on riverfront and did not get that side of hotel but had back of hotel on very busy and loud street. Booked my car for checkout if 530 am and even talked to them to confirm but yet no one there at that time. Girl at desk not helpful snd seemed not to care. I got my car after 610am...

4th time staying at this great place. Staff is great. It is really awesome that all staff say hi to you! The room was spotless and the bed was really good.
Staff was very polite and welcoming. The pool wasn’t crowded and the room service staff were very helpful
The staff were great , the pull out couch could have been better, ended up getting a cot bed , the room was spacious, we had 5 people in the double queen room. Lots of things had to be asked for including extra pillows and sheets . Otherwise, it was ok. The breakfast buffet was something else. Wouldn't recommend it.
Easy check in. Clean room. Room 308. Very much appreciated the extra pillows when requested and loved the soft blanket. Breakfast needs some updating but other than that it was a good place for our 1 night stay passing through.
Very good time , costumer service , food, Clean , great towels, beds, bedsheets, excellent

It's surrounded by some of Savannah's most distinctive street parks. The hotel consists of two three-story (or four-story? I can't quite remember) buildings and several white houses shown in the pictures. We stayed in a white house, a one-bedroom...
The dresser drawers kept opening on their own and the pillows were very flat. The gal in the breakfast area was very pleasant, very helpful and always cleaning the area. The valet gentlemen were efficient. The area around the hotel was not desirable. Felt like you had to pay to park out of safety. Having to pay extra for parking was not appealing and will be why will not return to that hotel.
Room service came so late. The room service only came to our room around 5 pm when we reached our room after a day in the city. And as we reached, she just quickly wrapped up making the bed and left. She didn’t care about the rest of the stuff. The floor, the bathroom, the counters, nothing was cleaned.
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a great assortment however it was extremely busy around 830am ~ hard to manage getting your food. The hotel has valet parking for $35/night, but if you can street parking on the side of the hotel and plan on walking the city, I suggest doing that. Walking to The Riverwalk and Forsythe Park is very doable from this hotel.

I celebrated my 67th birthday in Savannah and reserved 5 rooms for my family. We had a wonderful time and the front desk personnel and others were incredibly awesome and helpful. They made my birthday stay very special. We had one minor issue with a room, but they were right on top of it. I have been coming here for years and my faith was well founded. Now the real issue. I was very pleased with the...
A few weeks ago, I stayed here for a conference for my sorority. It was an amazing experience with a very friendly staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The icing on the cake was the level of service that we received while dining in for breakfast. Mr. Ricky has some of the best cheese grits I have ever tasted! On top of that, his service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming...
The room was very clean, beds were comfortably. The room was a little cramped with four women sharing it but had a decent kitchen area. We were ground level on the street side so we had a little street noise but really enjoyed people watching. Overall the room was great. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, a little better than your typical free breakfast. The lobby was very...
We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right in historic downtown next to all the shops and cafes. The staff was by far the best hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. We have a 4 month old baby and they all went out of their way to interact with her and to make us feel comfortable traveling with a little one. All the front desk ladies (I wish I asked their names) were the...
Can’t say enough about Staybridge Inn, Savannah Georgia. Stayed November 27-November 30. As soon as I got to the desk, I was greeted with a pleasant hello and a smile. And that was the same vibe throughout my whole stay. Professionalism at its best, you can tell the employees love working here and it showed. My room was immaculate, the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, loved the little kitchenette...
The room is small, with only a single sofa, and the bathroom facilities are old, which is understandable in an old house in the historical district. There is a private parking lot for the hotel, the breakfast is not bad, and the location is very good. The riverside is across the road, and there are various bars and restaurants around, which is very convenient. It is also easy to walk to the square...

Efficient and friendly staff, clean, good bed and pillows, quiet. Easy drive to airport.
I was able to check in early which was great. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Would stay again.
Wonderful check in. Staff was absolutely wonderful.
Room is clean and comfortable
Ok room. Expected more for the price. Shower very weak water pressure. Bed uncomfortable for a king size. Additional temporary deposit charge want mentioned during online purchase. Will not be using this hotel again.
Good hotel and great location, but the room was dirty and water stained. There were large stains on several pieces of furniture. It was a little gross but you can't beat the convenience.
Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out process. The bed was very comfy too. If I could offer suggestions, it'd be for the addition of smart tvs, better breakfast menu, and an upgrade in furniture in the hotel room.

Spa facilities: Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Was there for almost 2 weeks for business. Only complaint was the awfully old tv in my room, but they replaced it the next day which was great
Overall great atmosphere, very clean, excellent staffing. Pet friendly a +. We'll definitely revisit enjoying my trips on the I95 corridor, Pooler, GA Savannah Airport.
Gorgeous renovation and amazing location less than 5 minutes from the airport. Beyond that, it's your standard meh TownPlace Suites. The room was nice, but the fridge was really loud, which is extra noticeable in a studio setup where you're trying to sleep in the same space. Decent for a quick stopover.
Very clean and amazing service, they try to change our room with two queen bed but the hotel was full but is ok we had one king bed and the sofa bed was good for my daughter. Very big room And very clean! The breakfast was very good. The location was the best close to everything.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. Outstanding front desk staff...they made sure we had the room type we wanted, allowed us to check in early, and they gave very good information about the hotel and area. Location is right off interstate and near outlets and restaurants.
Remodeled from older hotel not the best remodel not up to TownePlace suites standard from ground up build ok for one night

We had a horrific one-night stay here due to the extremely loud people in the adjoining room next to us. We were unable to sleep at ALL and respectfully request a refund. The hotel should not be renting out adjoining rooms unless it’s to groups of people who are traveling together/families. There was a HUGE crack (gap) between our doors and as result there was no privacy or quiet whatsoever. Our “neighboors...
I love that there was airport shuttle service… one of the reasons I stayed here!!
The workers at the counter. They were very polite and friendly and very professional. Willing to do whats necessary for the customers. Everyone was friendly while doing their jobs.
Room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was fine, but no heat in room. Temp never got above 67 despite adjusting thermostat.
Nice room. Comfy bed. My negatives are TV did not work. Lines of pixels across screen. Netflix offered but unavailable.
Pretty noisy. Could hear person in next room snoring. Talk and doors closing in hallway very loud. Probably not a lot you can do about volume but it’s a no repeat visit for me.
Hotel very close to the airport . Property offers airport shuttle but was not needed during my stay . It is nearby a variety of dining places , and is a few blocks from the Tanger Shopping Outlet . The free breakfast was your basic hotel continental options . Only issue I found with the room was hairs in the shower.
