Spa-Hotels in Savannah

The Marriott staff was phenomenal and played a critical role in the success of my event. Armelle, Cindy, and Amanda were extremely helpful throughout the planning process, ensuring every timeline, detail, and accommodation was executed seamlessly for our conference. The Riverfront location was outstanding, perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. The...

Love this hotel. Have stayed there many times. However, this time the room we were given really needed some TLC. Bathroom needed several items repaired. Baseboards, towel racks, tile floor…we will definitely stay here again just hope the room next time will be the standard we have been used to.

I love your hotel , was amazing, good food, the bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing too very helpful man. You got a great team. Very helpful and clean. Thank you so much.

Room was average, behind soap bottles was very nasty you could tell had not been removed and cleaned, toilet lid was not cleaned well, trim on wall corner of the bathroom was rusting. Hotel looks well kept from the outside and lobby but the room disappointed our expectations. Also we booked a river front room and was given a room over looking the parking lot. No big deal there but not what we was expecting

Room was good, but it was a very long walk to get to. The hotel was not busy(at all)so they could have given us a closer room to the elevators. The room also had no water bottles. Staff was ok. They need to do a better job with keeping the hallways clean.

It is a very old property in a great location. The room did not have any toiletries like shower caps. The hair dryer was badly banged up. Still did the job. Not a dryer you would expect in a 4 star experience. The beds however were very comfortable.

The building is nice but everything else is just okay. The front desk isn’t very accommodating, laundry takes ages, they don’t reply to email messages and I couldn’t contact them through the Trip app or the Bonvoy app. I stayed at the loft room… the cleanliness can be improved. It’s only really that the building is interesting and there are very little choices in the area.

Nice hotel at a great location. My room was little noisy with engine sound from outside

Nice hotel at a great location. My room was little noisy with engine sound from outside

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Stayed in the 3 muses building and was not impressed with the room. Definitely would not consider it 4 star.

Valet parking isn't provided as a part of the guests stay. It is an extra charge. $50+ each interaction. Don't believe ******* if you purchase valet through them. You're going to pay the hotel for valet services.

The stay was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

I've stayed here twice within half a month and still think it's a great choice. It's popular, has a nice ambiance, and it's super convenient to take a boat across the river to the old town. The marshmallow roasting, sauna, gym, and pool are all excellent!

Met up with family for a few nights has a lovely stay will return

Beautiful place. Very nice rooms and super comfy bed. Only issue I had was my card was double charged.

The room is OK, but the front desk service is not very good. It's the first time I heard that late check-out costs $25 per hour. The gym is not open 24 hours and is far from the room. I don't particularly recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for a friend’s wedding, and it was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Our room was beautiful and spacious, offering stunning views of the golf course and the river. The only downside is that the resort is located across from downtown Savannah. While there is a free ferry...

The room in this hotel is very big, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the room is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here with friends, and the room service is particularly good. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Breakfast was good.  Only complaint is one of the queen beds was noisy/squeaky when changing sleep positions.  We stayed just one night, and everything else was fine.

The place was great and very clean. It was in a great location for where we visited there for

Entrance and reception area was under renovation. So in and out was a little inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and both front staff and floor staff were very friendly and nice. I would say this hotel is excellent.

Located in the historic city center, with a prime location

Nice spot and easy to walk around.

Overall good, great location, recommended

Wonderful stay. Great location in historic Savannah. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was wonderful! Just keep in mind it’s in the center of a busy square with at least one night club so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. They do provide a noise machine and overall the stay was great

Staff was friendly upon entering. Room was comfortable and quiet. Easy to use public parking garage adjacent to the hotel for self parking. DIY smores kits available in the evening to use at the patio fire pit was a nice touch. Everything was walkable and easy to sight see on River Street a block away.

Room was super cute, property smelled amazing, parking was easy which is amazing for its downtown location. Bar was super fun, dinner was incredible - just a super fun impromptu stop on Christmas, can’t wait until next time!

Very clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Service is top tier. And the location is unbeatable

Incredible staff! I can’t say enough about our stay. The hotel is beautiful! T, Isaiah, Anna, and Rob you’re all incredible people! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special ❤️

This appears to be a top hotel in Savannah and we were excited to stay. Unfortunately The Alida leaves a lot to be desired. The room layout and decor is great. The bed was comfortable and the water stations in the hallway are a nice bonus. However, this place needs a little refresh. The window seat cushion was very worn and has some questionable stains. The toilet seat was burnt with a hair curler...

This was our first stay at The Alida, but certainly won’t be the last. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be accommodating, and full of knowledge, and warm personalities. Record player in the room was solid! The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower pressure could have been better; but if that’s the only minor inconvenience…then so be it. On site dining...

I love this hotel. The first time we stayed in 2024 set the bar so that has a lot to do with us being a little disappointed with our accommodations and stay this time. Our room was laid out so strangely that it felt cramped. It was the same type room we booked last time, prior to check in I noticed our room had switched to pool view. I called the hotel and they said that was an upgrade. I would rather...

We had a great room in this hotel. It was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel was also superb! Definitely recommend!

The room was very nice and spacious. The main problem was the hot water which just didn’t appear very often. Cold, cold and more cold, it would take a very long time to even get to lukewarm. It was nice to have a Kerurig but the coffee was pretty meh. Great location and we always found free street parking not too far away.

smelled incredible!!! staff was really nice and room was very clean. close to everything in savannah and had the loveliest time! would 10/10 recommend

Have stayed here many times, mostly because dogs stay free. Always have had a good experience

Nice boutique hotel but lacks cleanliness, valet parking lacks customer service, hotel good but not the the standard of Kimptons

Room was clean Staff was very friendly. Very welcoming to those traveling with furry family members

Nice hotel in a great location. Pet friendly in all aspects. Will most definitely be back.

Love staying at the Kimpton when I come to Savannah! Staff are so friendly, helpful and the hotel and location are excellent

Wrote in my notes and I called prior and asked if they had dog bowls because they pride themselves on being very accommodating and friendly to dogs, so they said they’d have dog bowls for me, which allowed me to leave my truck bed packed. I got there and There was one person working the front desk, she was very unorganized and I had to keep asking her things that she should’ve told me. When I asked...

The Holiday Inn Express was very close to the river and I could walk to a lot of sites. The concierge was fantastic and very knowledgeable.

Check in was slow- you’d think they would have more than one clerk checking people in at 4pm. When we finally got checked in the clerk was very nice!Nice room, bathroom sink super slow draining, towels pretty rough! Great location!

All was great in my 1 night stay. Clean room, awesome rooftop hot tub in pool area and above all the nicest front desk staff I've enountered in a long while - Shivon, Abby and Wanda. Thank you.

The hotel room and breakfast was GREAT! The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Thank you for making our family trip awesome. We are definitely going to stay here next time we are in Savannah,Ga

We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express before, and we will absolutely stay here again in the future. This hotel never disappoints. The location on Bay Street is perfect for downtown Savannah—close to everything, easy to walk, and right in the heart of the historic district. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. The staff has always been...

Mostly clean and spotless. My shower door didn’t close all the way and my fridge door only closed with a lot of pressure. Other than that the stay was great

Everything was great! Staff very friendly, service at the bar was amazing, everyone gave us tips on places to visit, we had an amazing view to the river and it was for a very good price!!!

Clean room, courteous staff. Good breakfast. The only problem was parking. Off site parking was expensive.

Room was very clean and staff friendly. They took away a star because the air conditioner was empty, and the cleaning people kept going in and out of their doors, banging the doors instead of putting maybe dirty towels down or something to stop the banging so all afternoon it was they were banging doors in and out to clean.

The check-in was hectic as the cars that were arriving was bottle necked and no space so it was very inconvenient. The registration clerk, Marie , was a bit dismissive and not friendly. Valet parking is $48/night and the staff are friendly.Around 1 am- 5 am, we kept hearing a loud thud , not knowing what it was, woke us up. The traffic noise and the slamming of the doors were jarring. That morning...

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice free breakfast. I would suggest parking across the street in the garage (it's much cheaper to leave your car there for the daily rate than valet parking). This hotel is in a fabulous location. Only one block from the Lucas Theatre and Broughton Street. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay while in Savannah. Great location right across from River Street. Tour trolly stops right in front of the hotel. Staff was exceptional and had a great southern charm.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot for downtown exploration! Restaurant and rooftop bar were both so wonderful! 10/10 stay

We parked our car and walked everywhere! We loved the turn down service.

Great hotel, right in the center of everything! Great restaurants and the hotel rooftop bar is the best in Savannah. Housekeeping was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable, staff was warm and welcoming

The room was comfortable however there was constant activity and noise in the corridor. Most times the corridor seemed to be used to store the housekeeping supplies which wasn’t favorable to us as guests. The bathroom door did not have a lock which wasn’t ideal, and the shower and restroom doors though frosted were quite transparent and the restroom door did not have a lock either. The downstairs restaurant...

The hotel was great! Our room was very nice and the staff was great.

Property was nice but pretty odd. The shower was very unpleasant (water pooling in the bottom, can’t turn on without getting cold water sprayed on you) but the hotel itself was nice. Area was fantastic, but probably won’t stay again. Felt like staying in a sultry pirate ship. The extremely dusty oyster chandelier above the bed will continue to haunt me.

Great location, close to everything. It is an old building so there was a definite old building smell. Otherwise it was a great stay. The people were amazing. The bed was comfy. I didn't upgrade to the balcony and I wish I would have!

We had a very lovely stay at the Inn for my birthday. Loved the vibe of the place.. felt kinda like Sherlock Holmes. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and the room with the balcony and river view was super enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

If you love historic buildings, this place delivers. The River Street Inn dates back to around 1812 and is on the National Register of Historic Places, so it definitely exudes that old Savannah charm. One of the most Insta-worthy features is the open interior atrium in the center of the building, where you can look up (or better yet, look down) and see the historic staircases rising five stories —...

We had a wonderful stay at the River Street Inn. The service was top-notch; friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is unbeatable, with everything we wanted to explore just steps away. The room itself was a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern updates. We especially loved the architectural details and the stunning main stairwell; it felt like stepping...

This was our second stay at The River Street Inn. The hotel was very well located, the staff was exceptional, friendly and courteous, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds extremely comfortable. We dealt with Cassandra who was so welcoming and reserved the perfect rooms for our family, with Ivy at the front desk who checked us in and with Jessica who checked us out and made special request...

Hotel is very clean and tidy. Front desk people were very helpful in guiding us to local attractions. Will, the host at the manager's reception was great too.
