Upscale hotel built in an old power plant building. Lots of art in the lobby. Our room was stylish, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful front desk. Good breakfast choices at the Turbine cafeteria.

Don't look at the price! Once you arrive, you will notice that you didn't pay enough. Every day we discovered something new. They have so many live performances (music, pianists, singing, etc.). The hotel is a museum with a rich history. The view is unmatched. Moreover, they maintained social distancing/face mask guidelines. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed in November 2020 and were pleasantly surprised that the lobby was like a natural history museum. The amethyst geodes were some of the largest I have seen. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Three Muses Hotel and loved being so close to the bustling River Street and City Market. I am impressed by the elegant tribute to the dirt of our history. From the massive clear quartz at the entrance to the metal dinosaur skeleton hovering above, you will not feel disappointed. Our stay was amazing. The staff was great, engaging, friendly and genuinely felt like they cared. The fairy meant that we never had to use a car. One of the best resort experiences that I have had.

The staff was very professional. The main thing I liked, there were no hidden fees after arriving at the property. All costs/fees were shared to me before arriving. The oatmeal cookies were so good. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Free room upgrade to riverview room. And everyone was professional and pleasant with each interaction. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Only issue was we had a hard time opening and closing the sliding door. Loved the location...as just about everything was in walking distance.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and within walking distance to the downtown area. It is only getting 3 stars because when I booked the room it said my total would be $242, but when I looked at the charges it said $282 plus another $12 charge. My balcony room overlooking the river was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the cargo ships coming and going from the port. Housekeeping employees were very nice and attentive. Valet parking of $50 in & $50 out for a total of $100 is overboard. It was a surprise when it showed up at checkout. Should have been disclosed at booking. Also, the room was found not cleaned the first day when we returned at 4pm. I complained to the front desk & someone showed up at 5:30 to clean, I told them not to bother.

It was a nice place. Service left a little to be desired. My party experienced misinformation regarding early check in times. While waiting to check in, another separate party was misinformed regarding charges as well. Loft was nice and clean. Location is great. It may have just been the day we stayed. The amenities were nice and the location was great. The room was quite narrow which made it a little difficult to walk through quickly. The parking at $30 per night. seemed high but it seemed to be par for Savannah. No continental breakfast or anything. Some little muffins or something would've been nice. I don't know that I'd stay again; I'd probably stay farther away and walk for less money.

I've loved our stay here. Did have a plumbing issue in room adjacent but they were quick with service. They also made it right for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient to everything on River Street & The City Market.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar. The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks! Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun. We will definitely be back.

You have a wonderful property here, but there are a few areas that could significantly enhance the overall experience. The hotel could benefit from renovations, as the wear and tear are noticeable. Good morning g to the manager. We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. But this time, it was for the Candlelight Hip Hop event. Many places try to create a luxurious design using cheap materials and craftsmanship, but not The Alida. We only stayed one night but had a very pleasant experience. Everything was very clean and the room was beautiful! Little touches like the refill station with your own personal Alida water bottle and the daily happy hour in the lobby were awesome. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time staying at the Perry Lane Hotel in my hometown of Savannah, Georgia. I was in town for a home stay for my good friend's mom. I wish I could've gotten the heads up that the walls are completely sound proof and that I'd be next to a day spa that blasts music. Listening to people go on about skin care products wasn't exactly how I pictured my vacation. The hotel itself was neat and the staff was polite.

It exceeded our expectations. The charming rooms are decorated with period pieces. Riverfront location and close to everything. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. Check in was a luxury experience of its own. Valet is there to greet you and was a nice guy. The furniture decor for the lobby reminded me of a European vibe. Check in process at the front took 2 minutes tops. They have a pretty nice restaurant connected to the hotel and offer room service until 10pm. I don’t believe 24/7 room service is needed at this location...

Nice. Place. Staff was not very accommodating. St. Patrick's day hotel rules were great for keeping hotel safe but need to be balanced better for guests that are paying to stay. The rules were a little too restrictive and staff did not provide the great service I have come to expect as a Gold Honors member.

Great location near the boardwalk. Prices were decent but typical of Hilton. Breakfast at these places are never any good and I always recommend getting quality food somewhere else unless you're in a pinch. Try to get a north facing room since you can overlook the Savannah river and see ships pass. Facing south like me yields a less than desirable view of garbage and alleys.

My husband and I stayed the night here last night. What a beautiful place! Our room was very sleek and modern and contemporary decor, freshly updated. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great heated pool outside in a private courtyard and the hot tub was terrific. We walked to a great jazz place with live music and had the best “date night” that we’ve had in awhile.

Great location with stunning Savannah River views. Spacious room provided comfortable accommodation. However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience.

The bar and restaurant are absolutely gorgeous. When we arrived, every restaurant in town was booked. We popped into the bar and had the most delicious food with great service. Great location in the heart of the historic district, literally a block from the waterfront. Room had nice touches, like a full kitchen and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks. Be careful when the front desk tells you that your room includes 'free drinks'. They don't mean from the full bar 5 ft. away but they mean a local beer or cup of wine from the stock behind the front desk.
