The Delta Hotel Indianapolis exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly committed to great service. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The lobby and common areas were beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel provides exceptional comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indianapolis!

absolutely miserable from check in to post check out. desk clerk overwhelmed when we asked for quieter room and for platinum upgrade - which was not available - which is fine since they did appear pretty full-up. room key was faulty. points & the stay itself did not get credited promptly. rare for such disappointment, but here we are.

Heating / air conditioning units in room do a poor job. Gym is good. Housekeeping staff should not wear heavy perfumes that leave an odor in the rooms. Do not disturb signs should be provided to prevent early morning barge-in.

Great location for a pre-flight overnight. The hotel is newer. The furnishings are modern and clean. But most of all the staff are friendly and efficient. We arrived on a snowy night and both the front desk and restaurant staff,who were understaffed, worked calmly and quickly. Bravo!

This hotel was amazing. The lobby is bright, clean, very modern, and has its own sports bar type restaurant inside with a full bar. Very close to the airport with plenty of free parking. No free breakfast or pool, but a coin laundry service is a nice touch for travelers. They even have a Starbucks in the lobby!! A full blown Starbucks Cafe in the lobby that makes all those drinks you like. Its an amazing hotel thats good for any one or family. The only con is there are no microwaves in the room and the building is right next to the expressway so you will hear some traffic go by to some degree. Safe area but not walking distance to any stores. They do have a 24 airport shuttle service. This should be a 4 or 5 star hotel, not labeled as a 2 on Google.

The Delta Hotel is absolutely wonderful. Room and bathroom were awesome. Very comfortable beds. Outstanding staff, always willing to accommodate your needs. The restaurant has very delicious food. Overall, I give this hotel a 5-star rating.

The Delta Hotel by Marriott is absolutely a five star hotel. Incredible staff, received a very warm welcome and very accommodating. The restaurant has great food and wonderful servers.
Beautiful property great location and conveniently located to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. Will definitely be booking this hotel for future trips.

The property was clean and somewhat close to the airport with a free shuttle. It had reasonable breakfast options. But for a room reserved for three, I would have expected the pull-out couch to be made up, and three towels to be provided, which they were not.
