Nothing was advertised that the hotel was under construction and they lost my reservation but another staff member came over and handled it

It was spotless and very comfortable. Jeff helped out tremendously when they had ran out of the requested room. He set me up with a good option that worked out for me and my family.

We stayed at this location 50 years ago on the first night of our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! When we checked in a very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic Jeff Bobbitt was so kind to upgrade us to suite and gave us vouchers for complimentary desserts. All the staff were wonderful and the suite was lovely. The food was delicious, both for supper and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much, Thanks!

Everything was perfect. The check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and spacious. The common areas were cozy and the food and drinks were very good.
The staff was excellent!

The room deposit was ridiculous! I have a major credit card and they charge a $150 hold for room charhes.! I still haven’t seen my credit day five .

Around 12 AM, Heating/AC unit beeped throughout the night. Front desk stated Maintenance would arrive first thing in the morning. No one arrived.

We were in town for a pool tournament and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. Our door broke and they were there in about 15 minutes to fix it. We had wonderful service our entire stay. Thanks for a great weekend!

Fine place to stay
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Under some construction and improvements while I was there, which I could hear in the room. Area wasn't super convenient, and a lot of construction on the roads made getting around a bit of a hassle.

The wait staff was friendly. The dips that went with chips and dip were outstanding. The chips were a little hard. The crusted blue cheese burger was outstanding.

Breakfast review only:

Got here at 10am since I am staying in the hotel, I have the entire lounge to myself. The staff was warm and friendly, I had 4 waitresses looking after me the whole time. Breakfast was decent, eggs and sausages, with a side of hashbrown.
Service was quick and I even got a corner booth because I also held a meeting in the restaurant. Very attentive staff.

The service was slow the waiter said he recommend the homemade chips and dip
The chips were not impressive at all. The wings wich he said he really enjoys taste like Sams Club frozen wings which one was frozen and full of chicken feather. No excuse for such low quality of food especially for the price. The waiter Alex seems if he would say anything to get the order in and out to get a tip .even though i am staying here I would not eat there again with so many other local restaurants

The service was poor! I stood in line for 15 min's to order then another 30 min's waiting for the food! A homeless man was bugging everyone asking to use their phones! The employees were slow and making no effort to work with any kind of speed!! The lady in front of me said she sat in the drive-thru for 10 min's with no service!! I'll never go there again and tell everyone I know to not go there!!!

Just took a new job very near this location. I was scoping out new places for lunch and saw Burger King. Score!! Not so much. The cashier was very pleasant and it all went downhill from there. My "dine in" order was tossed to me in a bag. I assume my order was made fresh judging by the time it took to prepare, yet when I got seated and unpacked my bag, the sandwiches were both cold and dry. Like many other reviews about this place, it's not a big deal as I have many options for my lunch choices.

Showed up pretty late at night and the workers were extremely friendly and made it an amazing experience! So glad we went 10/10 would go back! Thanks for the great end to the evening!

Fairly good today, a little slow with my chicken fries cause no one dropped any until awhile after I completed my order. But they made up for it by offering a free large drink. So that was nice. ?
