When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attendant. I think the gentleman’s name was Cody. During my stay I had to go to the ER and the lady that was working the desk at 4am (headed out to the ER) was very helpful and kind. Made sure I had anything to help me with what I was going through. Upon returning from ER they were accommodating as well. Was able to rest after coming back to the hotel. There was street noise but what hotel doesn’t have street noise. Upon departure the gentleman that checked me in checked me out, again with the same warm smile and pleasant demeanor. There was also another lady at the desk at checkout that was extra kind and sweet to my kiddos. I would recommend and stay again if I was back in Indianapolis. Do not recommend IU hospital though lol. I should have taken the ladies advice and went to St. Francis maybe. I was pleased with my stay there.

The young man checking us in was great, very fun to tlk to. The breakfast was really not good, and food ran out fast. The gentleman putting out the food was geat, and was working hard to keep everything full, there were just a lot of people.

Good place to stay. The area around the hotel wasn't the best but I didn't feel unsafe. I stayed here because it was more affordable then places in Bloomington. Would stay again if we needed a place in Indy.

Room was clean, and beds were nice. The outstanding part of the stay was the breakfast staff in the lobby. Two wonderful gentlemen were helping every guest. I dropped my fork on the floor, and before I could get up, one had already picked it up and replaced with a new one. They were so sweet!

When somebody took a shower you can hear the water draining. The air conditioning goes on and off and you can't keep it on a steady fan all the time waking you up. Not the best of stays.

Location is right off the freeway, so convenient. Off down a side street that feels remote. No food options in walking distance for dinner

When we arrived, we weren't happy with the room. The next morning FALLON, the desk clerk, went out of her way to find us another room that was not only quiet and comfortable, but really nice and clean.
There aren't many restaurants close by. Need a car to take you about 2 miles down the road for a meal. Excellent breakfast and great bed and pillows.

Comfy and not pricey. Only issue I have is that the car entrance from the beltway is a bit difficult to find, have to go through a bad bump and forced to go around a whole area. Also, parking lot is not closed or fenced. Bathroom does not have proper ventilation.

Needs updating
Water in evening was luke warm. There was no shampoo, but 2 conditioners and a body wash.
Bright side though, bed was comfortable, and very soft sheets.

Great for the price. The lunch buffet is pretty good, lots to choose from and always fresh. Very affordable too.

Wish I could give it zero stars it was the worst buffet I have ever been to none of the food was cooked right tasted like it has sat for hours. The customer service is terrible. I will never go back to this buffet.

Its ok but more American food then Chinese food. Menu changed and less of a verity small buffet for large price

This place is just gross. I feel like it used to be good years ago, but after my experience today I will never go back. The food looked old and most was luke warm. Some was even cold! The chicken and broccoli had a weird taste to it like it had gone bad. I immediately felt sick after hardly eating anything there!! Do not go here, this place is just food poisoning waiting to happen!!!

Just newly renovated and still doesn't look that good. Way over priced for what you get. Customer service is non existent. Food not cooked properly and found mold in the Egg drop soup. Instead of spending money on renovations that were done poorly, should have put that money into people or better food prep. This place use to be pretty good but that was several years ago.

Went through the drive-thru and it took 18 minutes after paying to get my food. They handed my food out to the car in front of me and tried to give me the same bag. She said "They didn't touch it". I was very disgusted with that fact because they had enough time to go through that bag to know it wasn't theirs while she closed the window to grab my drink and try to hand it to them also. They refused to grab the drink and proceeded to give them back the bag of my food and sat at window to wait for the remade food. She was very rude to me for wanting my food remade because it had already been handed out and made me pull forward because they weren't going to remake it until I refused food that was already in another vehicle.

Extremely poor service, as usual, order came up to $4.24, gave the cashier $5, she looked at it, rang it in, total change, $.76 simple right, even after counting twice, couldn't get it right...

First, it's McDonald's so nothing terribly impressive, but our drive thru wait was short (not busy) and the food was decent.

I recently got the Rueben and was suck before I could finish it. I'm not a picky eater at all but that meat was rank. Not to mention the owner was really weird and mean with this slight rapey vibe. I will NEVER return for i think I may require therapy for my traumatic experience

Manager not friendly and doesn't honor all subway deals and promotions. Also light on all veggies and meat still cold after toasting.

Everytime i go there.. its around 9:30pm and they get mad and role there eyes because they close at 10 and have ecerything clean up... if you dont want my business at 930 then lock the door or domt get mad
