Ramada Airport Indianapolis in Indianapolis

Absolutely the worst hotel to stay in. Check-in started with being assigned a room that someone else was already in. Upon walking in with my family, we walked in on someone in the shower.

Returned to the front desk and was given another room on the 4th floor. This is 4 pm (check-in time 3 pm) for reference. Upon arriving in this room, the cleaning staff was just starting the service.

Returned to the front desk a 3rd time, with baggage fyi. Assigned another room and finally got settled.

The A/C was lackluster and barely worked. An elevator would not go to the 4th floor and was routinely getting customers stuck. It was never shut down and taken out of service.

The next morning the breakfast was 20 minutes late and the staff were rude about it.

Upon checking out, I requested a partial refund or compensation. I was told they could not do anything and the manager would reach out. As of the time of review, it is the business well after lunch and no contact has been made...

I can deal with hiccups and mistakes but this horrible service all around.

The room was average, the charges were chaotic, and they overcharged me more than $1,200.
