Came here for an industry exhibition. The group rate made it more competitive.
The parking is not very clear. There are two entrances both show all the other brands. Drove By the first entrance because JW Marriott was not shown.
Check in was pretty quick. Room was good. On then 9th floor corner. Wish had higher floor but the 9th was decent. There are two different elevator groups. One only goes to 22nd floor. The other starts at 23 and up. That’s the first one you run into after check in though.
Overall a good hotel.

Meseret was very charming and helpful. She made me feel welcome made sure I had all I needed.
Alex was a delight and the food was delicious.

I stayed at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Downtown for a cheer event and was there for the entire weekend. The hotel was a great experience overall, but my favorite part of my stay was hands down the bar.
It was sooooo busy every night, yet Eric, the bartender, made the experience feel personal and top-tier. His drinks were absolutely delicious — he created a special cucumber martini for me on the spot, and it was so good I came back the next day just to get another one.
What really stood out was Eric’s service and attention to detail. He remembered it was my birthday, wished me well, and immediately knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to ask. Even with the bar packed, he still managed to check on everyone, keep the water flowing, and make sure every guest felt taken care of. He also introduced us to a few of his other signature mixes, and they were just as good.
Eric is truly one of the best bartenders I’ve had — skilled, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient under pressure. I will absolutely be back, and I’ll definitely be stopping by the bar to see Eric again.

I’m a Titanium Member and JW Marriotts never disappoint when it comes to great service. But I have to say that Alex and Mes in the Executive Lounge are EXCEPTIONAL!! Friendly and knowledgeable, but also ELEGANT - they both just ooze class. My experience spending 30 mins in the lounge was just wonderful. Please appreciate them and take care of them, because they’re taking care of your guests in a big way. 👍🏼

We were there just one night. Everything in our room was clean and the staff was very nice throughout the hotel. But be aware about the parking if you purchase your parking ahead of time, they will still try to charge you.

Paid for what I thought was going to be the top floor of the hotel. It was not. There are 19 floors and we got floor 15. There was construction going on in the morning. Very noisy. Not the hotels fault but it would be nice to be warned before hand.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Indianapolis for our wedding night, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special — we were greeted with such kindness and care, and every detail truly made us feel celebrated.
Our Corner Executive Suite was stunning — spotless, spacious, and with an incredible view overlooking Lucas Oil Stadium and Victory Field right outside our windows. The shower was the star of the room, offering amazing water pressure and multiple shower heads for a truly luxurious experience.
The sparkling wine and chocolates were the perfect touch to end our night as newlyweds. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t thank the JW Marriott team enough for making our wedding night so memorable. Maybe go for real Italian, real fast?
Marginal Italian cuisine restaurant with horrible service and will cost you in the end.
3 of 5 arrived for 6p reservation, 2 coming shortly. Ordered Brushetta, bottle of wine, and one additional wine.
Appetizer came first, no wine, Wine arrived. Other 2 members of party arrived and ask hostess where we were. Her comment was she didn’t know where we were seated but the customer could “look around”. Really? You had our name and seated us knowing 2 more were coming.
Defeatingly slow service, server disappeared for long periods, ordered more wine, long waits to take orders, just anything.
Ordered 2 spaghetti and meatballs, 2 tortellini, and a salmon. Ordered a single glass of wine, took almost entire meal to get.
Finally got desert, got check and ready to leave, over 3 hours later.
Open Table advised $7 valet or four hours Self park. Outside valet advised no valet but Self park free if eating at hotel. Went to host stand and was given ticket but host indicated if over an hour and a half might be additional charge. That charge was $23 times 2 vehicles. On top of $317 tab.
So NO Free Self Park!
Food was okay, nothing exceptional. Ordered 4 house salads. Supposed to have cranberries, one did and 3 didn’t. Food was sort of nondescript, no offer of parmesan, no spice in the cooked results.
Avoid this one, opt for Bucca or a decent place avoid the expensive parking.

The experience we had at Osteria Pronto was phenomenal! Our server, Jessica, provided great service! We told her we were celebrating my girlfriends' birthday and she had the entire staff personally sign a birthday card provided by them, definitely made us feel appreciated! The food was fresh and delivered to our table quickly! The Sea Bass entree was amazing, highly recommend!! I even had to thank the chef personally! If you've never been but constantly pass by from time to time, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. You would not be disappointed! Thanks again to everyone at Osteria Pronto, you guys provided a memorable night for us!!

Service and atmosphere were really great. However, my entire table was slightly disappointed with their meals. We each ordered something different. My spouse ordered a salad and we watched it sit in the hot kitchen window for almost 20 minutes before it was brought to our table. Despite seeing this, she continued to try to eat it, but ended up sending it back because it was warm. No one wants a warm Caesar salad. The plating was nice for all of our foods, the flavor just fell short for the price. I will say that we each ordered an adult beverage (who am I kidding...several) and those were all delicious. Would be interested to give this place another shot but am in no hurry to get back there.

Service was topnotch, portions were on the larger side, there were a variety of price points. They had a pretty decent wine and spirits list (including some of my favorites like Oban). Servers were knowledgeable and responsive. Been a few times including for one of our anniversaries. Definitely recommend!
