Staff was great. Coffee awesome. Bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. We were in room 521. The bed creaks every time you move, sits extremely low and totally uncomfortable. Pillows ok.

The property looks aged in comparison to other Ritz-Carlton properties i have stayed in. Also, while conveniently located close to Bourbon street, the partying noise in the area is very loud throughout the night so it is not easy to get some sleep

We travel around the world with FourSeasons and other fine hotels but not sure what happen to the service the night we stayed. It’s normally very good at any Four Seasons Hotel. We called 3 times to get some ICE for a bottle of champagne but it never came. We would expect a better level of service from this type of hotel.

Check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. The room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served with yummy, delicious and healthy food choices. Concierge team was very helpful. Poolside service was great. Valet service was quick and timely. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here for three nights between Christmas and New Year’s. Definitely had a few issues with the hotel staff. They told us that everything in the room should be operated from the iPad on our nightstand. Beautiful hotel and kind staff but the room service wait is about an hour and I would never valet my car again because the wait was about one and a half hour.
