New Orleans, 2 Poydras St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Clean room, comfy bed, and a perfect location! I stayed here during Mardi Gras, and the price and location were what initially drew me in. The only downside is the daily amenity fee, but if you actually take advantage of what it offers, it ends up being worth it.
It's beautiful, but when I paid in RMB, they asked for a picture of my ID. I don't even bring that with me when I travel abroad!
This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to both the outlet mall and the convention center! There are tons of restaurants nearby, especially for seafood, and the oysters are cheap and delicious. The staff are warm and friendly, and the hotel restaurant has a lot of character.
Close to everything, walk away but don’t walk late at night.
We had our National Concention here. The food was the best I have had in 10 years of convention food! The staff were impeccable and it was just a pleasure. The hotel shows a little age, but that is the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect. Highly recommended for business or pleasure.
Wonderful hotel! The first night I couldn't find quite the right pillow on my bed (each has 4), but the next two nightly I slept amazing! The temp control in the room is easy to use. I like that the TV has the sleep option so I can set it to turn off a while after I fall asleep. I was here for a conference, and the breakfast pastries were delicious, lunch was also pretty good, and the meeting rooms...

The hotel was quite good. I booked a twin room so my daughter could also visit this city. New Orleans feels quite safe. There's a shopping center by the river, and the hotel is conveniently located near it.
The hotel has an excellent location, convenient for getting around, and is very safe. I would definitely stay here again next time.
Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money. I recommend booking a river-view room with VIP lounge access. The buffet breakfast and dinner are decent.
The room was clean and the service was good.
The hotel was closed for the dawn tone and was good room and staff
The New Orleans Marriott meets expectations in terms of location and convenience, being ideally situated along Canal Street and within walking distance of Bourbon Street, which was a great advantage. The added convenience of having a Starbucks in the building was also a plus. That said, I noticed some areas for improvement in comparison to my experience at the JW Marriott in Mexico City. While the...

The hotel is next to the Superdome, and the Smoothie King Center. If you are going to events at either place, this is a great location. If you just visit the city, want to see French Quarter, Garden district, City park, this is a little bit far by walking but don't worry. New Orleans has a good public transportation system. The RTA runs buses, trolleys, and ferries, all for $1.25 a single ride...
Amazing hotel. The front desk workers were very helpful and check in took less than 3 minutes. The restaurant near the lobby has delicious food and drinks, as well as the other restaurants on site. Also a number of restaurants and bars near the hotel, but nothing too close to disturb your rest. Never heard a sound from any other guests during my stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious

Good hotel. Very close to Coluseum. Near big Grocery store, tram station and AirPort Express.
Everything was great. The front desk stuff was very nice and informative. They gave me a two beverage per room and a 15$ dining coupon.

The room facilities are complete. Service: The service is excellent!
Great location on the main street. Valet parking is available for a fee but very convenient.
The hotel was great! I was disappointed that I was charge an extra $10 per day due to the size of my vehicle. That should not matter because it was still placed in a standard size parking spot.
The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation...
great service. rooms were clean however could be updated.
The hotel was nice convenience was great everything was within walking distance but what I didn't like was the paying for parking if I'm already staying.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right in the French Quarter, so everything is within walking distance and very convenient if you’re trying to explore, eat, or go out. That’s honestly the highlight. Aside from that, the stay itself was just okay—nothing impressive. The biggest issue was the unexpected charges. When...
Overall stay was okay. The best part was the location. Customer service was terrible. I already paid in full when booked the room. There was a cancellation flight prior to check in due to bad weather condition. I informed them as soon as I know. But things didn’t sort out until 3 days later. When checking in they told us the reservation was no longer available. I am a frequent traveler. This was my...
I want to give a huge shoutout to Brian, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. He was extremely informative and attentive every single time I crossed paths with him. Even when I didn’t ask, he took the initiative to explain things, give directions, and make sure I knew exactly where everything was. That level of awareness and care really stood out. What impressed me most was when I was speaking...
Checked into our room today for a 5 day stay. Off to a great start. Missed the valet fellas name, but he met us with a huge smile and ready to help. Eric the Bellman rounded up our luggage and offered plenty of tips to enjoy our stay. Super friendly and professional. Joy at the front desk was top notch. Friendly and helpful. Nice room with a Bourbon street view. Joy told us about a few places in...
The Astor has a charming lobby and friendly staff, but it has some problems. At night in our room we found a cockroach on the wall, and after killing it, it was hard to find on the brown-patterned carpet, which may be the reason for the brown color (and for the poor lighting? only a few lamps aside from the entrance and bathroom). I booked the hotel for a conference, through the conference the cost...
Loved the room wish I could’ve had a better view, was facing a building lol. The air conditioning was freezing thermostat didn’t work. For older handicapped people a higher toilet would have been better. The first keurig wasn’t working and it should have two blankets in the room since it was a two queen beds. The room was nice and clean. The view was not good (I only saw other hotel room). Some staff were great other staff were not helpful (we had three suitcases and no one bothered to ask if my spouse or I needed help). Staff was great. Coffee awesome. Bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. We were in room 521. The bed creaks every time you move, sits extremely low and totally uncomfortable. Pillows ok.
Room was fabulous, comfortable and quiet. Staff so professional, Christmas decor top notch!
Great hotel! The staff are courteous and go out of their way to help. It is beautiful during Christmas.
We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday. We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. My stay at The Roosevelt was truly exceptional. The level of service throughout the hotel—from the restaurant to the spa and the housekeeping team—was nothing short of outstanding. We loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and it is in a great location. Very close to Bourbon and Canal, but far enough that there is no noise or trash outside the hotel. We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria in New Orleans! It is a stunning hotel, very rustic and classy, but also unkept very well. Rooms here were very comfortable as well. I would never take breakfast again there. Extremely poor and bad quality.
The hotel room was relatively clean, had a nice view, and all the staff were very friendly. However, the air conditioner was quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The location was convenient between the French Quarter and the Garden District. However, the hotel didn't supply complimentary bottles of water, & the coffee machine didn't work. Th3y did replace it!! The aircon was a nightmare & we simply turned it off. Otherwise, good service, lovely staff, & a great place to stay. But, expensive during Mardi Gras.
Rooms are spacious and very good location. But heaters are air conditioning needs to be improved
Its a nice and affordable stay place due to its location. If you book room at top you can view entire downtown. Recommend for anyone visiting NOLA.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. However, the shower in my room drained very slowly. I couldn't open the window to the balcony, so the air circulation wasn't great.

I came and visited Caesars New Orleans through a charter offer and let me just say how impressed I was. The hotel room was beautiful. The location is great and so easy walkable to the French Quarter. Our stay has been wonderful. We checked in with Nkenge and she was lovely. She was professional and she made our check in experience a pleasant one. She answered all of our questions and she made sure we had everything we needed. She provided outstanding customer service.
This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. The casino is refreshingly smoke-free, with smoking allowed only in the outdoor gaming area, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. Its location is another huge plus—right near some of the best restaurants New Orleans has to offer. Getting around is easy and fun, whether you choose to walk, hop on a rickshaw, or take a charming...
The location is convenient for tourists in the area. My husband likes to visit casinos and I typically make the most of my time walking around or drinking coffee or soda. There are no free drinks here… there are plenty of machines, a high rollers area, a poker tournament area (cool to see) and the sports bar is amazing with the score ticker above the bar and the wall of televisions. Nice place to...
Room was in need of upgrades. Lots of stains around the room. I don’t believe paying $70 for overnight self parking is reasonable for the area. Should be validated for hotel guests.

The room is small. The window is smaller than the average Queen size. It feels old. The bathroom is very small. I found that the bathroom light was not on before going to bed at night. Beautiful hotel in the heart of New Orleans. Very clean rooms, beautiful decor, and staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not give 5 stars simply because of the parking attendants. This hotel was in the heart of everything. It had amazing customer service but the room was a little outdated. It’s a historic building and super neat experience.
I recently stayed at the Omni Royal Orleans in the French Quarter and had a wonderful experience. The hotel blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering beautifully maintained rooms and exceptional service. The location is unbeatable—steps away from great restaurants, music, and classic New Orleans culture, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The rooftop pool and terrace add a special touch...
This room was TINY. There is no shelf in the bathroom to set your toiletry bag. The elevators were not working except for ONE for the entire hotel. At times, we waited almost 15 minutes for the elevator for the 6th floor. I am not even sure the bed was an actual queen-size bed. This hotel was NOT worth the $400 a night we paid. The bar and restaurant service was SLOW, and the coffee shop was very...
There was alot of renovation and construction in the hotel. Only one elevator to service all of the guest and we were on the 6th floor so it was not convenient at all to walk up the emergency stairs. No functioning restrooms on the main lobby. If you didn't want to wait for the elevator you could walk up the stairs and go through weird closet type rooms to get to the 2nd floor and then around the corner...
The staff was courteous. The location is great and close to everything. The room was smaller than anticipated (at the price). Overnight parking is expensive. One of the elevators was down so we took the stairs most of the weekend. The hotel is nice but dated. I had a room with a balcony. Being on the balcony was nice, but it needs updated furniture and a fresh coat of paint.

I had a great experience at The Westin New Orleans during my recent visit. As a traveler, I don’t really need much—just a clean room and kind people—and overall the hotel delivered on that. We travel around the world with FourSeasons and other fine hotels but not sure what happen to the service the night we stayed. It’s normally very good at any Four Seasons Hotel. We had a good stay here, although it got off to a bit of a rocky start. We walked in and up to the front desk after a long evening of travel from out of state. I said hello, how are you, to the girl at the front desk and she responded with “Name?” Not very welcoming. But the restaurant staff and other front desk employees we interacted with later were very pleasant. The room was nothing super special...
What a wonderful welcome by the front desk! A great 1 night stay before our cruise. We loved the rooftop bar.
The most important part of success in any service oriented business, is the positive approach from those providing the service. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel were friendly and enthusiastic. Coming from a service oriented business myself, I was impressed.
Comfortable room, staff at check-in were exceptional. Rosie's had amazing food and very friendly wait staff. We were only here for 1 night (pre-cruise), but wish we could have stayed longer. Great location!!
Amazing hotel. We ate and drank at all the restaurants and bars in the hotel over our five day stay and service was excellent and great food. Our room was very clean.
