Wonderful hotel! The first night I couldn't find quite the right pillow on my bed (each has 4), but the next two nightly I slept amazing! The temp control in the room is easy to use
This was the first time we stayed at this hotel for an hotel conference. It was a busy weekend but they were able to handle the large number of guest petty well
I was here for a conference, and the breakfast pastries were delicious, lunch was also pretty good, and the meeting rooms were great for the breakout sessions
We had our National Concention here. The food was the best I have had in 10 years of convention food! The staff were impeccable and it was just a pleasure
And it's neat that it's connected to a little mall with plenty of stores and a food court if you don't want to go out, or if the weather is bad
All staff were very friendly from the concierge, the check in desk, bell desk. I didn't experience any issues during my stay

The added convenience of having a Starbucks in the building was also a plus. That said, I noticed some areas for improvement in comparison to my experience at the JW Marriott in Mexico City
The breakfast and evening snacks at the Executive Lounge were top-notch 🍴✨. Even had a relaxing nighttime swim for some light exercise 🏊‍♂️🌙. The location? Absolutely perfect! 🏨👌”
While the service was generally good, the rooms in New Orleans were smaller and lacked certain amenities, like robes and slippers, which were provided in Mexico City
“Everything was incredible! 🌟 I stayed in a corner room with breathtaking views of the Mississippi River 🌊, enjoying stunning sunrises 🌅 and sparkling nightscapes 🌃
Additionally, the check-in process required a card authorization for incidentals, which wasn't necessary during my Mexico City stay and added a small extra step
Stayed with my sister during a busy conference. Location is right on Canal St. and close to EVERYTHING! Food, bars, and Bourbon St. I am a walker on vacation, so we walked everywhere

Absolutely loved our stay here during Jazz Fest. Was in a great part of town as there was so much art and food to explore just outside our door. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and our view was of the super dome
There were so many surprises from the gym, pool, and restaurants that you could literally have a comfortable vacation staying in. Debbie-warm, welcoming, and great conversations
There were so many options to choose from, including a homemade vegan almond-chia yogurt, which was a standout. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I would definitely stay here again! 😍
Location is perfect for everything we do. Employees are super friendly especially the vallet guys. We won't stay anywhere else when we go to New Orleans. This is definitely our spot for all occasions
Everything was great my only complaint was my shower was not clean had a lot of long blonde hair in it and was not cleaned for 2 of the four day I was in the hotel.
I really enjoyed staying here! The rooms were very clean and the walk-in shower was definitely a plus. We stayed for two nights and booked the breakfast on both mornings—it was absolutely amazing

At this point I'm at day 4 of a 9 day stay. The room is on the 43rd floor with a view that is a bit overwhelming for a person with issues of height. I really can't look down without feeling a bit queasy
love the location. great staff. welcoming atmosphere. cleanliness. very worth it!
Everything was perfect. The location was great. Staff was friendly. Parking garage was a little tight
It was a very nice hotel would go again for sure had a great time would definitely recommend to others
Amazing view from the highest floor. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful.
The hotel was good value for money, and good location on the ***** close to French quarter. With a great view.

Reception staff are extremely helpful & provide recommended restaurants & places that deliver food to the hotel We didn’t use the gym or pool but would highly recommend this hotel for location
Parking took a long time and waiting for valet to return my car was ridiculous. The concierge desk was slow to send anyone up with a cart however they didn't want me to get the cart on my own and bring it up to my room
The breakfast was very good, I'm glad I added it to my room. I hate the parking situation, but that is due to the area. The valet guys worked hard to take care of us, and our car looked the same as we handed it to them
Typical American downtown hotel: close to attractions (on the French Street); valet parking required; small storefront (service inside the hotel); relatively old hotel facilities (old hotel)
We booked this trip for a birthday treat. We thought the room was spacious, clean & had a massive TV. We had a bath & shower & a king sized bed. It’s next to Bourbon Street so loud music but earplugs are supplied
Spacious room, big bathrooms, in room safe, great view to major street and nice restaurant downstairs for dining. Quiet hotel even though on a very busy street

Live entertainment 5 days a week in a classy & comfortable atmosphere. Bar tender is knowledgeable & friendly. Pool & hot tub looked like fun but we didn’t partake. I made two stops at their spa
Perfect location- close enough to the action and far enough to still get some sleep at night. The hotel is beautifully and features stunning french architectural that elevates the luxury. Will definitely stay here again.
Best stay in New Orleans I've stayed in many hotels here in New Orleans and my stay here at the Ritz was by far yhe best outside of the Roosevelt. Everything was to perfection, and the staff was exceptional!
It was chilly and rainy during our stay. It was difficult to keep our room warm. Housekeeping did not enter our room when the privacy sign was NOT displayed resulting in no service during our stay
INCREDIBLE stay and experience! I've stayed at numerous Ritz Carlton properties and this was as good as it gets! My wife and I spent our 5th wedding anniversary in New Orleans and we could not be more pleased with our stay
Just a wonderful location with excellent staff. Enjoyed every moment! Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. The room service food was tasty and the Davenport Lounge was top tier.

From the time I arrived till I left, the hotel and the staff were above and beyond my expectations. The only thing missing from my experience was my family, as I travelled for business
Absolutely wonderful stay at the Roosevelt. The facility is beautiful and the staff wonderful. The rooms are slightly small, but that is to be expected in a city
I did hit my head on the shower (the bar that separates the door from the room is low, they could use a watch your head sign for tall people, my husband almost hit his head too. Do be careful on Canal Street
Traveling to New Orleans for Essence music festival with friends and family. I would like to say thank you to Jasmine at the front desk, Dylan, the doorman, and Al/Alvin/ Albert the bellman
They took great care of us, and remembered our names. which gave us a memorable experience during our stay. I route what spaces and did not like amenities
The hotel is in a perfect location, with retro and gorgeous decoration, considerate service, beautiful enjoyment, and large family rooms.

Killer amazing location, overlooking Mississippi River, NOLA centrally located, modern clean rooms, with awesome staff. Hotel shares ground floor shops and nearby restaurant & attractions
Wonderful hotel, centrally located with friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
My husband said maybe he had to go around the block but I was like no there is the truck he is just now pulling out of the parking lot
The hotel lobby is beautiful, smelled divine and had stunning views. Arriving to the room was pleasant as it was cool, spacious and clean. The bedding had quality linens and so comfortable
This was a nice hotel and the location was convenient. The shower door could use a handle in the inside, very weird to open it. We waited at least 12 minutes for our truck
We did order room service and that was good as well, food was hot and fresh and came relatively quick. Having access to close shopping, coffee shops, and canal street was also a plus

It was still very noisy after staying for a while. There is a swimming pool on the 16th floor. It is very small, but it is enough for children to swim. It is still very comfortable to watch the sunset
There was a lot of noise outside the window, maybe from the air conditioner or something. Fortunately, we were very tired and fell asleep. When we were awake during the day, we basically didn’t stay in the room
When we went to check out our ticket information was lost and I of course lost the ticket stub they provided. They were able to find us and we waited about 20 minutes for them to bring the car
The staff was so friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the hotel is gorgeous! Great experience loved my stay there
Whether you’re staying here for a family vacation or bachelor party just talk to the doorman he knows what’s up and has a pulse on the city! Location is definitely at the front gate of the city for whatever activity you may want to do
Dionne Dunn is the Reservation Manager of Hotel Monteleone and is the reason compelling this review. She made the impossible possible, last minute, and with the kindness and grace few possess these days

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the amazing pool is beautiful. As someone who was in the service industry for 20 years, I am blown away by the staff here
Staff was also very nice especially valet and security. The convenience store across the street is a little rough at night but we had no problems. I plan to stay here again next time we visit
My stay was almost two months ago and I’m still in awe of the service I received from everyone I interacted with. A special thanks to all of the guys who valet and work their butts off
Especially to Zeno and Toriano who went out of the way to help me when I had a flat tire. I’ve been to New Orleans a handful of times and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed
To those that complain about the area, well… it comes with the territory. Yes, you are going to have people sleeping in the streets, much like every city’s downtown area
We knew the rooms did not have a refrigerator. We requested a room with a refrigerator. The front desk said the upgrade would be an additional $ 15 per night

Impeccable service from doormen, bellmen. I never once had to open the door- they were always on top of their game. Thank you for making me feel like a princess for a couple of days
The only thing I would say is possibly the staff in the polo Loungr could step it up and come across like they wanted to be there. but that’s my only negative observation
The bartender gentleman ( both of them) were very pleasant … just the female servers lacked the hospitality that 5 star hotel should have in my opinion
:) The room is pricey but with that comes service- I’ll pay for service. Clean rooms, bedding exceptional and staff on top of it all
Will I stay again- yes Ofcourse - you can’t keep me away from that perfection
Thank you Windsor Court for another exceptional visit to one of our favorite hotels!

I didn’t end up having time to use the pool, however the staff up there were incredibly welcoming and it looked like a great spot to relax and take a dip or use the lounge chairs. Thanks so much for a great stay!
Controls for lighting and AC on the TV were super cool. Dual overhead/wand shower, awesome. The view from the pool bar is fantastic. Had a postcard sunset our last night
Pool club was great, funny library was great, bar & commons club was fantastic
Just returned from a lovely 5 day trip to NOLA where I stayed at this hotel. I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was friendly, checking in and out was a breeze, and the room was comfortable and spacious
All the staff were super friendly but want to single out the doorman Tim for his over-the-top excellent service. Easy walking distance or short Uber ride to all the attractions. Can't wait to stay here again
A new hotel in the heart of downtown New Orleans. Staffs are nice, location is great, room is spacious, and amenities are new and in excellent condition. Room is very clean.  Love every aspect of it.

I will not stay anywhere else in the CBD. You feel like you are the only and most important guest every moment of your stay. No request is too big or small. You are always greeted with a smile. 10/10!!!
Really good hotel Very nice hotel, staffed by hospital, friendly and knowledgeable locals. The room was a tad small, but that’s the only critique. We will stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.
Close enough to walk to Royal and Bourbon street but far enough to get some sleep. Streetcar and hop on hop off tour bus stop close too so that was a bonus. Not fancy but other things make up for it
The valet parking staff and front door team are the best in the business. The shower is awful - 10 minutes to heat up
Shower curtain doesn’t even reach down to the tub ! HVAC not great - sitting room fine, bedroom warm. Blackout blinds do not keep the sun out
Excellent hotel and location! Only one and a half short blocks from the start of Bourbon Street too, and trust me, when it's time to sleep, you don't want the noise of Bourbon Street so this Hampton Inn is just close enough to the action but far enough away to be peaceful at night

Great rooms with great amenities. In the heart of the French Quarter (intersection of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street). Don't be surprised by lots of noise and traffic outside the hotel and your room
The restaurant attached to it is The Red Fish Grill. We ate there it was amazing! The service was exceptional in the hotel and restaurant
Service was great, employees were mindful of our privacy as well. First day of service was a little shabby but great afterwards. For the price the hotel isn't amazing, but you can't beat the convenience of the location
The architecture makes it somewhat functional but it's still not the best building. Their meeting areas are fine but I would not recommend this venue for large gatherings of more 200 people
The bed, bathroom, and carpet were clean and there was no odor of smoke. The building itself is pretty unremarkable. It's kind of an odd space for the hotel
The catering was decent but definitely nothing extraordinary. If you are hungry, I recommend eating at Red Fish on the first floor

Staff was amazing, pleasant and extremely helpful. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Highly recommended!
Great stay. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and the staff was fantastic!
The hotel was nice but we had to beg housekeeping to bring towels, front desk never answers the phone. I would rate an 7 out of 10 due to staff having no sense of urgency.
Beautiful hotel in the middle of downtown New Orleans and super convenient to Bourbon and Canal Street, you do have to pay to park valet but the valet service was top notch and they remembered us each time! The front desk service was also top notch and super friendly
Older hotel but clean with great elevator service. Good location for going to the French quarter. However, digging up the street right in front of the hotel and they start with heavy machinery at 730 in the morning
When we asked to change room due to those poor conditions, the front desk refused and sent another staff to check our room, who left us with a broken hairdryer, telephone and a toilet till next morning

The pool was listed as heated but was definitely too cold to swim. Courtyard area is nice and cute. Perfect for a small wedding, or a cocktail in the sun. I agree with reviews that list the rooms as a bit outdated
The staff could NOT have been more accommodating! The location was awesome. Close to everything without the craziness. Loved everything about my stay, except that I had to leave.
The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from Bourbon, and other streets with party atmospheres. Maison Dupuy was just far enough away for a quiet stay. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly
Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Most importantly, comfortable bed mattress and plenty of big fluffy pillows. Biggest drawback is no mini fridge or microwave oven.
Our room overlooked the courtyard, and the rooms with balconies seemed like a worth-it addition to your stay if you're planning on hanging out the hotel at all
Good option for those looking for a good deal close to Bourbon and a room without all of the bells and whistles

The location is amazing, you can walk anywhere in no to time. The staff is unmatched. The hotel is beautiful and has an incredible pool.
Parking is not cheap, they seem to have no free options for parking. We took the valet option, they were amazing. I tracked my car using my phone and those guys have to park 5 blocks away then come back to the hotel
I hope they get good pay and tips! Service was quick when needed. The AC was not working correctly. When I called about it, the maintenance technician was knocking on the door in just a few minutes
What a great hotel! Amazing service and atmosphere inside. Couple tips, Don't stay on the Bourbon Street side if you want to sleep in early. Way too much music going on with that side
Awesome location, comfortable rooms and great amenities.

The staff at this property are big on customer service. The hotel is clean, my room smelled so good upon entry and the New Orleans flavored chips were an added benefit. The hotel is surrounded by art, food and bars
The bathroom has a rain shower head, that I love! Spacious counters and the towels are luxurious! We gave a balcony that looks down into an open area where you can see the cafeteria, and the sun chimneys into the area via the sunroof
Very pleasant experience I can’t remember the name of the young man who got us checked in but he was friendly and made the check in process pleasant. The rooms and property were nice and comfortable.
Close to the Convention Center and a short 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are quick to assist with any issues that may arise
Friendly staff, clean room, and great location. Lots of great restaurants around and walkable to a lot of sites and public transportation.
