We loved watching the riverboats from our room—such a peaceful and scenic view. The food was also top-notch, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection and was the perfect way to start the day
Clean room, comfy bed, and a perfect location! I stayed here during Mardi Gras, and the price and location were what initially drew me in
The hotel is close to the convention center and we did walk via river walk. Lots of thing are near by and location was just perfect for all of us. Room was comfortable and easily accessible
It's beautiful, but when I paid in RMB, they asked for a picture of my ID. I don't even bring that with me when I travel abroad!
The only downside is the daily amenity fee, but if you actually take advantage of what it offers, it ends up being worth it
This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to both the outlet mall and the convention center! There are tons of restaurants nearby, especially for seafood, and the oysters are cheap and delicious

The New Orleans Marriott meets expectations in terms of location and convenience, being ideally situated along Canal Street and within walking distance of Bourbon Street, which was a great advantage
The added convenience of having a Starbucks in the building was also a plus. That said, I noticed some areas for improvement in comparison to my experience at the JW Marriott in Mexico City
The hotel was closed for the dawn tone and was good room and staff
The room was clean and the service was good.
Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money. I recommend booking a river-view room with VIP lounge access. The buffet breakfast and dinner are decent.
While the service was generally good, the rooms in New Orleans were smaller and lacked certain amenities, like robes and slippers, which were provided in Mexico City

The RTA runs buses, trolleys, and ferries, all for $1. 25 a single ride, or $3 Jazz Pass for 24 hrs. There is even a bus Line 202 goes to MSY Airport, for $1
This place is pretty big so it is easy to get turned around trying to get to your room. This place is in a good location and near good food restaurants in New Orleans
The hotel is next to the Superdome, and the Smoothie King Center. If you are going to events at either place, this is a great location
Also a number of restaurants and bars near the hotel, but nothing too close to disturb your rest. Never heard a sound from any other guests during my stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious
Absolutely loved our stay here during Jazz Fest. Was in a great part of town as there was so much art and food to explore just outside our door. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and our view was of the super dome
If you just visit the city, want to see French Quarter, Garden district, City park, this is a little bit far by walking but don't worry. New Orleans has a good public transportation system

The hotel was great! I was disappointed that I was charge an extra $10 per day due to the size of my vehicle. That should not matter because it was still placed in a standard size parking spot.
You feel it the minute you walk in the door. Rooms are spacious and clean and service is top notch. The view from our room was breathtaking! Public transportation is steps outside the door
The room facilities are complete. Service: The service is excellent!
Great location on the main street. Valet parking is available for a fee but very convenient.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day

Even when I didn’t ask, he took the initiative to explain things, give directions, and make sure I knew exactly where everything was. That level of awareness and care really stood out
Checked into our room today for a 5 day stay. Missed the valet fellas name, but he met us with a huge smile and ready to help. Eric the Bellman rounded up our luggage and offered plenty of tips to enjoy our stay
Brian overheard the conversation and didn’t just point or give vague directions he actually walked over and physically showed me where the balcony was
What impressed me most was when I was speaking with the front desk about finding a balcony to smoke
The best part was the location. Customer service was terrible. I already paid in full when booked the room. There was a cancellation flight prior to check in due to bad weather condition
I want to give a huge shoutout to Brian, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. He was extremely informative and attentive every single time I crossed paths with him

Of course the second drink was great. Lots of cougars here if that's your thing
The view was not good (I only saw other hotel room). Some staff were great other staff were not helpful (we had three suitcases and no one bothered to ask if my spouse or I needed help)
We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday
We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and has a delicious breakfast
Everything about this hotel was amazing from the staff to the food to our suite. Bonus was the christmas decorations were starting to be put up for the holidays.
The staff was very professional and very accommodating. Beautiful common areas. The room was well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend staying here.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. A truly five-star experience that I would happily recommend and look forward to enjoying again
The rooms are spacious, clean, and it is in a great location. Very close to Bourbon and Canal, but far enough that there is no noise or trash outside the hotel. The soap/lotion smelled amazing
Check in/check out was quick and everyone was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and required a room key to enter which I appreciated when returning after dark. Overall, very pleasant stay and would return
Comfortable rooms, but similar feedback as others on the size of the bathrooms (a little cramped). Pool deck is small but lively and the restaurants/food is great
My stay at The Roosevelt was truly exceptional. The level of service throughout the hotel—from the restaurant to the spa and the housekeeping team—was nothing short of outstanding
We had our rooms for 2/27-2/28… This place and its staff set my entire wedding experience up to be beautiful! The champagne in the room, the strawberries, the extra towels, I can go on and on…

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the service is considerate. I will book this hotel next time
The friendliest staff that were always willing to help pairs well with a convenient location
Best hotel we have ever stayed in! Impeccably clean, extremely curteous staff, awesome breakfast, great location, and jazzy elevator music!
Great location across Canal Street from the French Quarter
Breakfast was not good ,but the place was clean and staff was excellent and it was not free, and all the extra fees was horrible,
The pool is under construction, so it was very noisy during my stay with all the drilling throughout the day.

It was Mardi Gras week and the hotel was super busy. Pool was great though it’s a little small. Location was fantastic, right smack on bourbon street
It is located in the perfect spot of the French Quarters. The service is excellent! The rooms were great and clean. The food is excellent!! I will be back here again!! I love it here!!!
Very clean best location in bourbon Street
Went in to have a jazz brunch at the restaurant. This restaurant is a must if you are looking to have a great meal and cocktail. Everything we tried was very well done and the presentation was also amazing
Great quick trip for a wedding!

The recepțion staff was very friendly. The room was quite confortabile, the bed was quite confortabile, the bathroom was quite clean. I was quite satisfield with stat. I recommend this hotel.
Its a nice and affordable stay place due to its location. If you book room at top you can view entire downtown. Recommend for anyone visiting NOLA.
The room was very clean! Great location, service was excellent. The food was sooo good! 10/10 seriously
Very pleasant stay here recently, the staff was very helpful, prompt and efficient. I had no issues on the trip, the location isn’t great, but within a few blocks there are interesting places and nice streetscapes
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. However, the shower in my room drained very slowly. I couldn't open the window to the balcony, so the air circulation wasn't great.
The location was convenient between the French Quarter and the Garden District. However, the hotel didn't supply complimentary bottles of water, & the coffee machine didn't work

There was a lot of noise outside the window, maybe from the air conditioner or something. Fortunately, we were very tired and fell asleep. When we were awake during the day, we basically didn’t stay in the room
It was still very noisy after staying for a while. There is a swimming pool on the 16th floor. It is very small, but it is enough for children to swim. It is still very comfortable to watch the sunset
The window is smaller than the average Queen size. I found that the bathroom light was not on before going to bed at night. It was still not on until the next day
When we went to check out our ticket information was lost and I of course lost the ticket stub they provided. They were able to find us and we waited about 20 minutes for them to bring the car
The room looks clean and room maid service was excellent.
Whether you’re staying here for a family vacation or bachelor party just talk to the doorman he knows what’s up and has a pulse on the city! Location is definitely at the front gate of the city for whatever activity you may want to do

The location is unbeatable—steps away from great restaurants, music, and classic New Orleans culture, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The rooftop pool and terrace add a special touch with stunning city views
Spent a shot well starting at the Omni. Entering was polite and everything was kept clean. A very nice hotel, very centrally located in the Quarter. You can easily walk to sights, bars, restaurants, and clubs
This hotel was in the heart of everything. It had amazing customer service but the room was a little outdated. It’s a historic building and super neat experience.
There is no shelf in the bathroom to set your toiletry bag. The elevators were not working except for ONE for the entire hotel. At times, we waited almost 15 minutes for the elevator for the 6th floor
There is a nice pool and sitting area on the roof but it closes at 10 pm. There is a restaurant called the Ribroom make sure to make reservations and don’t get the waitress Renae
Has a heated rooftop pool, and a fitness center for the insane people who work out while on vacation. Didn't go broke staying there either

Nicely located in city center(downtown). Clean neighborhood with easy access by car and close to cheap public parking spaces.
My mom and I had an amazing stay at Le Méridien New Orleans during the Essence Festival. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home
Their outstanding customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. Because of Kristen, Carmen, and Irvin, our trip was even more memorable
They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice
They were always friendly, took the time to explain everything happening at Le Méridien, recommended things to do around the city, and made sure we never felt lost or confused
The pool was peaceful and relaxing, and we found ourselves spending time at the lobby bar every day. The bar was definitely my favorite part of the hotel

And the Polo lounge on the second floor is the most relaxing, high quality venue for smoking jazz in the city. Don't tell anyone about the lounge - keep the secret - you will thank me
We loved our stay at the Windsor Court for the holidays. From the atmosphere to the service, it was absolutely perfect.
We had an amazing stay and elegant experience! It is truly a 5 star hotel in every way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the lobby was decorated for christmas, spectaular! The room was PERFECT (design, bedding, bathroom…could go on forever) and the staff was top notch!
The locker rooms decorated in soothing colors had wet and dry saunas with clean well maintained lockers, showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. Make time to take in an afternoon tea in the lobby and/or drink in the bar
Amazing location with festive fresh foliage (Christmas trees and flower arrangements). Customer service on main floors were good
The spa was relaxing with 3 separate waiting rooms (women only, men only, and couples) with fresh snacks, teas, and water

Was driving past New Orleans on a road trip home and had to stop for a night as I've never seen the city. Booked this place based on reviews and was very happy. Location is amazing and the room was very clean
Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the amazing pool is beautiful. As someone who was in the service industry for 20 years, I am blown away by the staff here
Staff was also very nice especially valet and security. The convenience store across the street is a little rough at night but we had no problems. I plan to stay here again next time we visit
My stay was almost two months ago and I’m still in awe of the service I received from everyone I interacted with. A special thanks to all of the guys who valet and work their butts off
Especially to Zeno and Toriano who went out of the way to help me when I had a flat tire. I’ve been to New Orleans a handful of times and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed
To those that complain about the area, well… it comes with the territory. Yes, you are going to have people sleeping in the streets, much like every city’s downtown area

Check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. The room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served with yummy, delicious and healthy food choices
Concierge team was very helpful. Valet service was quick and timely. Would highly recommend this hotel to others
Great weekend getaway The room was immaculate. My granddaughters loved the pool. The hotel was in the perfect location. We were able to take the trolley or walk most places. We had a wonderful weekend!
We travel around the world with FourSeasons and other fine hotels but not sure what happen to the service the night we stayed. It’s normally very good at any Four Seasons Hotel
Wonderful hotel and staff. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. The only drawback is that its located next to train tracks where there are active trains (that blow their horns!)
We called 3 times to get some ICE for a bottle of champagne but it never came. We would expect a better level of service from this type of hotel

And a special shout-out to the lobby bar—the bartender makes an amazing lemon drop martini that quickly became a highlight of our evenings. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch French Quarter experience!

Staff helpful and friendly. Swimming on the rooftop in December was my child’s favorite part of the trip!
Close to the Convention Center and a short 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are quick to assist with any issues that may arise
Manager Corey did a superb job helping us with additional items needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located in an area of shops and restaurants and the staff are very helpful.
All the staff were amazing and very eager to address any issues I had. But the hotel is definitely need a way cosmetic upgrade. The furniture and carpeting in the lobby are really worn and dirty
Not what I expected for Marriott, especially at these rates. Checkout bill was incorrect. There was absolutely no verification of amount or confirmation of bill during the process
Staff was lovely. The hotel rooms are clean but very dated. It felt like we were in a La Quinta Inn inside the room. It was not what we were expecting.

I received vouchers for complimentary drinks in the hotel shop. Unfortunately, I was charged tax again upon check-out. However, after contacting Trip. com, this should be credited back to my account
It's a rather old hotel, but it's right next to the famous Luke. It's about a 20-minute walk from attractions like the French Quarter. For the price, it's decent.
The accommodations were great, and the staff were pleasant! Best of all, the location was fantastic. The tram was close by, and it was centrally located, so I could walk everywhere.
We did get to see our first parade right outside the hotel and couldn't have asked for a more convenient and enjoyable experience! Breakfast at Luke was wonderful too
You are charged a surprise Resort fee daily and housekeeper does not clean when you ask. The newest supervisor is extremely rude and condescending.
A bit dated, but still clean and comfortable. A large room with a TV and USB ports for charging my phone, and a spacious bathroom with a shower in the bathtub and toiletries. The reception staff were friendly

Very nice rooms with kitchen amenities. The courtyard and pool areas are great for relaxing outdoors and the business services room has a nice couch and TV for watching sports
The proximity to the street car and the walking in the Garden District make this a really nice place to stay in New Orleans
Great diy laundry and tram car stop just outside
Spacious room, well facilitated kitchen
When I first entered the room, I discovered the toilet was stopped up. Maintenance took around 35-45 minutes to arrive and had to make two trips into my room, running an auger to clear the blockage
No room cleaning service was provided during my stay. Parking was another inconvenience—either on the street or paying daily fees, which was not clearly advertised and felt misleading
