Room was good, location is not bad but just be careful at night.
Fantastic location, just around the corner from Bourbon St. & Canal St Staff were wonderful and helpful with anything you need
Was driving past New Orleans on a road trip home and had to stop for a night as I've never seen the city. Booked this place based on reviews and was very happy. Location is amazing and the room was very clean. Staff was also very nice especially valet and security. The convenience store across the street is a little rough at night but we had no problems. I plan to stay here again next time we visit
We knew the rooms did not have a refrigerator. We requested a room with a refrigerator. The front desk said the upgrade would be an additional $ 15 per night. I said “wonderful”!! The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but considering they are literally EVERYWHERE, no problem. You are within walking distance of everything. It’s not ultimate high end. It is clean, the staff was wonderful. The...
Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is choice. The view from the amazing pool is beautiful. The staff are top notch. As someone who was in the service industry for 20 years, I am blown away by the staff here. My stay was almost two months ago and I’m still in awe of the service I received from everyone I interacted with. A special thanks to all of the guys who valet and...
Close to all the places you want to go when in NOLA. There was a small issue with a package we booked with and the hotel front desk more than made up for it. Rooms were a little smaller but clean and quiet, definitely worth the money. We also had a bathtub which is nice, considering most hotels are going shower only. We will absolutely stay here again.

Spacious room, well facilitated kitchen
It was an excellent area . The rooms were clean ,the staff was great.
Very nice rooms with kitchen amenities. The courtyard and pool areas are great for relaxing outdoors and the business services room has a nice couch and TV for watching sports. The proximity to the street car and the walking in the Garden District make this a really nice place to stay in New Orleans.
My stay at Club Wyndam Avenue Plaza, New Orleans was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The staff from Club Wyndham pressured me multiple times to attend a 3-hour seminar, despite my clear refusal. They continued calling my room and cell phone multiple times, which felt intrusive and pushy. When I first entered the room, I discovered the toilet was stopped up...
Wherever they are parking the cars. This white liquid dripped on my car damaged the paint and tint on car and my back window.
3/10 Staff Needs More Training It was not the worst but not good, either. 3/10 The front desk people charged me ten times what a normal hotel charges for incidentals that they held for over a week, which was unexpected, the amount was unreasonable and the length of the hold was unnecessary. Then they wanted to charge me a stupid amount for parking when we could easily just park on the street around...

We did not use pool but the area looked nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location fantastic. If you want to experience history and a great area. They have a bar which looks great but we weren't able to enjoy.
Amazing accommodations for the French quarter. Safe and convenient and walkable. Friendly and amazing staff and the restaurant and bar are top notch
Great location from which to explore the French Quarter. Very clean hotel. Nice rooms. Beautiful courtyard.
The staff was delightful and incredibly helpful, especially Molly. The beds were very comfortable and had the best pillows I have ever encountered in a hotel. The gardens and pool were beautiful, although the pool was on the cold side. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the new paint wasn't sticking to the old paint in the bathroom and was bubbling up. An honor library book shelf would have...
The location of this hotel, in the French Quarter , is ideal. Its very easy to walk to tourist sites or pickup locations. The hotel is very clean. There is no elevator so if you are staying here with heavy luggage request a room downstairs.
Second time staying here, we love the vibe of the place! Room was clean (a bit small), but everything worked. Friendly, courteous staff and happy hour is the best!

The room isn't big, but it's very stylish. The location is also good, not far from the train station, making it convenient to get anywhere. I'm not sure why the deposit wasn't automatically released after check-out.
The hotel is had a jazzy vibe with lots of references to musicians. The rooms are clean, yet somewhat quite nosy with little windows insolation. The staff is friendly and a special shout-out to the bartenders, especially to John.
Awesome customer service hands down. Even gave complementary wine
Good hotel overall with a busy bar. No proper insulation sadly and the ac is hit or miss
Front desk staff was friendly. Valet cost the same as a nearby parking lot cost. Room was small but comfortable. Easy walk to French Quarter, Cafe Du Monde and Super Dome. Only negative, is that the street outside our room was very noisy- stay on a higher floor if possible. We were on the 2nd floor.
We love this hotel! It’s in a great location. It’s always clean and the people are always so hospitable. The food in the restaurant is always wonderful!

Had a great stay! The hotel was spacious and quiet. We also loved the restaurant for breakfast. There was also a close Irish bar on the corner that was a convenient distance.
I loved the proximity to the French Quarter. Next time I would get a balcony room or one with a window that opens.
Great staff but hotel needs some cosmetic updating overall. Looking a little rundown. Got a corner suite upgrade after heater was stuck on in our first room. No bar or restaurant but they do put out water all day and coffee in the morning.
The staff was great. The room didn't have a microwave. The sink didn’t drain properly, water would fill up in the sink. The lighting was terrible. Neither Valet or hotel staff knew if first responders received a reduced rate for parking.
Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Room was very quiet but a bit dated. Location was incredibly convenient as it is central in the French Quarter, and I was very quiet given this. The pool did not look nearly as blue and clean as in the photos so did not use it, though others did. I was a bit disappointed in this as I was visiting from the Northeast and was excited to take advantage of the beautiful...
Room was nice but outdated. Air conditioning was almost non existent. Customer service is good when you first arrive, but changes when you’re there for a few days. Was getting stuff ready to leave for checkout at 12:00pm and was rudely rushed by the housekeeper on our floor at 10:00am. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting a true 5 star experience. There’s better options.

Need renovations. Dirty. You can stay in a better hotel around that area for same prices.
Hotel too old. Need renovation. Find bugs on bed. Terrible. Find out some of 4 stars hotel around the area they cost not much difference what I paid.

The hospitality from the moment you walk in the door until check out is impeccable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Lobby of hotel is nice but rooms need major work. Worn down and dirty. Huge stains on the carpet and had a strange odor. Hair and debris on floor of room and bathroom. Also found stray hairs on clean towels. Notified staff and they “cleaned” it immediately. Looked like they vacuumed and mopped. Staff friendliness was hit or miss. Valet was extremely...
Everything was great. Rooms are beautiful. But on floor 9th the ice machine doesn't work and in the room I was in, the toilet continuously runs. But the bartender was very nice and breakfast was great. I didn't make it to the pool. But will be going back soon.
Great place to stay if you’re in The Big Easy. The atmosphere is great, the staff was very helpful and the city was full of excitement. There was a $150 incidental fee but it comes back quick once you checkout. There is also a breakfast with juicers and waffle making. The beds in the room were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Always wanted to visit New Orleans and we stayed at the La Belle Maison. Location was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, you must valet park and it is expensive and our bathroom had an exhaust fan that would not...
We liked the location. It was clean and up to date. The front desk was great, but the RCI person was a bit rude.
la Belle Maison has a good location in the French Quarter. It was a second time staying there. This time we gott off to a very bad start with a room mixup on their part which cost us a night's stay in the correct room and hours of my talking snd complaining to people there that we were not being given what we had been promised. After 24 hours, they grudgingly corrected their mistake. On other matters...
Enjoyed my stay for my first visit to New Orleans. Centrally located, a quick walk to the French Quarter, and easy access to the trolley line. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay at LaBelle Maison . Location is excellent walking distance to most everything , by the trolly and across the street from Ruby Slippers best brunch around . Staff is so nice here , valet was excellent anytime you needed your car and loved the King Cake they gave out front with New Orleans Coffee. We also loved the Sauna and Gym . We had the best time !!
I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which fit all 4 of us nicely. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed. Kitchenette was adequate, for a simple light breakfast - no cooking. This is truly a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Everything about our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived. French Market Inn is a great hotel, perfectly located — close to everything, yet far enough from the loudness of Bourbon Street to enjoy some peace and quiet. We recently stayed at the French Market Inn and loved it! A charming hotel in the French Quarter within walking distance to everything which was important to us as we were traveling with a toddler. William and Sonya were incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure we got there when a parade was coming through. Super easy check in with very friendly service.
Loved the hotel. Very convenient to everything in the French Quarter. The two bars were fun and just awesome. Close to the action but far enough to be quiet.
The Hotel Mazarin is well located for visitors to the city of New Orleans. The rooms are lovely and the courtyard is very pleasant. Our group enjoyed breakfast here and found it very well priced. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Will was exceptionally helpful! A lovely experience!
Everything wonderful except for the bar. It’s a wine bar and we didn’t drink wine so maybe that’s why we were treated like we really weren’t there. The Hotel is wonderful just skip the bar.

I had a pretty great stay here. My wife and I were in New Orleans for a convention right around the corner from the mercantile. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location in the heart of the French Quarter
Room 216 should not be considered “deluxe” under any circumstances. Mattresses are in dire need of replacement. Bathroom too small. Seating area too small and only 1 chair. I have stayed in other rooms in the past in this same hotel several times with complete satisfaction. This stay was disappointing.
This is by far my favorite "home base" for visiting the Quarter - location is wonderful, ambience is incredible (better than many, many more pricey options) and the staff always welcoming. Patrice was absolutely fantastic, and the bellman who helped with our luggage was prompt and kind. Great visit, as usual - I'll keep booking you for every stay in NOLA!

We stayed at Place d’Armes on our drive back from a cruise and it was exactly what we wanted in the French Quarter: beautiful, historic, quiet, and perfectly located.
