Was driving past New Orleans on a road trip home and had to stop for a night as I've never seen the city. Booked this place based on reviews and was very happy. Location is amazing and the room was very clean. Staff was also very nice especially valet and security. The convenience store across the street is a little rough at night but we had no problems. Close to all the places you want to go when in NOLA. There was a small issue with a package we booked with and the hotel front desk more than made up for it. Rooms were a little smaller but clean and quiet, definitely worth the money. We also had a bathtub which is nice, considering most hotels are going shower only. We will absolutely stay here again.

The location of this hotel, in the French Quarter , is ideal. Its very easy to walk to tourist sites or pickup locations. The hotel is very clean. There is no elevator so if you are staying here with heavy luggage request a room downstairs.

Room was nice but outdated. Air conditioning was almost non existent. Customer service is good when you first arrive, but changes when you’re there for a few days. We absolutely loved our stay at LaBelle Maison . Location is excellent walking distance to most everything , by the trolly and across the street from Ruby Slippers best brunch around . Perfect location in the heart of the French Quarter

Room 216 should not be considered “deluxe” under any circumstances. Mattresses are in dire need of replacement. Bathroom too small. Seating area too small and only 1 chair. I have stayed in other rooms in the past in this same hotel several times with complete satisfaction. This stay was disappointing.

This is by far my favorite "home base" for visiting the Quarter - location is wonderful, ambience is incredible (better than many, many more pricey options) and the staff always welcoming. There were rude patrons that came in being extremely rude, and she was waiting on us and continued helping us and told them they were gonna have to wait.She was helping us, and she took her time fully helping us.
