Clean room, comfy bed, and a perfect location! I stayed here during Mardi Gras, and the price and location were what initially drew me in. The only downside is the daily amenity fee, but if you actually take advantage of what it offers, it ends up being worth it.
It's beautiful, but when I paid in RMB, they asked for a picture of my ID. I don't even bring that with me when I travel abroad!
This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to both the outlet mall and the convention center! There are tons of restaurants nearby, especially for seafood, and the oysters are cheap and delicious. The staff are warm and friendly, and the hotel restaurant has a lot of character.
Close to everything, walk away but don’t walk late at night.
We had our National Concention here. The food was the best I have had in 10 years of convention food! The staff were impeccable and it was just a pleasure. The hotel shows a little age, but that is the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect. Highly recommended for business or pleasure.
Wonderful hotel! The first night I couldn't find quite the right pillow on my bed (each has 4), but the next two nightly I slept amazing! The temp control in the room is easy to use. I like that the TV has the sleep option so I can set it to turn off a while after I fall asleep. I was here for a conference, and the breakfast pastries were delicious, lunch was also pretty good, and the meeting rooms...

The hotel was quite good. I booked a twin room so my daughter could also visit this city. New Orleans feels quite safe. There's a shopping center by the river, and the hotel is conveniently located near it.
The hotel has an excellent location, convenient for getting around, and is very safe. I would definitely stay here again next time.
Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money. I recommend booking a river-view room with VIP lounge access. The buffet breakfast and dinner are decent.
The room was clean and the service was good.
The hotel was closed for the dawn tone and was good room and staff
The New Orleans Marriott meets expectations in terms of location and convenience, being ideally situated along Canal Street and within walking distance of Bourbon Street, which was a great advantage. The added convenience of having a Starbucks in the building was also a plus.
That said, I noticed some areas for improvement in comparison to my experience at the JW Marriott in Mexico City. While the...

The hotel is next to the Superdome, and the Smoothie King Center. If you are going to events at either place, this is a great location. If you just visit the city, want to see French Quarter, Garden district, City park, this is a little bit far by walking but don't worry. New Orleans has a good public transportation system. The RTA runs buses, trolleys, and ferries, all for $1.25 a single ride...
Amazing hotel. The front desk workers were very helpful and check in took less than 3 minutes. The restaurant near the lobby has delicious food and drinks, as well as the other restaurants on site. Also a number of restaurants and bars near the hotel, but nothing too close to disturb your rest. Never heard a sound from any other guests during my stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious

Good hotel. Very close to Coluseum. Near big Grocery store, tram station and AirPort Express.
Everything was great. The front desk stuff was very nice and informative. They gave me a two beverage per room and a 15$ dining coupon.

Service: The service is excellent!
Great location on the main street. Valet parking is available for a fee but very convenient.
The hotel was great! I was disappointed that I was charge an extra $10 per day due to the size of my vehicle. That should not matter because it was still placed in a standard size parking spot.
The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation...
great service. rooms were clean however could be updated.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right in the French Quarter, so everything is within walking distance and very convenient if you’re trying to explore, eat, or go out. That’s honestly the highlight.
Aside from that, the stay itself was just okay—nothing impressive. The biggest issue was the unexpected charges. When...
Overall stay was okay. The best part was the location. Customer service was terrible. I already paid in full when booked the room. There was a cancellation flight prior to check in due to bad weather condition. I informed them as soon as I know. But things didn’t sort out until 3 days later. When checking in they told us the reservation was no longer available. I am a frequent traveler. This was my...
I want to give a huge shoutout to Brian, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. He was extremely informative and attentive every single time I crossed paths with him. Even when I didn’t ask, he took the initiative to explain things, give directions, and make sure I knew exactly where everything was. That level of awareness and care really stood out.

Checked into our room today for a 5 day stay. Off to a great start. Missed the valet fellas name, but he met us with a huge smile and ready to help. Eric the Bellman rounded up our luggage and offered plenty of tips to enjoy our stay. Super friendly and professional. Joy at the front desk was top notch. Friendly and helpful. Nice room with a Bourbon street view. Joy told us about a few places in...
The Astor has a charming lobby and friendly staff, but it has some problems. At night in our room we found a cockroach on the wall, and after killing it, it was hard to find on the brown-patterned carpet, which may be the reason for the brown color (and for the poor lighting? only a few lamps aside from the entrance and bathroom). I booked the hotel for a conference, through the conference the cost...
Loved the room wish I could’ve had a better view, was facing a building lol. The air conditioning was freezing thermostat didn’t work. Breakfast was not good ,but the place was clean and staff was excellent and it was not free, and all the extra fees was horrible,
The pool is under construction, so it was very noisy during my stay with all the drilling throughout the day.
Overall stay was nice. Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and professional, and location was excellent for walking commute to Bourbon Street and Superdome. I came and visited Caesars New Orleans through a charter offer and let me just say how impressed I was. The hotel room was beautiful. The location is great and so easy walkable to the French Quarter. She was able to comp me another night and move things around...
Our stay has been wonderful. We checked in with Nkenge and she was lovely. She was professional and she made our check in experience a pleasant one. She answered all of our questions and she made sure we had everything we needed. She provided outstanding customer service.
This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. The casino is refreshingly smoke-free, with smoking allowed only in the outdoor gaming area, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. Its location is another huge plus—right near some of the best restaurants New Orleans has to offer. Getting around is easy and fun, whether you choose to walk, hop on a rickshaw, or take a charming...
The location is convenient for tourists in the area. My husband likes to visit casinos and I typically make the most of my time walking around or drinking coffee or soda. Beautiful hotel in the heart of New Orleans. Very clean rooms, beautiful decor, and staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not give 5 stars simply because of the parking attendants. This hotel was in the heart of everything. It had amazing customer service but the room was a little outdated. It’s a historic building and super neat experience.
I recently stayed at the Omni Royal Orleans in the French Quarter and had a wonderful experience. The hotel blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering beautifully maintained rooms and exceptional service. The location is unbeatable—steps away from great restaurants, music, and classic New Orleans culture, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The rooftop pool and terrace add a special touch...
This room was TINY. There is no shelf in the bathroom to set your toiletry bag. The elevators were not working except for ONE for the entire hotel. At times, we waited almost 15 minutes for the elevator for the 6th floor. I am not even sure the bed was an actual queen-size bed. This hotel was NOT worth the $400 a night we paid. The bar and restaurant service was SLOW, and the coffee shop was very...
There was alot of renovation and construction in the hotel. Only one elevator to service all of the guest and we were on the 6th floor so it was not convenient at all to walk up the emergency stairs. No functioning restrooms on the main lobby. If you didn't want to wait for the elevator you could walk up the stairs and go through weird closet type rooms to get to the 2nd floor and then around the corner...
The staff was courteous. The location is great and close to everything. The room was smaller than anticipated (at the price). Overnight parking is expensive. One of the elevators was down so we took the stairs most of the weekend. The hotel is nice but dated. I had a room with a balcony. Being on the balcony was nice, but it needs updated furniture and a fresh coat of paint.

I had a great experience at The Westin New Orleans during my recent visit. As a traveler, I don’t really need much—just a clean room and kind people—and overall the hotel delivered on that.

We had a great time staying at the Westin. The hotel is clean, and bright. The bar is a wonderful place to relax and have a cocktail. The hotel boasts a superb location. With Thanksgiving and Christmas approaching, the hotel was beautifully decorated, with perfect lighting design. The hotel isn't very tall.
