If your looking for a lavish hotel experience this is not it. It’s very bare bones sort of like a long stay hotel. It was great because there were not many places that accommodate my five friends and I all staying together in the same hotel room. The three bedroom had the rooms plus a huge living and dining area. It was a nice easy walk to bourbon street and mothers is right around the corner. They were so good!

Though this hotel acts like a boutique hotel it's main structure is oddly configured. The elevator had stopped working Saturday morning. Though we expected a 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodation, we were given a unit with only 1 bath and an odd layout. Next day we moved to their bldg next door into an apartment style, 3 br, 2 bath with a nice kitchenette, living room and hidden patio. Staff are very nice. Location is excellent in the downtown of New Orleans.

We stayed in an older building, 3 bedroom suite. Clean, though well used. Excellent service upon arrival. Lots of space in our unit. The property is in a prime location--a brief walk to Canal Street, the aquarium. Catch a streetcar to the French Quarter conveniently. Tiny pool, one of the buildings has a rooftop deck with a decent view.

For a resort hotel that a premium price is paid for, I would have expected a higher level of customer service. My husband and I arrived early morning (3:30am) to check into our room that was booked Friday to Friday, but couldn't make it for the first three nights of stay. The gentleman at the front desk spoke to us like we were children, which doesn't go over well with two professional adults who have travelled over night to be here. The location was great, but that was about it for us. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Not very helpful at all called to ask questions About accommodations. They Were way understaffed and put me on hold 3 different times So they could do thing else. Is on the phone for A ridiculous amount of time. Still didn't get the answers to many of my questions. I asked her gift the pool was open and if the weather was warm enough to swim. She told me the pool was on the other side of the hotel doesn't know if anybody's been in it or what the temperature. I then asked does anybody swim in the pool in February Usually because that was the month we were coming down. She then told me she doesn't know and I would find out if I decided to come down. Very poor customer service.
