The room was locked and they cant fix it. We were offered a spare room, but the David guy at front desk attitude was ignorant and bad.
Decent hotel for the price. The room was basic but clean. Location was good, but the walls were a bit thin so it was noisy at night. Fine for a short stay.
Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. I booked this for my Nephew.. he was happy with the hotel overall - location specially !
The hotel is located in a very convenient place which connected to Prudential Centre, I.e. shopping mall and MBTA station. Will stay again when visiting Boston again.
Good stay. Clean room, highly friendly staff.
Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.
Great location, helpful check-in, easy check-out, clean, good value. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

Hilton Boston Back Bay, Boston1 / 30

Massachusetts, Boston, 40 Dalton St 🧭 Map
Very big room, nice location. I spent two quiet nights there and fell good.
Ongoing construction during stay — business center, restaurants, and gym unavailable Phone in room not working (line issue not fixed during stay) Safe box not working (couldn’t be repaired on-site) Overall, multiple maintenance issues and unavailable facilities made the stay disappointing.
Pretty good for the price, and the location is convenient.
A true "home away from home" for a new international student. As an international student newly arrived in the U.S., Hilton Boston Back Bay was my very first landing spot. I have been staying here for two weeks while navigating the difficult process of apartment hunting—which has been incredibly stressful due to my lack of U.S. credit history and language barriers. However, this hotel truly gave...
This was the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at during my travels. It was raining during my visit, and surprisingly, the front desk told me they didn’t have any umbrellas available—quite unbelievable for a hotel of this brand. The property was under renovation, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. The restaurant was also underwhelming—not fancy or memorable at all. If you're in the area...

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the Public Library and Trinity Church. Newbury Street is just a ten-minute walk away. The ambiance is really retro and charming, and the service is very warm and welcoming. The hotel restaurant also makes some excellent cocktails.
What particularly stood out to us was the friendliness of all the staff. Gordon, Ben, Haji, and Nicky were all SO incredibly friendly that they really made a huge difference as to how our vacation felt. We stayed for 5 nights, and even after that amount of time, we were very sad to leave. The room was also great, housekeeping was incredible (managed to make up our room very quickly any time we left...
Hotel: basic rooms e.g. queen are small. We stayed Stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza for New Year’s. Beautiful, historic hotel, great location, and Oak Bar food was actually very good. So far, so classy. Now for the “welcome to Boston, kid” parts. Room: we had a basic queen and, let’s just say, if you and your suitcase are not on speaking terms, you will be after this stay. Cozy in the “don’t both...
Our family had a wonderful three-night pre-Christmas stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza and would return without hesitation. The hotel’s central Back Bay location made it easy to walk to sights, shopping, and restaurants, which worked perfectly for our family of four. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, with fabulous Christmas décor that made the whole stay feel extra festive and memorable...
One of the nicest historic hotels in the world. Location is excellent if you like shopping, dining, and architecture - right in the heart of it all with immediate excellent surroundings. The hotel is very well preserved and of historic detailing perfection. The ball rooms are exquisite. The gym is great! The only thing is the recent renovation to the OAK Room - I understand it was a business move...
It is a lovely building, but nevertheless the age is showing up in the rooms and corridors. The Gold Lounge is nice, the food is good both the sofas need an urgent upgrade. Location is fantastic! The huge downside are the wedding, if you’re not a friend of the B&G, skip it. The restaurant will be crowded, you will find ninth corridor drunken merrymakers of all ages and will “enjoy” a fresh whiff of...

The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay, Boston1 / 30

Lovely hotel with convenient T-stop right outside the door. Check-in was welcoming with recommendations of things to do in Boston. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is there is no where to put toiletries in bathroom. Got a good rate for the room and parking on Travelzoo.
I had the absolute best experience staying here for my son’s wedding weekend, and I have to give a special shout-out to the incredible Alexandre at the front desk and Norman the doorman. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like royalty. They were warm, welcoming, and endlessly complimentary — the kind of people who turn a nice stay into an unforgettable one. Every time I walked through the...
My stay at the Colonnade was great! We came for a concert. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. Alexander was wonderful! The rooftop pool and bar were a great plus. The only complaint I have is the amount of yellow jacket bees that are swarming the pool and the lounge chairs.. We ordered food and could barely eat, due to how many bees were around. The staff were very helpful in trying...
We recently stayed at The Colonnade while attending a girls’ hockey camp at Northeastern University and were extremely pleased with our experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Colonnade Hotel, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with my experience. The location is great, in a very nice and central part of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Also not very far from the airport so convenient when flying in and out of town. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and check-in / out was simple and fast. The room was comfortable and basic. Very friendly and professional
Overall it's good, but the room this hotel gives is not facing the view room, and there is no bottled water. You have to ask the front desk for one bottle a day.
The room is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly. I took my two children to spend spring break. The location is good and it is convenient to go to museums and universities. Both adults and children are very satisfied and happy.
The hotel is located in the Back Bay area of downtown Boston, with a good and safe location. The subway (Green Line Kenmore Station) is next to the hotel, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the core area of Newbury Street in the commercial district. It is close to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and other places, and it takes seven or eight minutes by taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the...
The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! I absolutely loved this place! Great location, really incredible price, The rooms were even impressive. I would absolutely come back to this place, made my trip really nice. Valerie at the front desk was remarkable. Lenox, Keep up the great work!
The staff are all so welcoming and professional, even down to housekeeping. They were so accommodating and upgraded our room when there was a drain issue in bathtub. Room was always so clean and welcoming when we returned after a day of exploring. And the location is perfect. Room service was amazing every time all the food was so good.
Had a wonderful stay in a fireplace room on my birthday. On a cold night having drinks by a fire in the city is such a treat! This hotels staff has the best hospitality I’ve encountered in a long time, so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks and food at the Irving were delicious and the ambiance is top notch. Will definitely be returning!

Boston is fun, and this hotel is one of the factors that make us feel that Boston is very good. It is an old building of more than 100 years old, and it feels very good to live in it. very spacious room, lots of space and drawers, staff are super nice and helpful, location is perfect for my MIT and Harvard visits. will definitely stay here again for my future Boston trips
We held a offsite executive meeting at the Le Meridien in Cambridge. Went well! Ashley and Kara took care of every single detail and made the meeting run smoothly without any issues. Thank you to all the staff there, A/V, catering, service! Everybody there! THANK YOU!
Front desk and bell staff — including Ashley and Jacob — are top-notch! Breakfast buffet is good. Onsite ATM is handy. Rooms are clean and well-appointed, but some are starting to show their age a bit (a leaky tub faucet here, a drooping door handle there, small scuffs on furniture, etc.). But you can’t get a better location if you’re headed to MIT!
Room is clean. Bed comfortable.
I was fortunate enough to have my wedding here this past weekend. I say "fortunate enough' because it was a perfect day. I still quite like Courtyard hotels; the facilities are very convenient. It would be perfect if the bathtub in the bathroom were replaced with a shower stall.
The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between...
Nice hotel with two supermarkets very close by. Public transport is a little inconvenient though with bus stops several minutes away and the T a 20 min walk.

A bit old-fashioned, but the service was excellent. Very pleasant stay.
Excellent hotel. I got COVID while I was there and the staff was so helpful. They brought me hot tea to help every so often and were so empathetic about my circumstances.
I will stay here again. The location is excellent and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room cleaning, extra bed and turndown service are very good and the attitude is good. The front desk service is good and free coffee is provided in the lobby. The only drawback is that the takeaway I ordered this time was not delivered to the room. I hope to have a better experience in the future.
The Boston Oriental Mandarin is in a great location. Although there were some minor issues when checking in, the Ctrip customer service and the Taipei Oriental Mandarin's dispatched supervisor actively handled it and did not affect the living experience
Overall it was good. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast restaurant, Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. The dishes were a fusion of English, French and Boston. They were fresh and creative. Others were average. It was OK for a temporary stay, but not for a vacation.
The location is very good. I chose this hotel when I went to Boston for the first time. The room is very large and practical. The only drawback is that it is along the road and a bit noisy, not suitable for guests who need quiet. The hotel service is first-class and very professional, but it encountered an exhibition this time, so the room rate is super expensive.

The hotel is definitely a bit run down, but it has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and they even provide two bottles of water. The room was spacious, clean, and had a bay window. The staff were quite friendly.
Had high hopes for the Copley Square Hotel. Unfortunately, it fell short in a lot of manners. I stayed at the hotel pre-pandemic and enjoyed it. Since then, the lobby has been refurbished and no longer has that boutique feeling. Not a big deal, but it had a very different vibe. Also, the halls we dark and dirty, and the room smelled musty. There was also no coffee or tea available in the room...

We’ve stayed here several times and been satisfied with the rooms and location. We never had a room by the tracks, can’t speak to the noise. But this trip we find they have put plastic mattress covers on the beds, and it feels like you’re sleeping on a blow-up pool float. Clean room and clean facility. Nice for the price point for a quick overnight stay. Convenient location and nearby MBTA stop.
Small boutique hotel, which translates into a converted studio apt, sans kitchen. Lobby is a desk and elevator door. It’s basic. But, well kept, except carpeting starting to wear. Bed and pillows comfy. Good linens and towels. My window was 4th story of 6, right on top of the Boston Marathon finish line on Boylston St. Room was surprisingly quiet. Nice neighborhood. Very cute hotel, good value for money.
This hotel is the best, the staff is extremely helpful, great rooms, really convenient for concerts and all the things happening around Fenway. The parking is a highway ripoff, but that's not a complaint of The Verb, it's just what the market is. But $73 to park a car for a night is ridiculous, There are garages for a fraction of that across the street.
Great personnel.  Friendly and very professional.  Room was awesome
Super unique experience exceeding our expectation. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, from check in to breakfast service. The music theme was well done, not cliche like Hard Rock. Got to borrow vinyls for the room which came equipped with record players. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely disappointing stay! For the price I paid, I expected much better. The room was tiny with small windows that let in freezing air — by the next morning, we both had sore throats from the draft. The towels were dirty, the only “toiletry” provided was a tiny piece of soap instead of proper shower gel, and parking was a complete nightmare. To make things worse, at 8 a.m. we were woken up by...
Good: Great location Gorgeous architecture Lovely patio outback where you can eat food/ hangout Otherwise, at least in our room (34), we were pretty crowded for a group of 4. The digital check in and access was much smoother than I expected and it was helpful to use the lockers in the entrance hall before the room was available. Although the location is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is amazing and very well maintained. Had a room on 5th floor, not too noisy!!! We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Hotel , room, and provided breakfast were very nice and met our expectations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
