The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Convenient hotel, efficient check-in, had an excellent and quiet sleep between 2 flights. Even possible to walk from the international terminal E (all covered walkways). Took the free hotel shuttle in the morning.

Had a great day with my family at the Omni Parker House! This is where the Boston cream pie was invented and created! Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. I also visited the gym in the early morning — it was large, well-equipped, and I had a great time working out. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to MIT, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. The hotel environment is great, the facilities are very complete, and the service is good. The only downsides are the limited breakfast options and the lack of free drinking water, which is a bit inconvenient. But overall, it's a good choice.

My college-aged son stayed here during a trip to Boston and said it was a great, clean hotel.

The rooms were fine. Staff was available if needed and did accommodate us but there is a fee for every little thing, 120 for parking is a little high. the walls are thin and you can hear everything. It’s no different than staying at a less expensive resort. Otherwise the resort is clean and fine

When we went to our room the bathroom wasn't clean after calling the front desk we went to a different room . Was very stressful , because we only had a half hour to get ready for the event that was at the hotel that night. We needed to be ready by 5:00 and dint get settled into the new room until 4:30. Not sure if I would trust going back to the hotel again.

This hotel was PERFECT for families! They had extra comfy cots and their heated pool was amazing. The kids absolutely had a blast! The hotel needs some updates. Broken items, signs of age/wear, no mini fridge in the rooms. The front desk service was excellent, however the service at their in-house restaurant was lacking. The balcony was a nice surprise, however it was empty and it did not have any seating. Parking is in the privately owned garage the hotel is built into, and there is not valet.
