Overall it's good, but the room this hotel gives is not facing the view room, and there is no bottled water. You have to ask the front desk for one bottle a day.

It was really bad. The front desk first gave me a room next to a machine room. There was a lot of noise (not the noise of the air conditioner, but some kind of equipment, very noisy, with strong resonance). I found the front desk and gave a tip (so if I didn't tip, I don't even deserve a normal room). I changed to another room. I thought it was okay, but my whole body was very itchy when I slept on the bed. I couldn't sleep at all. It was really torture. I stayed for three nights. There was no microwave in the room. I don't know why Ctrip's room facilities have one. There were no microwaves in public places. The room didn't even provide bottled water. I had already paid the full amount on Ctrip, but they asked me to pay a pre-authorization of more than 430 US dollars for three nights. No hotel in other cities in the United States charged so much and so outrageous. To be honest, the hotel is nearly 3,000 RMB per night. You can find other better options. In addition to the advantage of being close to the subway station, I can't find another one.

The room is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly. I took my two children to spend spring break. The location is good and it is convenient to go to museums and universities. Both adults and children are very satisfied and happy.

The hotel is located in the Back Bay area of downtown Boston, with a good and safe location. The subway (Green Line Kenmore Station) is next to the hotel, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the core area of Newbury Street in the commercial district. It is close to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and other places, and it takes seven or eight minutes by taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the shower has a strong flow, and the service attitude is very good. It's just that the lobby was under renovation when I stayed there, which slightly affected it.

The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! After checking in, toothbrushes and slippers need to be requested, so there is a little gap... Fortunately, the location is excellent and the comfort of the bedding in the room has gradually restored the comfort. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and the communication was smooth. The humor of the other two front desk staff at checkout saved the review score... 4.5 points

THANK YOU for making our visit to Boston a memorable one. This hotel is great - location, staff, service... Our Fenway Park view from the window made it extra special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. Hotel has access to bar, restaurants and train. We cannot stop talking about our stay and how awesome it was. I wish I remembered the names of every single staff member so we can say THANK YOU.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, our stay was marred by a few issues. Our room, which overlooked the freeway, was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Aside from that, the accommodations were fine. The staff was friendly during our stay, but my experience took a negative turn after checkout. I left a few items in the room and called the following day, expecting them to be found and returned. I was informed that nothing was found in the room, which is disappointing, as I know exactly where I left my belongings. This lack of honesty has left me frustrated, and I will not be returning to this hotel. Additionally, I will be advising family and friends to seek accommodations elsewhere.

Great location just a short walk from Fenway. You may even run into a ball player in the hallway like we did!

Helpful staff and a nice contemporary feel with clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Will definitely keep The Commonwealth on my list for future trips to Boston

Friendly staff, great smoothies, fresh ingredients, solid selection of food from snacks to meals. Good amount of seating for the size of the place. Intetesting menu options makes it even more appealing.

I used to go to this place several times a week, but today I found a little cockroach baked into my pizza. A second and larger cockroach fell out from the paper plate as I was taking the slice out at home nearby. I went back and got a refund, but they seemed pretty nonchalant about this.

This is by far the best frozen yogurt in Boston! It's fresh and a great deal given the generous serving you get. I also love all their salads. I come here every time I'm in Boston and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Good food, rude staff... I don't do these review things often, but I just got off the phone with a staff member asking a question about an order I made online, and it turned into this somewhat degrading lecture about why I messed up, why it was too late to change anything, and why I should have called ahead of time. The tone was quite aggressive. I feel like she was stressed or tired and maybe people had argued with her before, so she was trying to stay a few steps ahead of the game and cover her basis. Still, I ended up crying... and then, she becomes nice and asked me what was wrong and if I was okay. I was also stressed from finishing up my last month of college, and I acknowledge that I made a small mistake and would have calmly accepted it with a short explanation about what I should do the next time. It wasn't that terrible of an issue. I get it. But this was way too much. I'm going to try to avoid this place as much as possible in the future :(

Where are the bowlling balls??? The place was quiet that night. There was 3 lines being used by about 8 people total. We were 2 players and couldn't find a single one that is the good size for our fingers. Seriusly, how can they have no options when not even half of the lines are being used?

Good place to hangout with friends. Recently renovated 3 levels. Something for everyone. Bowling, Arcade Games, Pool tables and many more. Good selection of beer. Food is also tasty.

This was my first experience with Lucky Strike. I tried calling around 5pm to see if they have any open lanes for tonight. I called around 10 times and no answer on any line. Without ever getting ahold of anyone I took a chance and made my out here.
Make my way upstairs to learn that bowling is closed for a private party. Just upsetting that no one answered the phone and I got the short end of the stick.

With plenty of pool tables, bowling alleys, and some ping pong and arcade games set up in a nice space - its very fun place to hang out and kill some time! Went here on a Saturday evening and it wasn't very crowded. Pool tables and bowling are a very reasonable price. Wish they had a better craft beer selection though and offered a wider variety of appetizers to snack on while you play games.
