I had the absolute best experience staying here for my son’s wedding weekend, and I have to give a special shout-out to the incredible Alexandre at the front desk and Norman the doorman. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like royalty. They were warm, welcoming, and endlessly complimentary — the kind of people who turn a nice stay into an unforgettable one.

Every time I walked through the door, they greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and kindness, making me feel so special during such a meaningful weekend. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail went above and beyond any hotel experience I’ve had before.

I can’t thank them enough for adding so much joy to a weekend I’ll remember forever. The hotel is lucky to have such outstanding staff, and I can’t wait to return knowing I’ll be in such wonderful hands.

Lovely hotel with convenient T-stop right outside the door. Check-in was welcoming with recommendations of things to do in Boston. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is there is no where to put toiletries in bathroom. Got a good rate for the room and parking on Travelzoo.

My stay at the Colonnade was great! We came for a concert. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. Alexander was wonderful! The rooftop pool and bar were a great plus. The only complaint I have is the amount of yellow jacket bees that are swarming the pool and the lounge chairs.. We ordered food and could barely eat, due to how many bees were around. The staff were very helpful in trying to spray repellant around, but it didn't do much. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at The Colonnade while attending a girls’ hockey camp at Northeastern University and were extremely pleased with our experience. We booked through a discounted rate provided by Northeastern, and the property exceeded our expectations.

Check-in was efficient and welcoming. While we encountered a minor issue with a toilet, it was addressed promptly and did not impact our stay. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere, and Isaiah at the bar provided excellent service.

We also dined at the on-site restaurant and appreciated the thoughtful 20% dining coupon.

We were hoping to get late check-out and were not granted it due to the high number of rooms the hotel had to turn over that particular day. Although I was disappointed, it did not impact my overall satisfaction of the hotel.

Overall, The Colonnade delivered an excellent combination of comfort, service, and amenities. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Colonnade Hotel, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with my experience.

First, the rooms were exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, and the attention to detail was evident. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night after a day of sightseeing.

The staff at The Colonnade really stood out. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or had questions about amenities, they were always friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is another huge plus. It's ideally situated in a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping, dining, and some of the city's top attractions. Whether I was exploring the area on foot or taking public transport, everything was conveniently close.

Overall, The Colonnade Hotel provides excellent value for money. The combination of cleanliness, friendly staff, and fantastic location makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel in Boston, right near the Prudential Center. Nice small rooftop pool, friendly staff and reasonably priced. The attached restaurant is a little pricey for what you get, but there's a lot going on in this city.

The staff is the highlight of the Colonnade. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Orlando in particular went above and beyond to improve my experience upon arrival and address the noise issue from another guest. The rooms were very clean and well updated. The location is good for exploring downtown Boston.

Very quiet and comfortable room in a great central location. Opening windows, automatic temperature control, soundproofing and beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows made this a great place! I loved the rooftop pool and the food/drinks were great. Parking is very easy and the hotel is right on the green line. The coffee maker was a blast, but everything else was great!

The location is great, in a very nice and central part of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Also not very far from the airport so convenient when flying in and out of town. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and check-in / out was simple and fast. The room was comfortable and basic. They have the option of 2 beds in the room so can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids if required.

+ Location was perfect.
- Bathroom was a bit strange but it was fine.

Cheesecake Factory is my all time favorite restaurant. It was the first time I go to the one in Prudential and I had a great experience. Waited 30 minutes to get a table which was a lot but at the end of the day it is The Cheesecake Factory. Host was very friendly. Our server Raffi was great/funny. His service was quick. He got our allergies in. and provided everything we needed. Will definitely ask for a table in his section the next time we go. Food was warm and delicious. High quality food with reasonable price. Keep up the good work !!

Cheesecake tasted good and Chipotle pasta was good as well. With the amount I pay i feel like the taste is not worth it. However great service.

Limited Veg choices. 4 cheese and tomato basil pastas are good. However, their Evelyn pasta is the worst. I like to always get the cucumber lime drink which is awesome with unlimited refills.

Tried the Miso Salmon, it's quite tasty. The other food I had before didn't make a great impression. Place and atmosphere are great. Staff are nice and friendly.

We had a really nice time here. We came upstairs just for cocktails and some appetizers in the lounge area. There was a great jazz band playing that really helped to set the atmosphere. The view was spectacular! Recommend for couples, families and friends!

I really enjoyed the experience here. We went on a Monday night and it was not that busy. We could easily find a table for 5 people. The waiter was nice to us and knew Spanish; he talked to my friends in their own language. He also recommended me a great delicious dessert. The food was really good and also the beverages were tasty. We liked that there are a lot of tables near the window and it was also live music. Also, at the end, the co managers talked to us more than 15 minutes, showing that they care about the people and restaurant.

I make it a point to eat here whenever I visit Boston. Yes, it is a somewhat pricey joint but the views make it worth it. The views are good both night and day, though I prefer the day ones as the water is then visible. The food is excellent, though the portions are small. It's an uppity joint so don't be surprised if the patrons are all well dressed, particularly at night. It's attached to a reasonably nice mall if shopping still tickles your fancy after you've paid the tab.

I wanted to commend the staff on a wonderful evening in the wake of what could have been a disaster. I planned a post-conference cocktail hour for several high-ranking executives in the insurance industry. I called 3 weeks previous to ensure that we had a proper space but did not understand that the lounge space was first-come-first-serve. Upon arrival, I became quite terrified as I realized there would not be space for my guests. However, Mike, Jonathon, Denise, and specifically Daniel (our server), were wonderful. They accommodated my quite-large party as quickly as possible even as my frayed nerves were beginning to show through. Five Star-Five Diamond service and accommodation. I could not speak more highly and my superiors (accustomed to such) were duly impressed as well. As I am a member of several Boston-based organizations in which we host conference execs, I plan to be back many more times (with the right pre-planning this time, of course!). Thank you for a wonderful evening and I plan on spreading the word!

Loved our brunch experience! The view, food and service were exceptional. Take the advice of the servers and pace yourself for brunch. It's a lot of food. We had the spinach salad and bacon-wrapped scallops, which were perfect. We will likely be back for dessert in their lounge later in our trip.

Had a good time, but was do crowded and made it very difficult to get drinks easily.

Bouncer is obviously having a midlife crisis and needs to get some. Don’t even try to touch the door before you have all the money his greedy ass needs. Will never come here again.
29.11.2017 Gabby
Not the best club in Boston, but certainly is fun - I have a lot of respect for nightclub bartenders especially and they did their best to keep up with the crowds; the music is good as well. I would return and plan on it.
04.10.2017 John
Joke of an establishment. This place should go out of business and the space should be used for something else. Disgusting bottlegirls, rude harassing bouncers, desperate crowd trying to get laid. Awful awful place.

Went here for a bachelorette party and my friend inquired about getting table service for us. They weren't particularly nice about it and she questioned the manager when she came by. My friend was tipsy but not at all belligerent or troublesome. The manager, when she realized my friend as arguing (peaceably) with her about getting table service, called security to forcibly escort her out. I said we would take her out and there was no need to grab her as she wasn't causing anyone any harm, and security got upset and said they'd force me out too if we didn't get out. I can't recall ever being treated so poorly and there was absolutely no cause for it.
