Boston is fun, and this hotel is one of the factors that make us feel that Boston is very good. It is an old building of more than 100 years old, and it feels very good to live in it. Although the lobby is not big, it is magnificent and elegant. The male waiters are very handsome, and the female waiters are very beautiful and tall, haha. The service is also very good. My father and I dragged the suitcases to the door, and the handsome guy at the door immediately took the suitcases from my father and me. The handsome receptionist at the front desk was also very polite. There is a bar on the first floor, which is very lively at night. There is a Lindt store on the left hand side of the hotel. There may be a cooperative relationship. We also received a Lindt when we checked into our room, hehe. SHAKE SHACK is a very famous street that you can eat in 5 minutes across from the hotel. On the right hand side is the famous church and library. The location is very good, and the subway is also very convenient at the door. You can go to Harvard subway and save the taxi fee. We traveled by subway all the way in Boston, which is convenient. We also went to Chinatown to eat clay pot rice.

The room was exquisitely decorated and the service was excellent. The hotel staff was always available to help open the door and take the luggage. The hotel price was worth the money. I was probably scared by the self-service hotel service in other cities in the United States, but this hotel was full of surprises.

It's a good choice👍

Location is great; service very good. Breakfast at city table with limited choices (no croissants, no pastries at all).

The location is great, and it is very convenient to eat next to it. The twin room is large and very good.

From the moment we arrived at the Lenox for the Boston Marathon the staff and facility were over the top amazing. So many happy and energetic people working. Every need was met and every ask was immediately accommodated.
We ate at Solis’s one night and it was packed but we still had amazing service and the food was great.
The party they threw for the runners was so cool. Over the top amazing. Cannot recommend this hotel more. 10/10

We had a memorable stay and the staff made it extra special. Melissa and Yunona were great at anticipating our needs. The front desk folks were welcoming and friendly. We were very lucky to have a large corner room. Great towels!! Thanks!!

The Lenox is conveniently located in Bay Back close to shops, restaurants, Boston Common, and the Boston Marathon finish line.

Built in 1900, the Lenox still has a lot of historic details, like a functioning Cutler Mail chute. The chandeliers and ornate detail in the lobby are hallmarks of Victorian interior design. Some notable celebrities have stayed here, like Judy Garland.

My room was huge, comfortable, and well appointed.. It had a walk-in closet with ample hangers, mini fridge, safe and an umbrella which came in handy. The bathroom was a bit dated but it was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay at The Lenox again.

My recent stay at The Lenox Hotel in Boston was nothing short of amazing. The service was top-notch with friendly receptionists who made check-in a breeze. The concierge went above and beyond, thoughtfully arranging wine and snacks in my room, which was a delightful surprise. The hotel itself is a true landmark, boasting beautiful design and architecture. Located in what I consider the best spot in Boston, it's convenient and central. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Boston, as I will definitely be returning to The Lenox Hotel. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay they really take care of this building. it doesn't smell like vacuum stored dust, the staff is nice. the location is good. it has a lot of character. my from was probably one of the better times I've stayed in on a pre negotiated conference. I had some chocolates and a bottle of wine waiting for me too.

Absolutely delicious. I recommend the tuna tartare and crab cake. Great wine list. Not cheap tough.

Prices are steep but it's the neighborhood. The inside is decorated beautifully and the staff all looked clean and kept together. All were very kind. Food, drinks were good quality. Soup portion was small, you expect tham to go over board on the clam chowder but was small portion.

Visited 12/1/17. They seated us even though we got there toward closing. We never felt rushed. Our server was exceptionally good, funny and gracious (even when I accidentally knocked my glass on the floor). The food was quite good. Had the baked chicken - very flavorful. I'd highly recommend them!

Great restaurant ambiance, but the food is mediocre at best taking into account the price. I ordered the Eggs Shakshuka for brunch and an under season skillet of tomato sauce came out with two pieces of garlic bread and an egg swimming around. Nothing impressive to say the least.

My hand was snapped by a rat trap under a seat. Nice about it and comped meal, but still, don't open a restraunt if you have mice.

Had a good time, but was do crowded and made it very difficult to get drinks easily.

Bouncer is obviously having a midlife crisis and needs to get some. Don’t even try to touch the door before you have all the money his greedy ass needs. Will never come here again.

Not the best club in Boston, but certainly is fun - I have a lot of respect for nightclub bartenders especially and they did their best to keep up with the crowds; the music is good as well. I would return and plan on it.

Joke of an establishment. This place should go out of business and the space should be used for something else. Disgusting bottlegirls, rude harassing bouncers, desperate crowd trying to get laid. Awful awful place.

Went here for a bachelorette party and my friend inquired about getting table service for us. They weren't particularly nice about it and she questioned the manager when she came by. My friend was tipsy but not at all belligerent or troublesome. The manager, when she realized my friend as arguing (peaceably) with her about getting table service, called security to forcibly escort her out. I said we would take her out and there was no need to grab her as she wasn't causing anyone any harm, and security got upset and said they'd force me out too if we didn't get out. I can't recall ever being treated so poorly and there was absolutely no cause for it.

We had a really nice time here. We came upstairs just for cocktails and some appetizers in the lounge area. There was a great jazz band playing that really helped to set the atmosphere. The view was spectacular! Recommend for couples, families and friends!

I really enjoyed the experience here. We went on a Monday night and it was not that busy. We could easily find a table for 5 people. The waiter was nice to us and knew Spanish; he talked to my friends in their own language. He also recommended me a great delicious dessert. The food was really good and also the beverages were tasty. We liked that there are a lot of tables near the window and it was also live music. Also, at the end, the co managers talked to us more than 15 minutes, showing that they care about the people and restaurant.

I make it a point to eat here whenever I visit Boston. Yes, it is a somewhat pricey joint but the views make it worth it. The views are good both night and day, though I prefer the day ones as the water is then visible. The food is excellent, though the portions are small. It's an uppity joint so don't be surprised if the patrons are all well dressed, particularly at night. It's attached to a reasonably nice mall if shopping still tickles your fancy after you've paid the tab.

I wanted to commend the staff on a wonderful evening in the wake of what could have been a disaster. I planned a post-conference cocktail hour for several high-ranking executives in the insurance industry. I called 3 weeks previous to ensure that we had a proper space but did not understand that the lounge space was first-come-first-serve. Upon arrival, I became quite terrified as I realized there would not be space for my guests. However, Mike, Jonathon, Denise, and specifically Daniel (our server), were wonderful. They accommodated my quite-large party as quickly as possible even as my frayed nerves were beginning to show through. Five Star-Five Diamond service and accommodation. I could not speak more highly and my superiors (accustomed to such) were duly impressed as well. As I am a member of several Boston-based organizations in which we host conference execs, I plan to be back many more times (with the right pre-planning this time, of course!). Thank you for a wonderful evening and I plan on spreading the word!

Loved our brunch experience! The view, food and service were exceptional. Take the advice of the servers and pace yourself for brunch. It's a lot of food. We had the spinach salad and bacon-wrapped scallops, which were perfect. We will likely be back for dessert in their lounge later in our trip.
