Las Vegas, 211 E Flamingo Rd, 89169 Las-Vegas, Nevada, SShA (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Room and suite were very large. Walkable to Sphere and the Venetian. Good option if you are looking for a smoke free hotel and something away from the Strip. Negatives include: hot tub was broken the entire stay and we never got a full housecleaning (despite asking twice).
We had such a nice experience here, from the front desk staff to the bartender. It was so quiet, even between rooms. It was beautiful with a great view of the strip. We were extremely happy with our stay!
We were guests gor pne nught. We found the staff very pleasant & helpful. Our room wzs clean & neat.
We reported any issues to the front desk.
Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue.
Spectacular view of Sphere and the bathroom was impressively large and clean. One issue stood out — the sink design isn’t user-friendly for shorter guests. It’s set far back on the countertop, which made it difficult to bend over to wash my face or brush my teeth. Other than that, everything else about the stay was good. And thank you for the complimentary bottle of red wine!
Surprised that breakfast was not included, had a problem maintenance disnt take care of as promised.. all and all feeling ia that I didnt get my money's worth.
Really enjoyed finding Platinum Hotel. Great staff, extremely clean and well kept. Quiet and yet close to the ***** and attractions (we went to Sphere). Easy walk. Thank you.

Only problem food and drink to expensive, evrythings is OK.
EXCELLENT SERVICE IN ALL REALMS. IT WAS COZY, WARM & CLEAN. LET'S NOT FORGET THE FACT THAT IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON FREMONT STREET W/ DENNY'S RESTAURANT AROUND THE CORNER.
The Four Queens still wins points for skipping resort fees and planting you right in the thick of the Fremont Street bash, but the trade off is noise. Adjoining doors turn neighbor chatter into surround sound, and hallway drafts carry both tobacco and ******** smoke straight under the ‘non-smoking’ sign. One night was enough. Factor in the gauntlet of downtown construction with barricaded parking lanes...
Perfect location on Freemont Street
Got free car park that's very convenient and just 1 min walk from reception.
The room got confortable bed and verycgood shower.
For that price not complaint.
Location very excellent and central for all transportation and entertainment.
No buffet breakfast available….very sad
Hi There
I enjoyed my stay here a lot. I can say, it was one of my best memories. His hotel is located at the entrance of Fremont Street which is quite nice. You have all time access to Fremont Street.
The energy, vibes, happiness, enjoyment which I felt here, I must admit I have never felt such a feeling like before wherever I travelled across the globe in the past.
I highly recommend everyone...

Room was nice. Only problem was the adjoining room seemed like we where in the same room I could hear everything including the people snoring
The room was amazing, the staff, amazing as always. Great food, saw old friends that work there. Ate great food. Brought home leftovers.
Room was clean and bed comfortable. I had no contact with staff. Just needed a place to sleep during travel.
The room was clean, but smelled stale, as did the hallway. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Room ok but needs renovations toilet is way to close to vanity!
The DJ in the 4949 Lounge needs to be replaced ! He continually tried to start arguments with our group trying to peacefully enjoy our Friday night !
He was rude and argumentative he was really pushing to start problems for us. I really hope I really hope he’s a contract worker and not Hotel employee !
The beds were not comfortable...
Check in was good. Clean. Room dated and a little stinky because of old carpet. Needs more covers on the bed. One light blanket and one sheet.

Good facilities and service. Big room and space. Clean and well organized. Free parking and convenient location. Good experience
The hot breakfast items weren’t well-stocked. We waited about 30 minutes, but in the end, we weren’t able to eat.
The fruit was also gone unless you got there very early.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There was a slight misunderstanding with one front desk employee during check-in.
However, this was an isolated incident, and all other staff members were really friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also suitable for families.
However, you will definitely need your own car to get to the city center or any attractions.
Great location after shopping at outlets, quite area to stay with family
What an absolute gem. Saved our trip from an Airbnb disaster. Get this: they actually *pick up their phone*. Isn’t that wild? In an age of 24 minute wait times (looking at you MGM) and hellish automated menus and call centers in SE Asia, these folks answer their phone. Sometimes it’s the little things. Wonderful location if you have a car, and excellent value for money. Good proximity to the rental...
Great staff, very clean, decent continental breakfast choices. Lots of extra areas to walk dogs besides very well maintained designated pet relief area. Easy to get Uber to strip. Close to strip but not all the hustle, bustle and cost. Easy freeway access too

The hotel is located next to the Las Vegas Exhibition Center and is also close to the airport. There is a hamburger restaurant opposite, which makes dining very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service attitude is very good. I will stay here again when I come to the exhibition next time.
Not too bad for a 2 star hotel with decent breakfast. Enjoyed the breakfast.
The room is big enough, clean and hygienic, with a gym and easy to find. If you open the window for ventilation, there is a small amount of odor from the nearby in and out restaurant.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Otherwise this was good. Breakfast was amazing.
We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel. Parking was very convenient but the property needed some upgrades like the elevator and walls, etc.
Fire alarm kept going off during our stay. When it finally stopped the lights inside our room were still blinking making it hard to sleep.
The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone.
The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away. When i looked at my feet they where so dirty. You can feel the stickiness on the rugs.
It's a good hotel and quiet. Had a couple troubles with tv and a/c but the front desk attendant, Rosie went above and beyond and was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever cam across. She deserves a big raise! This hotel better do what they can to keep her!
The carpets were dirty but overall decent stay for us just stoping by. The check in and check out was fast and easy. Employees were all nice and friendly. Breakfast was free :)

Overall, it was very nice. The shuttle bus is easy to get around, the pool, hotel, and rooms are clean, breakfast isn't European but it's okay, and you can help yourself to the buffet for a flat rate of $15 plus tax. Parking is $20 plus tax, which is on top of the cost. What I like about this chain is that the amenities are basically the same everywhere.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was included with our particular room and it was pretty good. The pineapple offered at bfast was actually very good and fresh. The coffee there was not great, though. The shuttle was hit or miss. Ideally, it would be nice to have more reliable to and from Transportation to the strip, but it has fairly limited to and from times to the strip not only...
It's across a main road from the central avenue, and you should be able to walk there, passing through a few hotels. We drove there first, but it was difficult to park, so we called an Uber, which cost $10-15 each way. Breakfast is OK, parking is charged.
Not too bad. But it is a bit far away from city. Everything its good, just the breakfast normal.
It is across the street from the ***** without a car you will have to take a taxi every time
The room is fully equipped with microwave and coffee machine. The location is also very good, next to Chinatown and very close to the Las Vegas Strip. You can reach the airport in 10 minutes by car.

Spacious room.
Very close to outlet.
Not far to Strip.
Friendly staff.
A newer property that has an excellent staff.
Breakfast is buffet style, but the staff still serves the beverages and tends to your needs while dining.
They could turn the water temperature up for the shower, though.
Beautiful and spacious room. Nice, friendly and professional front desk staff. Shuttle is easy and quick. Happy with our stay
Absolutely amazing, good scenery
Room is clean and staffs are good. But beware of the breakfast included ad. We grabbed breakfast buffet knowing (in the ad that said breakfast included) we ended up getting charged 17$+ per person attendant saying it is not included.
Washer and dryer were out of order (both), refrigerator had a missing leg (try to open and it was hard to open due to tilt), bar/grill couldn't serve due to computer down (could have written room # down).

First time at this location. For a long stay the setup is great. Kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Two bedrooms. I'd say rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear. But not gross or anything. Patio looking over pool plus large family room with TV that allows casting. No food or bar onsite is a negative. Points seem lower than normal Hilton and there is no diamond recognition or upgrade options. Good...
Since we would be staying four nights in Vegas, we decided to stay in something larger than an average hotel room. This was very nice. Two bedroom, two bathrooms, a living area, kitchen with eating area, and a nice patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with cups, plates, and such. It was such a comfortable and very clean suite / apartment. The grounds were very well maintained and clean. All the staff...
Had issues with payment and recognising it was pre-paid, had to pay again, until the issues is resolved with HQ (not a pleasant start to double the cost until they fix their mistake). Still no idea what the issue was.
Staff were helpful and friendly, I can not fault the reception or service team. A bit pushy on the price-share to visit experiences sales pitch.
Rooms are satisfactory, has everything...
Recently stay there for 3 nights, entire rooms and bathrooms are clean and it was very spacious. 2 bedrooms with tv, 2 bathroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer, feel like an apartment style hotel. The location was close by to the strip and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. Get a daily text from staff members to check up on me if I need anything which is nice. Due to the corona virus, my family stayed comfortably for a few days in a quiet place. I stayed at several Las Vegas hotels until now, but this hotel felt like my own home, and the very clean environment was very impressive. There are many restaurants and markets, so we had a great time and ate delicious food. We look forward to seeing you next time again.
Stayed here for three nights with family. One of the best resorts near las Vegas strip, if you want to have your kids to stay away from casino environment. The location is excellent, right next to Venice. The hotel isn't large, so you don't have to walk a long way to get in and out.
Location is perfect. Bed is comfortable. Iron & Iron board in the room is good. Plenty of food choices nearby hotel. Aircon can be improve as heater won't on unless the room temperature goes down to the level that set by hotel, and not set by us, we wake up middle of night due to the cold and have to use hand warmer and wear warm cloths to sleep. We will stay here again and hopefully this can improve
It's perfect for business travelers. The location is great, and it's easy to get around. The room is spacious, and even with a large suitcase, I didn't feel cramped.
The room's location is great, with a McDonald's and a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The check-in counter is in a rather odd place. The hotel as a whole is old and cramped, and the rooms have a musty smell. It's suitable for business travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.
Amazing value for money. All staff we met were friendly , helpful and had a sense of humour. We ( my sister and I)got the basic room for a 2 night stay on a trip to see the Eagles at the Sphere. Hotel isn’t a fancy resort, but rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff and customer service was outstanding. They were super helpful. Perfect for a business trip, or off-strip stay. I travel to vegas for work multiple times a year, and this will be the hotel I use for all my future stays based on the customer service alone.
All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.
Staff was not friendly at all. Rushed check in. Was not given information where to park or check out time. He said the room number and pointed to the elevator. That was pretty much it. The staff is easily the highlight of the Four Points. They are very friendly and willing to help as much as they can. Super dog friendly, awesome location with everything a family needs for a trip to vegas nearby.
Check in and room were wonderful. What I wished was that there is a hold on your card for the just in case. I missed that part if it was listed. Also, no complimentary breakfast, that was a bit of a bummer.
We stayed for 5 days and while the housekeepers changed our towels and emptied the trash they never wiped down the counter where we made coffee nor were the beds ever made. Didn't have enough staff at the breakfast cafe to manage customers orders. One person to take orders, make coffee, make food serve and run register.
Clean room, comfortable bed, the bathtub faucet was leaking though. The front desk was very helpful. Would be ni e to
The breakfast was excellent! We didn’t get to check out the pool. However, it looked clean. Our issue was the water. Apparently, something happened to the water heater so we had to washed up with cold water. We understand things happen but we were still upset about it. Also, there wasn’t enough body wash in the bottle when we checked in. When we requested it to be replenished, we got bar soap instead...

Clean room. Staff were a little slow on check in since there was only one person there. Air conditioner worked really well but was very noisy. It woke me up every time it turned on. The hotel is right in the flight path of the airport airliners so those also didn’t help with a good nights rest. The area is somewhat older with some homeless people around.

This was a serviceable hotel in most aspects. Beds and sheets were clean, room was comfortable. Certain aspects of the hotel were run down, the bathroom had a few odd stains in the bathtub. There seemed to be a lack of upkeep on longer term elements of the room. Overall alright but you can probably find something better. Only big upside is its location near the strip.
If you're flying into Vegas for a quick stop over this hotel will do. But don't expect to have a fun vacation if this is somehow where you end up.
