The room was clean and hygienic, there was a swimming pool downstairs, and it was very close to the airport. The breakfast was all cold food, which took some getting used to. Otherwise, it was fine.

It's not that it's bad, but it's definitely not worth the price. The hotel breakfast was extremely mediocre, and the sink drain in the room was clogged. I told the hotel front desk, but they didn't come to fix it.

This is a convenient hotel if you need to get to the airport quickly; it's literally a 10-minute drive away. Great price.

Second elevator bank was out of service during my visit. Location is great. Very close to airport, dispensary, dining and Virgin hotel. This is a great value. Only real annoyance was that hotel has no liquor license so no Mimosas with breakfast unless you heard across the street to the casino. Will stay again.

It is close to the airport and the exhibition hall, and it is convenient to take a taxi. You can consider this hotel for exhibitions. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is simple. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby.

Room and suite were very large. Walkable to Sphere and the Venetian. Good option if you are looking for a smoke free hotel and something away from the Strip. Negatives include: hot tub was broken the entire stay and we never got a full housecleaning (despite asking twice).

We had such a nice experience here, from the front desk staff to the bartender. It was so quiet, even between rooms. It was beautiful with a great view of the strip. We were extremely happy with our stay!

We were guests gor pne nught. We found the staff very pleasant & helpful. Our room wzs clean & neat. We reported any issues to the front desk. Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue.

Spectacular view of Sphere and the bathroom was impressively large and clean. One issue stood out — the sink design isn’t user-friendly for shorter guests. It’s set far back on the countertop, which made it difficult to bend over to wash my face or brush my teeth. Other than that, everything else about the stay was good. And thank you for the complimentary bottle of red wine!

The hot breakfast items weren’t well-stocked. We waited about 30 minutes, but in the end, we weren’t able to eat. The fruit was also gone unless you got there very early.

Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There was a slight misunderstanding with one front desk employee during check-in. However, this was an isolated incident, and all other staff members were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also suitable for families. However, you will definitely need your own car to get to the city center or any attractions.

Overall, it was very nice. The shuttle bus is easy to get around, the pool, hotel, and rooms are clean, breakfast isn't European but it's okay, and you can help yourself to the buffet for a flat rate of $15 plus tax. It's across a main road from the central avenue, and you should be able to walk there, passing through a few hotels. We drove there first, but it was difficult to park, so we called an Uber, which cost $10-15 each way. Breakfast is OK, parking is charged.

Recently stay there for 3 nights, entire rooms and bathrooms are clean and it was very spacious. 2 bedrooms with tv, 2 bathroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer, feel like an apartment style hotel. Room is clean and staffs are good. But beware of the breakfast included ad. We grabbed breakfast buffet knowing (in the ad that said breakfast included) we ended up getting charged 17$+ per person attendant saying it is not included.

While the location and pricing was great, the hotel had a faint pet order throughput sine that allow pets. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when I needed to extend my stay for a day. My room was very spacious. The one thing that was disturbing, was the fact that a sock remained on the stairwell my entire stay (4 nights).

This was a serviceable hotel in most aspects. Beds and sheets were clean, room was comfortable. Certain aspects of the hotel were run down, the bathroom had a few odd stains in the bathtub. Location is perfect. Bed is comfortable. Iron & Iron board in the room is good. Plenty of food choices nearby hotel. Aircon can be improve as heater won't on unless the room temperature goes down to the level that set by hotel, and not set by us, we wake up middle of night due to the cold and have to use hand warmer and wear warm cloths to sleep. It's not on the Las Vegas Strip, it's a relatively remote place. But it's easy to get in and out, and parking is not like a hotel on the avenue, where you have to go around a lot.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot and they always take care of me. I just used a ton of points to book rooms for 5 nights complimentary for me and some associates. 5 star service! The hotel is located next to the Las Vegas Exhibition Center and is also close to the airport. There is a hamburger restaurant opposite, which makes dining very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service attitude is very good. I will stay here again when I come to the exhibition next time.

This location was about 15 minutes from the airport, very convenient. Upon arriving, which was very late, the person at the front desk was very nice. The following day, rain was very heavy. Water seeped through the window and flowed into that AC, concerned I called front desk. Maintenance placed a towel and never returned. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was great.

We had a very good experience staying on this hotel. We are a family of a 7-yr old, a 1-yr old and an 82-yr old. We didn't have any issue. The service as well was great No complain at all.

Very old property that needs a lot of updates like new plumbing fixtures, higher toilets, tech-friendly outlets, effective window coverings and quieter air vents. Air conditioning was very loud Clean room. Staff were a little slow on check in since there was only one person there. Air conditioner worked really well but was very noisy. It woke me up every time it turned on. The hotel is right in the flight path of the airport airliners so those also didn’t help with a good nights rest. My stay at the hotel was great. It was just a short walk to Fremont Street and catching the deuce bus a street away. Friendly staff and it has nice club on the first level of the hotel if you want to have fun and games inside and outside . You can't hear the noise from the club in the rooms which was nice. Easy check out, reasonable price. Very closed to the Fremont Experience. It was a bit hard to find my room when I came back at night as the gate connected to the reception was closed. Also, I wish there was a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom.
