Room and suite were very large. Walkable to Sphere and the Venetian. Good option if you are looking for a smoke free hotel and something away from the Strip. Negatives include: hot tub was broken the entire stay and we never got a full housecleaning (despite asking twice).

We had such a nice experience here, from the front desk staff to the bartender. It was so quiet, even between rooms. It was beautiful with a great view of the strip. We were extremely happy with our stay!

We were guests gor pne nught. We found the staff very pleasant & helpful. Our room wzs clean & neat. We reported any issues to the front desk. Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue.

Spectacular view of Sphere and the bathroom was impressively large and clean. One issue stood out — the sink design isn’t user-friendly for shorter guests. It’s set far back on the countertop, which made it difficult to bend over to wash my face or brush my teeth. Other than that, everything else about the stay was good. And thank you for the complimentary bottle of red wine!

Surprised that breakfast was not included, had a problem maintenance disnt take care of as promised.. all and all feeling ia that I didnt get my money's worth.

Perfect location on Freemont Street Got free car park that's very convenient and just 1 min walk from reception. The room got confortable bed and verycgood shower. For that price not complaint.

The hot breakfast items weren’t well-stocked. We waited about 30 minutes, but in the end, we weren’t able to eat. The fruit was also gone unless you got there very early.

Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There was a slight misunderstanding with one front desk employee during check-in. However, this was an isolated incident, and all other staff members were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also suitable for families. However, you will definitely need your own car to get to the city center or any attractions.

The hotel is located next to the Las Vegas Exhibition Center and is also close to the airport. There is a hamburger restaurant opposite, which makes dining very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service attitude is very good. I will stay here again when I come to the exhibition next time.

The room is big enough, clean and hygienic, with a gym and easy to find. If you open the window for ventilation, there is a small amount of odor from the nearby in and out restaurant.

Although it is a bit off the main strip, it is a hotel where you can stay at the best value for money. Although it was a bit old, it seemed to be in good condition.

Overall, it was very nice. The shuttle bus is easy to get around, the pool, hotel, and rooms are clean, breakfast isn't European but it's okay, and you can help yourself to the buffet for a flat rate of $15 plus tax. Parking is $20 plus tax, which is on top of the cost. What I like about this chain is that the amenities are basically the same everywhere.

It's across a main road from the central avenue, and you should be able to walk there, passing through a few hotels. We drove there first, but it was difficult to park, so we called an Uber, which cost $10-15 each way. Breakfast is OK, parking is charged.

The room is fully equipped with microwave and coffee machine. The location is also very good, next to Chinatown and very close to the Las Vegas Strip. You can reach the airport in 10 minutes by car.

A newer property that has an excellent staff. Breakfast is buffet style, but the staff still serves the beverages and tends to your needs while dining. They could turn the water temperature up for the shower, though.

Due to the corona virus, my family stayed comfortably for a few days in a quiet place. I stayed at several Las Vegas hotels until now, but this hotel felt like my own home, and the very clean environment was very impressive. My stay at the hotel was great. It was just a short walk to Fremont Street and catching the deuce bus a street away. 3.5 stars. I was only there for the gambling part of the casino. Service reps were nice and frequent. The gambling section was not very big compared to other casinos in the valley. It was not crowded all. Decor was nice. You can get free food and drinks when you gamble at the tables.
