The room was clean and hygienic, there was a swimming pool downstairs, and it was very close to the airport. The breakfast was all cold food, which took some getting used to. Otherwise, it was fine.
It's not that it's bad, but it's definitely not worth the price. The hotel breakfast was extremely mediocre, and the sink drain in the room was clogged. I told the hotel front desk, but they didn't come to fix it.
This is a convenient hotel if you need to get to the airport quickly; it's literally a 10-minute drive away. Great price.
Second elevator bank was out of service during my visit. Location is great. Very close to airport, dispensary, dining and Virgin hotel. This is a great value. Only real annoyance was that hotel has no liquor license so no Mimosas with breakfast unless you heard across the street to the casino. Will stay again.
It is close to the airport and the exhibition hall, and it is convenient to take a taxi. You can consider this hotel for exhibitions. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is simple. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby.
The location is perfect near the airport, that was a huge plus. Friendly and professional staff, helped with early check in and late check out with a smile. Room was clean and found zero issues. Quite and relaxing location, was able to get a good nights sleep before my conference. The breakfast buffet was more than expected with over 10 items and juices. 10/10 for me, all boxes are checked and would...

My only comment is a mildew smell in the bathroom. Everything else was fine.
My experience at the cannery was outstanding
Great stay overall. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and a very convenient location. Would definitely come back.
Cleanliness was perfect.. its a smoking facility and I didn't see no cigarette butts laying around made it a plus. I really would revisit this place again. Everything was to my satisfaction
Great location, very clean and polite staff
I enjoyed my stay at cannery Casino hotel check-in was at four. I called and was able to check in hours early. The room was extremely clean the hallway smell fresh. The casino was a little smoky, but they had no smoking areas. The drinks were great and inexpensive overall, I will give a 10. Room and suite were very large. Walkable to Sphere and the Venetian. Good option if you are looking for a smoke free hotel and something away from the Strip. Negatives include: hot tub was broken the entire stay and we never got a full housecleaning (despite asking twice).
We had such a nice experience here, from the front desk staff to the bartender. It was so quiet, even between rooms. It was beautiful with a great view of the strip. We were extremely happy with our stay!
We were guests gor pne nught. We found the staff very pleasant & helpful. Our room wzs clean & neat.
We reported any issues to the front desk.
Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue.
Spectacular view of Sphere and the bathroom was impressively large and clean. One issue stood out — the sink design isn’t user-friendly for shorter guests. It’s set far back on the countertop, which made it difficult to bend over to wash my face or brush my teeth. Other than that, everything else about the stay was good. And thank you for the complimentary bottle of red wine!
Surprised that breakfast was not included, had a problem maintenance disnt take care of as promised.. all and all feeling ia that I didnt get my money's worth.
Really enjoyed finding Platinum Hotel. Great staff, extremely clean and well kept. Quiet and yet close to the ***** and attractions (we went to Sphere). Easy walk. Thank you.

Only problem food and drink to expensive, evrythings is OK.
EXCELLENT SERVICE IN ALL REALMS. IT WAS COZY, WARM & CLEAN. LET'S NOT FORGET THE FACT THAT IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON FREMONT STREET W/ DENNY'S RESTAURANT AROUND THE CORNER.
The Four Queens still wins points for skipping resort fees and planting you right in the thick of the Fremont Street bash, but the trade off is noise. Adjoining doors turn neighbor chatter into surround sound, and hallway drafts carry both tobacco and ******** smoke straight under the ‘non-smoking’ sign. One night was enough. Factor in the gauntlet of downtown construction with barricaded parking lanes...
Perfect location on Freemont Street
Got free car park that's very convenient and just 1 min walk from reception.
The room got confortable bed and verycgood shower.
For that price not complaint.
Location very excellent and central for all transportation and entertainment.
No buffet breakfast available….very sad
Hi There
I enjoyed my stay here a lot. I can say, it was one of my best memories. His hotel is located at the entrance of Fremont Street which is quite nice. You have all time access to Fremont Street.
The energy, vibes, happiness, enjoyment which I felt here, I must admit I have never felt such a feeling like before wherever I travelled across the globe in the past.
I highly recommend everyone...

My family booked a room a double bed room . Thought it would away to save a little money but me and my wife couldn’t sleep in the room do to the noise coming from the sleeping family members so me and the wife went to our vehicle which already had all the blinds in the windows and got in and went to sleep couldn’t have been a hour that lasted till there was a knock on the window telling us we couldn...
We had a lovely dinning experience at"The Brass Fork" in Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino. The turkey dinner was amazing and highly recommended! The prime rib was also fabulous. Large portions, easily split either one and barely have room for desert. But don't miss out on their amazing cheese cake! Highly recommend both meals and if you don't have room for desert, I recommend a slice of cheesecake...
A terrific property—exceptionally clean with a wide range of amenities. It appears the property was recently remodeled, as everything looks and feels modern and well maintained. The food options are excellent and reasonably priced, and the 24-hour café is a standout. The $5.99 hamburger combo special was mouthwatering. I also tried the café’s turkey dinner, fish & chips, clam chowder, and calamari...
Santa Fe Station is hands-down my go-to neighborhood spot. Great food options, solid gaming floor, and the vibe always feels comfortable and familiar. Staff is friendly, drinks are strong, and it’s never over the top or chaotic — just a good, reliable place to hang out. Whether you’re grabbing a bite, playing for a bit, or meeting friends, Santa Fe Station always delivers. Love having this place right...

Good facilities and service. Big room and space. Clean and well organized. Free parking and convenient location. Good experience
The hot breakfast items weren’t well-stocked. We waited about 30 minutes, but in the end, we weren’t able to eat.
The fruit was also gone unless you got there very early.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There was a slight misunderstanding with one front desk employee during check-in.
However, this was an isolated incident, and all other staff members were really friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also suitable for families.
However, you will definitely need your own car to get to the city center or any attractions.
Great location after shopping at outlets, quite area to stay with family
What an absolute gem. Saved our trip from an Airbnb disaster. Get this: they actually *pick up their phone*. Isn’t that wild? In an age of 24 minute wait times (looking at you MGM) and hellish automated menus and call centers in SE Asia, these folks answer their phone. Sometimes it’s the little things. Wonderful location if you have a car, and excellent value for money. Good proximity to the rental...

Overall, it was very nice. The shuttle bus is easy to get around, the pool, hotel, and rooms are clean, breakfast isn't European but it's okay, and you can help yourself to the buffet for a flat rate of $15 plus tax. Parking is $20 plus tax, which is on top of the cost. What I like about this chain is that the amenities are basically the same everywhere.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was included with our particular room and it was pretty good. The pineapple offered at bfast was actually very good and fresh. The coffee there was not great, though. The shuttle was hit or miss. Ideally, it would be nice to have more reliable to and from Transportation to the strip, but it has fairly limited to and from times to the strip not only...
It's across a main road from the central avenue, and you should be able to walk there, passing through a few hotels. We drove there first, but it was difficult to park, so we called an Uber, which cost $10-15 each way. Breakfast is OK, parking is charged.
Not too bad. But it is a bit far away from city. Everything its good, just the breakfast normal.
It is across the street from the ***** without a car you will have to take a taxi every time
The room is fully equipped with microwave and coffee machine. The location is also very good, next to Chinatown and very close to the Las Vegas Strip. You can reach the airport in 10 minutes by car.

First time at this location. For a long stay the setup is great. Kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Two bedrooms. I'd say rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear. But not gross or anything. Since we would be staying four nights in Vegas, we decided to stay in something larger than an average hotel room. This was very nice. Spacious room.
Very close to outlet.
Not far to Strip.
Friendly staff.
A newer property that has an excellent staff.
Breakfast is buffet style, but the staff still serves the beverages and tends to your needs while dining.
They could turn the water temperature up for the shower, though.
Beautiful and spacious room. Nice, friendly and professional front desk staff. Shuttle is easy and quick. Happy with our stay
Absolutely amazing, good scenery
Room is clean and staffs are good. But beware of the breakfast included ad. We grabbed breakfast buffet knowing (in the ad that said breakfast included) we ended up getting charged 17$+ per person attendant saying it is not included.
Washer and dryer were out of order (both), refrigerator had a missing leg (try to open and it was hard to open due to tilt), bar/grill couldn't serve due to computer down (could have written room # down).

The grounds and pool area were nice and well kept. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. This hotel does not allow smoking but some people were smoking skunk ****. While the location and pricing was great, the hotel had a faint pet order throughput sine that allow pets. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when I needed to extend my stay for a day. My room was very spacious. The one thing that was disturbing, was the fact that a sock remained on the stairwell my entire stay (4 nights).
Great breakfast in the mornings, clean hotel altogether, security acts funny at times but nothing that would prevent me from staying again..
Pet friendly place. Not bad for the price. Bedding and bath were clean. The kitchenette is bare bones. Working fridge and micro and storage cabinets, but that's all. Kind of a coffee maker. One cup with little filters pre filled with coffee.Fridge was kind of noisy. All that's provided in product is shampoo, conditioner and soap. Forgot my lotion, so that wasn't making me happy. This was a serviceable hotel in most aspects. Beds and sheets were clean, room was comfortable. Certain aspects of the hotel were run down, the bathroom had a few odd stains in the bathtub. There seemed to be a lack of upkeep on longer term elements of the room. Overall alright but you can probably find something better. Only big upside is its location near the strip.
If you're flying into Vegas for a quick stop over this hotel will do. But don't expect to have a fun vacation if this is somehow where you end up. The desk staff are fairly indifferent and the whole property is fairly shabby. Not in a disgusting way but def like an old motel 6. Breakfast is the typical cereal and hard-boiled flavorless eggs. The location is excellent, right next to Venice. The hotel isn't large, so you don't have to walk a long way to get in and out.
Location is perfect. Bed is comfortable. Iron & Iron board in the room is good. Plenty of food choices nearby hotel. Aircon can be improve as heater won't on unless the room temperature goes down to the level that set by hotel, and not set by us, we wake up middle of night due to the cold and have to use hand warmer and wear warm cloths to sleep. We will stay here again and hopefully this can improve
It's perfect for business travelers. The location is great, and it's easy to get around. The room is spacious, and even with a large suitcase, I didn't feel cramped.
The room's location is great, with a McDonald's and a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The check-in counter is in a rather odd place. The hotel as a whole is old and cramped, and the rooms have a musty smell. It's suitable for business travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.

Hotel isn’t a fancy resort, but rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff and customer service was outstanding. They were super helpful. Perfect for a business trip, or off-strip stay. I travel to vegas for work multiple times a year, and this will be the hotel I use for all my future stays based on the customer service alone.
All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.
Staff was not friendly at all. Rushed check in. Was not given information where to park or check out time. He said the room number and pointed to the elevator. That was pretty much it. Not right on the Strip, which I actually liked because it felt a lot less crowded. That said, parking ended up being $22 with tax, which was pretty disappointing for a non-Strip hotel… but I guess that’s just how Vegas works. The hotel is located next to the Las Vegas Exhibition Center and is also close to the airport. There is a hamburger restaurant opposite, which makes dining very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service attitude is very good. I will stay here again when I come to the exhibition next time.

Check in and room were wonderful. What I wished was that there is a hold on your card for the just in case. I missed that part if it was listed. Also, no complimentary breakfast, that was a bit of a bummer.
We stayed for 5 days and while the housekeepers changed our towels and emptied the trash they never wiped down the counter where we made coffee nor were the beds ever made. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Otherwise this was good. Breakfast was amazing.
We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel. Parking was very convenient but the property needed some upgrades like the elevator and walls, etc.
Fire alarm kept going off during our stay. When it finally stopped the lights inside our room were still blinking making it hard to sleep.
The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone.
The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away. When i looked at my feet they where so dirty. You can feel the stickiness on the rugs.
It's a good hotel and quiet. Had a couple troubles with tv and a/c but the front desk attendant, Rosie went above and beyond and was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever cam across. She deserves a big raise! This hotel better do what they can to keep her!

Very old property that needs a lot of updates like new plumbing fixtures, higher toilets, tech-friendly outlets, effective window coverings and quieter air vents. The breakfast was excellent! We didn’t get to check out the pool. However, it looked clean. Our issue was the water.
