The Grandview is a great place for you and your family to experience LAS VEGAS. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed it we were able to get the 2 room suite with king beds it was exceptional.

The rooms are really nice very spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer I recommend this hotel. The only issue was the elevator it was not going to my floor so it was annoying trying to go up.

The grand view at Las Vegas was more than I expected! The two bedroom room was very spacious and felt like a home away from home. I was able to get a workout in the gym in the morning, showere up and then hit the hot tub all by 8:30am since the weather was very good during my visit. It is a 10 min drive from the strip which is a big time saver. Will definitely book again in the future

As a travel nurse you want to be comfortable without a sense of checking in and out. Perfect place for travel.

Fantastic! Each night came with a $60 voucher. My partner and I stayed three nights, so that was $180 in total. We used it at the Wynn buffet, and even though we went over by about $30-$40, they didn't charge it to our room, which basically means we ate for free. Plus, even without tipping, they still gave us a Sphere view room.

This hotel’s setup feels really outdated. There’s no self-parking, and you have to pay $45 for valet. The bed sheets were saggy, and the mattress was so soft that it offered no support—I couldn’t sleep all night. I checked out the next morning because I just couldn’t take it anymore. Definitely not recommended.

They gave me a room with a view of the Sphere on the 51st floor, it was perfect. Parking was free, everything was excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and very generous. Staying on a weekday definitely gives you great value for money.

This time, I stayed in a beautiful golf course view room. It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast at Wynn Buffet was also good. It was a great experience.

Decoration of the room is chic, simple and clean. It’s located along the main strip hence it is easy to walk to the various hotels and check out the lobbies and malls. We got a room facilities facing part of the roller coaster track thus the sound went on till midnight. Hotel has got good vibes.

Like many hotels, an onsite resort fee provides nothing. No in room coffee or any other amenities to speak of.

Our visit was for our daughters cheer competition. Loved how convenient it was in one location. Access to my room between call times and the room is so roomy and kids love the room service!

Orlean is a good hotel for the money and in close proximity to China town where there are tons of great tasting restaurants

the room is amazing, it takes a while to walk from parking lot to the room. It's safe to have security before go to the room, but it only has one way to pass the security and to the room

The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

Pretty good, very new. The location is a bit far out, but acceptable. The only downside is the lack of shops nearby, but Wynn is just across the street, so you can walk there easily.

Very satisfied! Free parking was a big plus. The hotel is brand new, and the pool offers great views of the Trump hotel, perfect for photos.

You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a budget option, manage your expectations, or your overall trip quality will suffer. Definitely avoid the on-site restaurant; it's both overpriced and serves terrible food! Service was generally subpar, with the restaurant manager being the only competent staff member.

The large bottle of mineral water in the room isn't complimentary. Definitely don't use it casually—it costs over $13 a bottle. Make sure to check your bill details when checking out, otherwise you might be charged for some inexplicable fees.

Everywhere around Vegas is about the same traveling distance. This location is more quiet from the Las Vegas *****. Room is pretty and cozy. Theres no kettle in the room.

Just left today after a week long visit with my family, we all loved it. For us it was perfect, yes its at the end of the strip but its on the monorail line which was so convienent and a bonus not getting stuck in traffic. Sahara was modern and clean. Room was dusty. When we checked in our booking room which are the queen room with LV ***** view were not ready yet, so the staff offered us another room which were claimed to be similar. However, we got the room at lower level and the view from our room is just swimming pool that. We supposed to stay at the quiet room with good view but what we got was lower than our expectation and downgraded.

The environment is great! It's just that the walk from the parking lot to the front desk and then to the room is too far! It's not very friendly for older people.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. They also offer free parking in the parking garage behind the building. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, and you can sometimes hear planes because it's close to the airport.

This hotel is so clean ..wake up in the morning the hallway smell so good..the housekeeping is the most important for us .cause we go out from our house and cleanliness is what we can relax and out of stress..I will tell all my friends and family to go here .

I can say its a 1 bedroom apartment, the place was huge! The kitchen was also equip with utensils and appliances and theres also washer dryer in unit. They also give you free water bottle in the basement area where theres a minimart. I didnt kno that until the 2nd night

The hotel smelled great and the suite was a good size. Check in was fast until you went to claim your "free" prize. It's basically a push to watch a timeshare presentation. They kept saying there was no pressure, but we had to tell the lady at the prize desk no at least 5 or 6 times. It was very frustrating. This wasn't even the tour, just the ask to take the tour. The suite was not cleaned well....

In town for a show at the sphere and this hotel was super convenient and within walking distance. Friendly staff, they even found a curling iron that I had lost. My only complaint was that you have to pay to park. However it seems that is becoming the norm at most hotels these days.

Booked a 'run of the house' room, and to my surprise, they gave me a huge suite! That was a pleasant surprise. The environment is really nice, and it's super close to major attractions like the Bellagio, The Venetian, and the Eiffel Tower. You can get out and about very quickly.

Hotel room and property was great! Check-in experience was not good as it took an hour of waiting in line, then the express check-in kiosk wasn’t working for my reservation so I had to stand in another line to get a front desk clerk to assist with the room keys. Property was decorated nicely for the holiday season.

We had a wonderful time for our staycation. The restaurants we went to were Noodle 8 and T-Bones and both were phenomenal in both service and food. We stayed one night and had spa services. Everything was absolutely amazing. Only complaint I have is your parking garage/lot is a bit confusing. We had to go around a couple times before we figured out where to go.

Red Rock for our son’s wedding. Very nice location. Nice big rooms with beautiful views! Good food options.  Only downside, casino needs updated ventilation. Toilet paper, tissues & toiletries cheap!  For $300-$500 per night, I expect nice toilet paper & toiletries.

This is truly a beautiful resort. So glad a friend recommended it. We love to be away from the strip but close enough for shows. This place has everything you might want for a getaway. Many Great restaurants, superb service and reasonably priced.. try to get a room with a pool area view if you can. But the rooms are fabulous anywhere. We will be returning for sure.

Beautiful property in Summerlin at the base of Red Rock Canyon. Total 5-star hotel with nice restaurants and an ample food court. Big beautiful pool as well. Oh, and a 15 screen movie theater and a bowling alley. A great destination for a high-end, mellow Vegas trip. All the employees are nice and helpful.

We had 4 of us at the hotel and only 3 towels was available. Thought the shower amenities would have extras instead of one each. Just didn't want to call room service everyday for additional. Housekeeping personnel on the floor were very nice. Maybe Management should have better standards for families staying days at the hotel. Just saying. The room was clean. The location is close to Fremont but far enough away to not hear it. The cocktail waitress showed up quickly and came by a lot to check. Overall, the entire staff has a wonderful attitude and very helpful. Ate on site and it was good. 

Reception were not very welcoming I felt. Room was not bad, but when I opened up my wardrobe, there was a pair of mens used underwear in it. I told reception and they didn't seem to bothered, just got someone to remove them. No real apology or offer to say sorry. Casino floor has strong odours of smoke. Hotel has good location. Bell boy kept my bag for me after check out and they were very helpful...

The overall experience was very average, as it looked completely different from the pictures online. The hotel itself is rather old. While the cleaning was acceptable, the facilities are noticeably outdated and in need of renovation.

Room was spacious, it's nice being off the strip. A lot of Asian restaurants near the hotel. The AYCE buffet is wonderful.

We were able to leave our bags securely because we arrived early after an all night flight. Check in was smooth and efficient. After  several hours we came back to hotel to get access to our room. Again no problem. Room was clean, shower was good and basic kitchen facilities. Location was excellent a few steps from the centre of the strip. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and nice I got an free upgrade at high floor and strip view . when I told the staff that I came for my birthday week . Love the mini kitchen area with all the plates cups and utensils . The gym was fabulous you can do a full body workout with all the equipments this is the reason why I booked this hotel . I enjoyed this place because they don’t mind if I bought my bicycle inside. With it, due to the location, I was able to see large parts of Vegas that most people don’t get to go. All services come with extra charges. The front desk isn't bilingual, and some staff, especially at reception, aren't very courteous.

Loved the pool, the happy hours, mimosas and Bloody Marys and the cleanliness of the hotel. I

Perfect location for families with young kids. No smoking lobby with slot machines, quite, and even have best Sphere view!

It was spacious and comfortable, and I could cook with my family, and I could even do laundry and drying, so I had a comfortable stay. However, the Wi-Fi internet speed was slow and didn't work well. Other than that, it was a bit far from the strip and main street, but that was okay and I was satisfied.

The room was quite large and very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi signal.

The room was good size, 1 bedroom. Clean, quiet, view. No real complaints. We did get adjoining room with connecting door but fortunately neighbor was quiet. We were in Tower 2, main lobby location.

Room & location great. One problem-some mold in both showers and jets in tub could use a thirough cleaning.. all else very clean.
