The Grandview at Las Vegas, Las Vegas1 / 8

Las Vegas, 9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, 89183 Las-Vegas, Nevada, SShA (19 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The Grandview is a great place for you and your family to experience LAS VEGAS. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed it we were able to get the 2 room suite with king beds it was exceptional.
We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The space is big — full kitchen, dining area, living room, and even a bathtub, which is a nice bonus. The pool is great, and it’s definitely a spot where families love to gather. Parking is mostly outdoors, so it might get a little hot in the summer, but overall it’s a really chill place. Perfect for a few nights, especially if you want to cook and...
The rooms are really nice very spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer I recommend this hotel. The only issue was the elevator it was not going to my floor so it was annoying trying to go up.
Thank you Timothy!!!! Best worker you guys got!! Hook him up
The grand view at Las Vegas was more than I expected! The two bedroom room was very spacious and felt like a home away from home. I was able to get a workout in the gym in the morning, showere up and then hit the hot tub all by 8:30am since the weather was very good during my visit. It is a 10 min drive from the strip which is a big time saver. Will definitely book again in the future
As a travel nurse you want to be comfortable without a sense of checking in and out. Perfect place for travel.

The best in Las Vegas. For ces it’s the best. Smart hotel They also let me early check in knowing I m so tired The cleanliness is epic The view is amazing The bath tub is sth I cared about when I travel and wynn is the best. The spa is a must try The smoke house for bbq meat outside hotel is a hidden gem, the grab and go and watch the view enjoying bbq meat with the mountains feel. The best to end...
Fantastic! Each night came with a $60 voucher. My partner and I stayed three nights, so that was $180 in total. We used it at the Wynn buffet, and even though we went over by about $30-$40, they didn't charge it to our room, which basically means we ate for free. Plus, even without tipping, they still gave us a Sphere view room.
This hotel’s setup feels really outdated. There’s no self-parking, and you have to pay $45 for valet. The bed sheets were saggy, and the mattress was so soft that it offered no support—I couldn’t sleep all night. I checked out the next morning because I just couldn’t take it anymore. Definitely not recommended.
They gave me a room with a view of the Sphere on the 51st floor, it was perfect. Parking was free, everything was excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and very generous. Staying on a weekday definitely gives you great value for money.
This time, I stayed in a beautiful golf course view room. It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast at Wynn Buffet was also good. It was a great experience.
I was given a room on the 26th floor in the lower zone, and the view was great – perfect for watching the big sphere. The room was clean and tidy, with smart tablet controls for all the facilities. Downstairs, there's a ******, various restaurants, shows, and a shopping street. It was too sunny and hot to go out during the day, so I just spent the whole day inside eating, drinking, and having fun without...

Very nice hotel with big and clean room. Excellent views in downtown area.
During 3 day stay, was not able to access the wi-fi. Had to wait over 45 minutes to check-in at the registration line.
Very noisy and no refrigerator unless pay extra, that’s ridiculous!
Hotel is so so and I deposited money didn’t return to me, but location is good going to different hotel.
Decoration of the room is chic, simple and clean. It’s located along the main strip hence it is easy to walk to the various hotels and check out the lobbies and malls. We got a room facilities facing part of the roller coaster track thus the sound went on till midnight. Hotel has got good vibes.
Self Check-in is fast and easy however there is some issue with my registered credit card which is not reflected during check-in, and this resulted in a long wait time as I was not notified of this issue until I personally checked with the hotel staff. Sealing between connecting rooms is not great as I can smell cigarettes smoke from the other room. Basic in-room amenities such as hand wash, shampoo...

Like many hotels, an onsite resort fee provides nothing. No in room coffee or any other amenities to speak of.
Our visit was for our daughters cheer competition. Loved how convenient it was in one location. Access to my room between call times and the room is so roomy and kids love the room service!
The shower/tub drains were clogged and the tub filled up while trying to take a shower. It took almost 30 mins for the water to go down. The following morning before checkout time, one housekeeping staff barged in the room without knocking as they normal are supposed to, while I was dressing. He immediately apologized and closed the door. Then immediately after (not even 10 seconds in between) another...
Orlean is a good hotel for the money and in close proximity to China town where there are tons of great tasting restaurants
the room is amazing, it takes a while to walk from parking lot to the room. It's safe to have security before go to the room, but it only has one way to pass the security and to the room
The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

Pretty good, very new. The location is a bit far out, but acceptable. The only downside is the lack of shops nearby, but Wynn is just across the street, so you can walk there easily.
Parking payment instructions is low. Other than that general good
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the service could use some improvement.
Very satisfied! Free parking was a big plus. The hotel is brand new, and the pool offers great views of the Trump hotel, perfect for photos.
You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a budget option, manage your expectations, or your overall trip quality will suffer. Definitely avoid the on-site restaurant; it's both overpriced and serves terrible food! Service was generally subpar, with the restaurant manager being the only competent staff member.
Great atmosphere, and convenient for trade shows. Would definitely consider returning.

The large bottle of mineral water in the room isn't complimentary. Definitely don't use it casually—it costs over $13 a bottle. Make sure to check your bill details when checking out, otherwise you might be charged for some inexplicable fees.
Good stay if you’re looking to be a little bit away from the busy Las Vegas *****.
Everywhere around Vegas is about the same traveling distance. This location is more quiet from the Las Vegas *****. Room is pretty and cozy. Theres no kettle in the room.
Nice hotel, clean. But not in a great location, no free parking for hotel guests. Restaurants are overrated and expensive, not recommended.

Great Stay! Balcony was nice and rare for Vegas! Jetted tub was amazing and huge. Stove was a nice addition! Would stay again!
Stayed here for 4 nights. Room is big and good for the price. The location is slightly further off the ***** (around 10mins walk). Provides valet parking and parking was free for us (tips only).
Great location. Amazing room! And the view was great! We love that there was a small fridge and even a 1 burner stove, but no plates, utensils, pot, cup anything that goes with having a kitchen. And its definitely not something we travel with, so we did end up eating out the whole time not being able to have quick cereal in the morning was a bummer. This but far from strip but great place and near to Circus Circus where you can go and watch some fun circus acts. Overall great. Room was dusty. When we checked in our booking room which are the queen room with LV ***** view were not ready yet, so the staff offered us another room which were claimed to be similar. However, we got the room at lower level and the view from our room is just swimming pool that. We supposed to stay at the quiet room with good view but what we got was lower than our expectation and downgraded.
The environment is great! It's just that the walk from the parking lot to the front desk and then to the room is too far! It's not very friendly for older people.
This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. They also offer free parking in the parking garage behind the building. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, and you can sometimes hear planes because it's close to the airport.
This hotel is so clean ..wake up in the morning the hallway smell so good..the housekeeping is the most important for us .cause we go out from our house and cleanliness is what we can relax and out of stress..I will tell all my friends and family to go here .
Free parking. Big room and nice view on a high floor. Inside there will be a ******, medium size I would say. All was great, can recommend!

staffs at the front desk send me to the office on the other side and tryiing to sell their program under the name of rewards program.....they said i have to take 90 minutes tour with the staff if i want to receive the benefit. i repeatedly told the staff that im too tired, but she was insisting that i shud take the tour after some rest. really annoyed by feeling forced to do something that i do not...
The safe box in the assigned room was defective, which caused significant inconvenience. Resolving the issue through a room change took approximately an hour and a half. Facilities: The free parking was a huge plus. Cleanliness: Overall, it was quite clean and well-maintained. Location: The location was decent, although a bit far from the city center. Luckily, we had a car. Service: Service was good, and having a security guard at the entrance constantly gave us a sense of security.
The hotel's location is quite good — it's close to the main street, about a 30-minute walk away. Some rooms even offer a view of the Sphere. However, if you book a king bedroom, there will inevitably be a connecting door to a stranger’s room. Great property with tons of amenities and helpful staff. Shout out to Joseph at the bell desk for taking care of us and thumbs down for Ed at the taxi stand for letting people jump the line for a car and acting like it was our fault. Boo Ed.
Good interiors, spaces, and clean, friendly staff. All in all made our stay workvaction enjoyable
The hotel smelled great and the suite was a good size. Check in was fast until you went to claim your "free" prize. It's basically a push to watch a timeshare presentation. They kept saying there was no pressure, but we had to tell the lady at the prize desk no at least 5 or 6 times. It was very frustrating. This wasn't even the tour, just the ask to take the tour. The suite was not cleaned well....

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and service at this property. Yes, they are dated, but at the price point this is a really great deal. The location isn't bad either, just a short walk down Fashion Show Dr. and you're on the Las Vegas strip. The staff is friendly, diverse, and bleeds professionalism. Positive: Great cost/value. Big clean rooms. Wonderful view. Cooperative staff. We got the room immediately (even before check in time), allowed us late check out. We asked to change the room due to train noise - our request was fullfilled immediately with no charge or limitations. No casino so less crowded. Negative: Non. Certainly will consider for next time Recommended.
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. Even the most basic room is rather large. I never felt cramped with my wife. And we each had our own closet. We really like the bed (very comfortable) Pillows very, very nice for our taste Hotel amenities like the bar for drinks and the restaurant for breakfast and lunch! We really enjoyed our stay! Deeply Grateful!
In town for a show at the sphere and this hotel was super convenient and within walking distance. Friendly staff, they even found a curling iron that I had lost. My only complaint was that you have to pay to park. However it seems that is becoming the norm at most hotels these days.
Conveniently close to all the action on the *****. Lovely quiet pool, all the amenities, and great view of The Sphere!
Truly an extraordinary experience. Everything exceeded expectations, from the exceptional food to the outstanding service provided by Ari. Cleanliness: They don't proactively clean every day, but the room facilities are still decent. Ambiance: Extremely convenient. Booked a 'run of the house' room, and to my surprise, they gave me a huge suite! That was a pleasant surprise. The environment is really nice, and it's super close to major attractions like the Bellagio, The Venetian, and the Eiffel Tower. You can get out and about very quickly.
Check-in and check-out are self-service. The hotel elevators don't require a key card to operate, which feels a bit unsafe (?). Downstairs, there's a strong smell of smoke. We had a wonderful time for our staycation. The restaurants we went to were Noodle 8 and T-Bones and both were phenomenal in both service and food. We stayed one night and had spa services. Everything was absolutely amazing. Only complaint I have is your parking garage/lot is a bit confusing. We had to go around a couple times before we figured out where to go.
First time staying at the Red Rock Casino and loved it! Great accommodations, friendly staff, and good pool!
Red Rock for our son’s wedding. Very nice location. Nice big rooms with beautiful views! Good food options.  Only downside, casino needs updated ventilation. Toilet paper, tissues & toiletries cheap!  For $300-$500 per night, I expect nice toilet paper & toiletries.
This is truly a beautiful resort. So glad a friend recommended it. We love to be away from the strip but close enough for shows. This place has everything you might want for a getaway. Many Great restaurants, superb service and reasonably priced.. try to get a room with a pool area view if you can. But the rooms are fabulous anywhere. We will be returning for sure.
Excellent property. Will never stay on the strip again!
Beautiful property in Summerlin at the base of Red Rock Canyon. Total 5-star hotel with nice restaurants and an ample food court. Big beautiful pool as well. Loved the pool, the happy hours, mimosas and Bloody Marys and the cleanliness of the hotel. I
Perfect location for families with young kids. No smoking lobby with slot machines, quite, and even have best Sphere view!
It was spacious and comfortable, and I could cook with my family, and I could even do laundry and drying, so I had a comfortable stay. However, the Wi-Fi internet speed was slow and didn't work well. Other than that, it was a bit far from the strip and main street, but that was okay and I was satisfied.
The room was quite large and very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi signal.
The room was good size, 1 bedroom. Clean, quiet, view. No real complaints. We did get adjoining room with connecting door but fortunately neighbor was quiet. We were in Tower 2, main lobby location.
