There’s always something wrong in these type hotels. The a/c unit stayed stuck on so we had to unplug it to get comfortable. It was 60 degrees!!!

The experiencing checking in was stressful but managed to get everything accomplished.

Room was okay . The tv wasn't so great. The staff was phenomenal. If the rooms were as great as the staff then it would be one of the best hotels ever

The staff are great and make sure you are comfortable. My only concern is the door in 210 does not close and lock the wind pushed door open. Had to use latch and bolt lock to keep closed. Other than that the place is clean coffee is hot and fresh.

I have stayed several times and the rooms are always clean. The staff at front desk are always polite and in good mood it does get a little loud at night but manageable. All and all it's a good night sleep

No guide for the TV ? ! Need a better itemized bill. Yes I will stay again when in Vegas. Also need free Internet. U just add cost to the bill. Very discreetly. Have Tom Bowdett leave the Light ???on!!

A fantastic travel experience! It was my child's first time traveling independently. Because the previous hotel refused to let us check in, we had to switch to this hotel at the last minute. The staff at the front desk were very caring towards my child and gave him the most comfort. Thank you!

I was nervous for my first extended stay alone but the staff was so friendly, I was instantly put at ease. The cozy feel and easy location was perfect. Thank you!

Spacious and clean room. Quiet hotel and arms at check in was so, so, so nice and helpful.

The staff was amazing! I just think everything was out dated in the room. The iron did not work! The couch to sit on was not comfortable it was old. I understand they’re going under construction, so hopefully they will be updating all the rooms..

We liked the hotel but it’s not convenient if u have to Uber. Westgate is only 1 mile away and the fare usually was $15 one way

Phone to get in after hours is broken. No coffee in the morning as advertised. No microwave in the suite. Bed was comfortable.

Change out the beds they are too squeaky. Also get thicker mattresses the one I was thin. Otherwise, excellent room and amenities.

Having a full kitchen was great. We had issues with our A/C when we first checked in so they switched us rooms. Staff were kind and helpful

The hotel was pretty decent for a quick weekend stay. My family enjoyed ourselves and the rooms were very comfortable .

Got a renovated room it was excellent. Friendly staff and nice area with lots of food options. Delivery was quick and easy.

Went to vegas for a friends wedding and stayed at Mainstay Suites one night and my family enjoyed the one night there. Beds we comfortable and everything seemed cleaned we enjoyed it

Bare bones....no garbage can, no shampoo/ conditioner, no bath tub, no coffee, no hair dryer, limited towels. Bed was decent

Plenty of parking in the well-lit parking lot. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and warm. Air conditioning worked great. Shower was nice with plenty of hot water. Toilet flushed with no issues. Felt safe and secure in the room, lobby, and parking lot.

The room/facility was clean, beds were hard. For $200 for a single night…… There was no in room coffee, only available downstairs from 7-10AM. No other perks, breakfast, fitness room, pool, etc.

I only needed to spend the night passing through first i was directed to a studio 6 around Civic Center drive. I couldn't get out of there fast enough trash everywhere it was 11pm at night when i pulled up and people were loitering outside the rooms walking and milling around on bicycles. Im not familiar with Las Vegas and what are good areas and bad but i can spot a druggie mo mo when i see one....

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very good. I would recommend this property and stzy here again.

Fantastic staff! Quiet and in a central location perfect to get most places in under 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again. Kitchenette is useful. I don’t have anymore to say but it is requiring me to write a minimum of 200 characters so cheers!!!

The location was convenient, and the staff, Terry, Diane, Hilda, DJ and Whitney are amazing. Apologies to the staff I didn't name. It's a clean place as well and safe as well. I would definitely stay again and keep coming. It's a great place if you want to go to Vegas without the hype

All around was a decent place to stay for the money spent. Would stay here again. Area is a little less desirable but for the price it wasn't bad.

The room was really nice, it definitely matched the description and the pictures which isn’t always the case.

FOR A QUICK BIRDS NEST IT WAS WARM, COMFY & SPACIOUS...LOVING THE FACT THAT IT'S NOT CARPETED AND THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT

Hotel was nice for a week stay, it was a little far to walk to get to transport or casinos. There was alot of noise in the early morning alot of my stay from people arguing and numerous police precences during my stay too. Room was comfortable and clean and had AC and a TV with many channels. Room was cleaned everyday.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. No big hotel frills but it worked fine for us. We had an early morning flight so its proximity to the airport was nice. We walked to the Mexican restaurant nearby for dinner.

Amazing. Conveniently located, really clean and updated rooms and lovely staff. Also had security in the parking lot which was really nice to know everything was safe

We love the Nirvana! Great location at the south end of the strip. We walked everywhere, from the Mandalay to the Wynn. Friendly staff. Basic, comfortable rooms, with no ridiculous resort or parking fees.

Room was clean but they didn't clean it between nights even though we requested it, the breakfast is crazy, super full, no plates no utensils, other than that it's what you expect at most hotels that include this type of breakfast.

We don’t get double bed as we booked. However they arranged two room side by side. It is not convenient but fine. The rooms are clean and decent but there is hair on the bed foldings and some strains. Breakfast is not good compared to other Hilton hotels. It has some bad smells for all items, so couldn’t take anything.

The breakfast is really simple. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the exhibition hall, so it's okay.

Important things should be said three times! You must check whether your exhibition hall is east, west, south or north. Our exhibition hall is the west hall, which is half an hour's walk from here. The surrounding area is a black area. Don't go out after dark. There is nothing. The city ** is free of charge for pick-up and drop-off. This hotel is not in the service area.

Good for adults, not children. Great spot if you're spending most of your time on Fremont! You must be able to sleep through noise tho. People, the club next door, the praying mantis across the street, all loud.

Room was disgusting dirty and smelt terrible. when I had asked for an air freshener the girl at the desk acted like it wasn’t her issue (please give her a rundown on the word hospitality) luckily one of the other guys working saved the day and brought us one (I forgot his name) Ken was by far the best night auditor I’ve ever met and those two gentlemen are the only reason for my stars.

Hell yeah- rocking in Vegas -this place is the shiznit- love it, foreign band in the parking lot/ across street firework show! /2blocks Fremont experience /awesome separate rooms the family room/ new friends parking lot gave me rockin Panama Hat. Got a smoking room so we can puff a few blunts, smells fine in here to me. LOL Americana at its best.

Cheap, great location for the Fremont experience, nightclub in the carpark and a giant fire breathing grass hopper across the road. Had little sleep anyway in Vegas but was a good place to shower, nap and store our shopping. The room was a bit smelly but nothing car airfreshner couldnt fix. Enjoyed our stay

The room was super affordable for 6 people. The front desk was not than accommodating and quick to react with our requests. 3 full beds and a refrigerator in the room. Just a couple blocks from the Freemont Experience.

The staff were great and the room was clean. Didn't like that there were no handrails to hold onto to get in the shower. Also the fan in the bathroom is sooooo dirty that it's blowing out dust!

We are not frequent travelers and only use hotels a few times a year, which means I'm not picky. I give this hotel a "3". Good first: we enjoyed the small pool and hotub and had it almost all to ourselves. The breakfast was also really nice, which kept us full for a long day of a funeral. No issues with any staff. The Location Is Great. The Inside Is Not So Great, Carpets Are Dirty And Smelling Like Dirt And Vomit, The Walls Need To Be Clean And The Shower Ceiling Had Mold. Around The Tub The Sealant Is Coming Off, Safety Hazard!! Not A Very Pleasant Experience But The Staff Is Very Nice.

This was a great motel to stay in. Definitely the nicest I've ever been to. The room was fresh and updated, everything was clean. Really old motor lodge. Clean and they are working to update a few rooms at a time. Even though in a under construction area it was quiet. And really felt safe. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Cleaninest rooms around! Very nice, respectful and polite workers! Plenty of parking. I liked that I can see my car from my bedoom window. All the amenities worked. Plenty of TV channels. Comfy bed and stylish rooms for a low price! I asked for extra towels they gave me more than enough. I didnt have to ask twice. I received my deposit back the same day even! I will defintelly be staying here again...

My stay was great; the area is quiet yet still downtown and the strip and the service was amazing. They always asked me if I would like bottled water and they were very friendly. On top of all this, the room was clean and spacious; nice TV, mini fridge. Highly recommend.

Tge motel was walking distance to places & was quiet

So-So This is a mixed review - the inside of the room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in lately (if only sparsely filled with furnishings) but the outside was awful. The parking was impossible to use withe the poles and fencing to protect the property.

Exellent staff and service whenever it was needed. Honestly felt like a themed one bedroom apartment rather than a hotel room. Right across the street from a wallet friendly gas station, and with the RTC bikes, only a 15 minute walk/ride till youre at freemont. Thank you Desert Hills!

It's a motel people, it's also ran by very caring and motivated people and that should matter to you. Stacey the manager went out of her way to try to make sure we had a room available for us, as the site like Expedia showed sold out. She knew that rooms were available and went the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. Really awesome when people actually care now. Great place!

Staff was courteous. Oir room cleaned after.3 days but failed to give us soap, shampoo and body wash all of which was empty. Found a bug in our bed.

We loved our stay! The staff was extremely helpful. We also loved how close it was to the stadium and easy to get to for Ubers. Highly recommend.

The room is clean and tidy, with two bedrooms and one living room, complete facilities, and you can cook your own food, which is good! It is a little far from the main city, but it is quieter. Parking is charged separately, which is a bit unreasonable.

Generally speaking, the quilt cover and pillow case on the bed are always loose, but the breakfast is still satisfactory, the cleaning is still clean, and the attitude of the waiter is quite good.

The location is close to the main strip and Sphere, and the value is excellent. The room was average, but the kitchen was a nice touch, making it suitable for families. The breakfast was average, with little to offer.

Me and my family stayed at a 1 bed suite at the 8th floor with a great views of The Strip and great complimentary breakfast as well! Vicinity to the Sphere is also great as it’s a 5-8 min drive there without traffic; traffic was only because of the Backstreet Boys concert we went to but otherwise the hotel is great and we hope to come back there soon!

Rena and Sheila went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were well taken care of during our stay. My husband was injured during our visit to the Grand Canyon and they treated us like family, making sure he was OK. They also let us stay in our room late when our flight was delayed. Facility is clean and well maintained. Rooms show some wear, but still clean and everything works. Staff is exceptional! Breakfast nicely done. Nice pool and grilling area outside. Plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again!

Very old property that needs a lot of updates like new plumbing fixtures, higher toilets, tech-friendly outlets, effective window coverings and quieter air vents. Very noisy due to being right in the airport flight path. No ADA ramps to roll luggage into the guest room building. Good stuff: Staff was nice and the bed was comfy.

Staff and breakfasts were wonderful. Rooms were sad. Kitchen missing everything and pullout sofa was absolutely so uncomfortable— couldn’t sleep on it.

The airport shuttle arrived promptly, however, the driver did not help with our luggage. The return driver was excellent. The planes landing at the airport were directly over this facility which made it hard to rest.
