As you get the keys to condo you are worked to sit through 90 min presentation of time share. (Just what we wanted to refuse attending after long flight) Our condo was located in the very back building #21 with forgettable view of maintenance area. Nobody cleaned my room for five days. The hotel is right opposite the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, so the location is pretty good.

Just about everything was great but dock amenities as fitness center in 18/19 was closed during my stay, pools did not seem to be open either. The villa and everything else was wonderful.

The room is very spacious, and it comes with a washer and dryer. It's just a stone's throw away from the Big Ball, making it perfect for friends who aren't interested in gambling.

My wife and I stayed here back in October. Our experience at the resort was fantastic. Great customer service, check in went well, the room was clean and well kept. What I loved was how we were off the strip but still close enough to the strip within walking distance. Facilities were great. Great property - spacious well equipped units, lots of places to relax outdoors. Restaurant on site has good food and drinks, just a bit too small to accommodate the amount of guests at the property. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Right next to the Sphere. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely spectacular for our travels during a basketball tournament. Clean, friendly staff and easy accessibility to everything.

It’s a nice enough hotel. If you don’t want to be on the loud very populated strip..this is doable. Not the best part of town by the looks of the neighborhoods around it. We were definitely the youngest people in the casino by far..and bonus..they have scooters that you can use is you need one lol.

The room was above average. The carpet was quite new for an old hotel. The garage was too run down and dark in the night. The food court is decent and well priced.

Everything at the hotel was fine, except for the food at the Panda Express restaurant, the shrimp and chicken was undercooked.

The price is affordable, offering great value for money, though breakfast isn't included. There are both Chinese and Western fast food options right downstairs, just not many choices. The location is convenient, not far from the busiest main road, and it's about a 10-15 minute drive if you're self-driving. The hotel itself is old and has a strong smell of smoke, but luckily the rooms are still decent

The room was decent and clean. Remember to leave a tip, otherwise, your room won't be cleaned.

I would recommend The Palace to family and friends. My only issue was the bed was damaged in some way making a huge dip in the mattress.

Bus stop is close to the hotel. Monorail is not too far either. HOWEVER, if you plan to walk from ***** to the hotel everyday then be mindful there’re lots of construction along the way that makes crossing the road extremely complicated. The room hygiene is questionable. When I took my fist bath, there’re hairs on the shampoo before I use it. Pool is closed during my three days trip.

Surprising great for the price. Landed in Vegas one day before my family, so thought of booking a cheap hotel for solo stay. But surprisingly room turned out to be better than expected. Cleanliness could be better, but overall great for the price. Paid $60, which is great considering the location.

Conveniently located directly opposite MGM. Cleanliness was average; the TV table wasn't clean. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided in the room. My only complaint was the lack of luggage storage service, which contradicted the information listed on Ctrip.

The hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!

Although the hotel is expensive, the comfort and environment are the best in Las Vegas. However, I have to complain that the luggage can only be stored for 24 hours. It is arrogant to customers. It is very shameless to secretly charge an additional $62 a day. I will not come again next time.

I used the sandwich method and was given a room with a view of the sphere. All of the staff we encountered during our 3 days there were so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ingrid at the front desk, who checked us in and assisted us again the day we left. An oasis in Henderson that feels like a luxury resort without Strip prices. The pool area is stunning with a sandy beach and lush landscaping. Rooms are beautiful. The spa is world-class. Hank's Fine Steaks is excellent. Locals love this place for good reason. If you don't need to be on the Strip, this is an incredible option.

Lovely place top to bottom with every amenity you might need, with a shopping district pretty much baked in. Every room and corridor is meticulously cared for. I visited this hotel for the Oyster Bar restaurant. Overall, the restaurant was nice. Casual layout and we had a TV over our table so we watched part of the Superbowl. It's a little far from the city, but the parking lot is very spacious. The restroom has plenty of space, but the lighting in the room is a little dim. The overall place is vast and the environment is open, but it may be easy to get lost due to its large area.

When booking in advance, I asked for a quiet high floor. When I arrived, the room I was given was on the first floor next to the parking lot. After asking the front desk, I was given a high floor but it was facing the road and was very noisy. The service was really bad.

I love this resort it is beautiful restful, friendly service, pools are amazing. The hot tub was unfortunately not working. Golf course close by. A shout out to River Mountain Bike Rentals for their service, close to the hotel and so many pathways in the vicinity. Walking distance to water sports and restaurants by the Hilton. Walls/doors/windows are paper thin. It was so loud in our room all night long. I’m glad I brought ear plugs. No maid service and we stayed 2 nights.  Otherwise it was great.

They had a fire alarm go on at about 7am and have everyone evacuate their room & no refund/ voucher. Nothing Annoying and inconvenient

Great experience as always. This is our go to for Las Vegas trips. Lots of amenities, clean and great service. Best of all, not "touristy". Mostly a locals hang out and still close enough to the Strip without being in the middle of it. Perfect.

Second stay at this hotel. Superb! Clean, welcoming, great parking, swimming pool, very safe throughout the hotel and parking, and everything nearby! Food court in the hotel's large 4-star complex with bowling and a cinema—the best! I recommend it 1000%! We'll be back as a family or as a couple!

The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas is excellent, except for its only drawback: it's a bit far from other major attractions, but it maintains a very quiet environment.

The Four Seasons is located on the same floor as other MGM hotels; the Four Seasons is just on the top few floors. So, you really should consider whether staying at one of the other hotels downstairs would be a good option, since the common facilities are the same.

The Four Seasons Hotel is considered a very good hotel internationally, but this stay offered absolutely no surprises!

I was so satisfied. It was kind, clean, and so nice. They were super kind to my dog, too. I am very satisfied. Unlike other places, the fact that there was no cigarette smell was truly the best part, even at ***!!!

I went there mid-week. It's on the top floor of MGM Park, on the 4th floor. The front desk is on the innermost floor. You can ask the staff. The whole building is non-smoking, which is good. I didn't upgrade to a room, I think it's easier to upgrade to a king-size room. Although the Park MGM building is a bit old, the Nomad room is still pretty good, and the soundproofing is pretty good. The ** downstairs is also very clean, and the self-park is $20 a night and the location is also convenient.

Staff was courteous. Oir room cleaned after.3 days but failed to give us soap, shampoo and body wash all of which was empty. Found a bug in our bed.

The Hilton hotel was decent overall. They offer free parking, but it's a bit inconvenient as you have to park in an adjacent garage and then figure out your way back to the hotel. As for breakfast, it was practically non-existent. It's the most perfunctory breakfast I've ever seen in the US – basically a voucher for a single pastry and juice from the convenience store, with no options to choose from...

I had not been to Las Vegas in nearly 20 years. I kept hearing how expensive everything was, but found the M Resort and Casino to be fairly priced. The place is beautiful. The staff was friendly and the prices of drink and food seemed reasonable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Las Vegas.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was quite spacious and the service was good. However, the cleanliness really didn't match the hotel's standards. There was clearly visible dust on the lamp bases and other surfaces – a lot of dust. But the price was good, and they responded promptly to any requests.

We arrived on January 1st. We had a room with a view of the Strip. The reception staff were very friendly, and the room cleaning was of a high standard. I would especially like to mention the high-quality toiletries in the room and the magnificent view from the window. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Every time I come to Las Vegas, I stay here because it has all the kitchen tools you need, including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator for making breakfast and dinner. It is a very convenient apartment-style hotel.

This venue was well off the main strip an $18us uber to get there or two bus rides which were great out side the motel gates. Rooms were big and spacious as per toilets and kitchen facility. The house keeping never refilled towels at all which was unusual. Pool was great. We wud go back.

Clean and quiet room Best service!

The room was clean and stocked. Unfortunately, during our stay, we replaced right next to the elevators. We had the continuous noise from people walking in and out of the elevators and what not. Aside from that it was a lovely hotel and view.

Elyse at the front desk was fantastic! The breakfast was great with many choices and the hotel spacious and clean. There were not many people there during tge week and the small village next door was mostly empty although there were a couple of nice restaurants open.

The pool is closed this time of year, not much to do outside with family. The grounds smell like a septic tank when you walk around??? Especially by the parking area. Hot tub in room is awesome! Professional work area is fantastic. Quiet cubes were helpful. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

The entire property is beautiful. My room was immaculate. Room service staff were amazing and had my room cleaned on time every day.

All amenities are not included with your stay. Most are extra pay. I don’t understand why they mix the two making it very confusing for people to understand which things you can use and which are not. Take the massage chair out of the free gym if your don’t want people to sit on it, or put a sign that warns people “ $25 to use it “ It’s bizarre

I liked the very spacious rooms with a full kitchen area, however the property is quite outdated and the hotel could use some renovation. Having said that it was OK for the price if you are travelling and need a hotel for 1 night in a quieter area of Las Vegas. There's also a ****** just opposite and free parking which was a big advantage.

I was able to relax comfortably at the accommodation during CES 2026. I plan to stay at The Berkeley again for my next CES business trip.

Check in was really quick with a friendly staff. The one bedroom condo is pretty spacious which made it very comfortable. The Silverton ****** has really good restaurants with great service and they are very reasonable. Check out was easy. We highly recommended The Berkley.

We really enjoyed our staying at the Berkley Hotel resort. The spacious clean room, full kitchen equipments, a washer and dryer... felt like a home. The location is convenient for going anywhere and lots of free parking lots. The resort also has a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
